This is hands-down the worst harbor freight tools on the planet. Their customer service is atrocious. There I don’t give a s$&!? attitude that stamped all over their foreheads should be looked at as an embarrassment to a company. No wonder everybody is leaving and going to buy stuff at Northern tools this place is a joke.

The store almost always has what I'm looking for and their sale prices cannot be beat. I probably go there a dozen times that year if not more and I'm never disappointed with the friendliness of employees or the sale prices offer. Can't beat the 20% off coupon they like to give everybody also.

The price and selection of tools is excellent. I have many 'starter' version tools from Harbor Freight that are in continued use. Being able to afford things like a lathe or entry level welder without committing hundreds of extra dollars is an awesome way to get started with a new hobby.
