Great childcare facilities. Our Grandkid did not want to leave last Monday. Childcare workers best in Ottawa. Food court food yeechy. Always overcook their meals. Rather pay more for better cooking. Meals are Dry. Greasy + overcooked. But ikea shopping experience is 5+. Last year we purchased our entire Kitchen from Ikea.
Always go on a weekday morning - there aren't many people or kids it is quieter and cleaner and easier to shop. We love grabbing breakfast here too. For the price you can't go wrong. Plus they serve pancakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls as well if you don't want the traditional full breakfast.
Ikea is IKEA. Are there all the same, and they hire competent, friendly and hard-working staff. I always check the as is section on my way out, and I found amazing deals there. I found a bed that was still new raft and sealed but one of the
When I walked into IKEA Ottawa, it was immediately clear that this wasn't just any furniture store. The expansive showroom floors are designed thoughtfully, showcasing a multitude of room setups that inspire a sense of home. From sleek and
Ikea has always been a fun and good store to visit... You will find sturdy and good quality furniture at a good price , however, It's gotten more expensive than before and even the as-is section and items are overpriced. The furniture and
Quite a display of furniture! Although I'm not a big fan of large furniture from Ikea, I can't deny the quality items they have in lighting, utensils and home décor areas. We especially love the aromatic candles, trendy minimalist lamps,
Food is surprisingly well priced and you are getting a decent little meal. I really can't complain besides wanting some mac and cheese and there being none. The fish and chips were nicely battered. It wasn't a fluffy one you would expect
It's IKEA... mid-range quality for a decent price. Huge selection of household things from pet beds to pantry storage, from full kitchen rebuilds to quick refresh of bedding or curtains. I still have IKEA furniture from 20 years ago, so
Chantelle in kitchen went above and beyond assisting us during our time at ikea this week. My mum and I were super confused on how to approach our cabinet situation, and she cleared up all our questions and we managed to get the perfect
Great veggy dogs, value at the cafeteria. Good breakfast but is only served in a 1 hour window, from 10-11am. Good products for the most part, fair value compared to other stores and seems they treat there employees well, have a good
The most dismal experience I have had in any store in my life. Customer service is so bureacratized that it is non existent. Getting through the registration process to speak to a rep is a non starter. Waited in a virtual line after
The best furniture store on the planet. Surprisely this store had great items. I went in to buy one thing and ended up wanting to buy everything. The store is pretty big and the prices are great. I saw wonderful items ranging from
It's nice to pop in every now and then for some cheap storage and get some inspiration in the show room. I do prefer the click and collect for the most part, and just purchasing online and picking up in store.
Amazing customer journey. Everything is organized logically with high aesthetic sense. I’ve bought many stuff here, some of them were a bit pricy but I found there always lots of deals as well.
Well organized IKEA with plenty of inventory & parking, both covered & outdoor. Do note that you cannot exit the Queensway headed westbound at Pinecrest so plan accordingly how to get here.
It has a huge selection of furniture and accessories. The prices are great! Some of the items are pretty difficult to put together yourself. Thankfully
IKEA is literally my second home lol I love that I can dash in to get almost all things interior decor and home set up
Busy, busy, busy... Some interesting stuff and the new location is much better than the old one...
Family washroom outside the Restaurant is easily one of the nicest I have used so far!
