I've had some bad experiences with other furniture stores in the past. So to say my expectations were low going into this purchase was an understatement. However, Leon's exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Not only did they go out of their way to call and check various other stores to see if they had the furniture we wanted in stock, but they gave us an incredible deal. Their delivery team was also exceptional and they even have a delivery tracker that was SUPER accurate on their progress and delivery time estimate. I was incredibly worried the furniture wouldn't fit through the front door. Not only did they get it in, they even offered to move it into a particularly troublesome room of my house. Took them less than 5 mins to deliver 2 sofas and 1 chair. Can't tell you how relieved I am! Can't recommend Leon's enough. This is now our go-to store!

We had already looked around a couple places and this was by far our best experience. I mostly chalk that up to Alex H. We went in to look around and he found us and let us know right off the back that he was just there to answer our questions, no pressure. I know a lot of salesmen say this, but we honestly FELT it. He answered all our questions for us, spent a lot of time with us and we got his card and we on our way. We returned the next week since we had made our decision and he was there with bells on and even remembered everything we had discussed. He even answered more of our silly questions and made the process so easy and effortless. It was a true pleasure working with him. Overall, great prices, great service. Very happy!

My journey with Leon's has been amazing, with strong customer service, I had purchased Dallas recliner, unfortunately got a mechanical and electrical malfunction. The assurity given from Leon's for couch exchange was satisfying and encouraging. In between the process, I had a mind change, visited the office and shifted to Cooper leather recliner, without hesitation the office granted my wish and the sofa was delivered today. What a couch? Sawsan is the most amazing person (sales or otherwise) I've met. She sells without any mal intent, and is always up to find the details you need and explain thoroughly what each of those details mean. She also asks the right questions for you to understand what you need in the furniture you're getting. She never says any false information, tells you upfront about all the situations within each store and product, and even suggests looking longer to find the perfect item to suit your needs. She is the most honest, sweetest, and admirable person I've ever met. I hope more businesses find or train people to be like her, if it's even possible.

I have been a customer here for 15+ years at this location and have only had pleasant experiences. Today was an especially positive one! I am moving into a new build with no appliances so I stopped in to the showroom to view and measure what I researched online. A friendly representative named Lisa helped me pick out the fridge, range, washer, dryer and dishwasher that I wanted, ensuring I got the best available deals and discounts. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with which was hugely appreciated! I ended up with amazing savings, even better than what I would have got ordering online. Buying the couch & setting up delivery was a great experience. Prior to delivery there was a tracker to show delivery time to our house. Delivery was prompt & quick. The only issue was the delivery.. the delivery guys were nice & delivered the couch exactly where we wanted it. But… the left it fully wrapped & upside down. They never flipped it back over.. what happens if I was u able to do that myself? He took a picture of the couch & quickly left. I had a tip for them… but when turned around they were gone. Guess delivery times are very tight for them.

I only got my partial order but the items I got delivered by the operators was done courteously and efficiently. I ordered a living room set which was delivered, I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set including a mattress I only got the mattress and mattress cover, now I have to wait for the bed frame night table and dresser. I do take issue with Leon's sales teams deception of promising my complete order was being delivered all at once, now I have to wait at least a month for my remaining order to be delivered. Very disappointing.

I recently purchased a new mattress received a call about a sale and on the automated call it said I would receive a scratch ticket at time of purchase and a free gift. I was not impressed by the choice of free gifts and then was informed that my purchase did not entitle me to a scratch card. I was very disappointed after spending thousands of dollars since January 2023 it was very poor communication on your side. Absolutely pathetic Service with no customer cafe view point. I had bought plenty of stuff and the biggest mistake I made. Had two different chair broken in dining set. Replacement process is even more painful . Delivery will come and throw stuff at your door. Paid for assembly Service and they forgot to sent it . Then wait for a week with the box and on their mercy when they will send assembly crew. Absolutely poor. Do yourself a favour and save your time and money . Total harassment…. Review to save others …

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item that arrived today. I was given exceptional service from your sales associate Ali H at the West Ottawa location. He went well beyond the call of duty. I am 77 years old and this is the best service I have received in the retail industry period. He was not only very helpful but friendly and kind, knowing I was quite worried. We had an excellent experience at Leons on QueensviewDrive location during their Black Friday event. Special thanks to Hayam Aljabi who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He spent extra time with measurements to help us determine best furniture for our space. Amber in Appliance and TV department was also very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I've had pleasant experiences purchasing appliances at Leon's at the Queensview Dr. location. I've purchased an LG fridge, dishwasher and oven range. The prices are competitive compared to similar retailers and the staff have always been helpful. When I call them to receive an update on my order status, I am able to get through to customer service easily. I also appreciate their return policy as it gives you enough time to try the product.

Hayan helped us within 5 minutes of entering the store. Helped navigate us through the store and also gave us space to explore and not feel pressured. We left with a couch and a love seat that we are very happy with and quick delivery options for only 6 days later and only $50 shipping cost for 150km away. Had a good experience at Leon's. We were greeted by Alex, who was amazing! We had a list of items we wanted to look at. She was able to take us to each one and go over all the features, pros and cons. Anything she didn't know she was able quickly find out. The customer service was excellent! If the delivery goes smoothly I'll increase my rating to 5 stars. Delivery was completed without any problems. Great service!

The first gentleman came into my home to verify the location of the item to be delivered. Once that was complete, he and his co-worker brought the item into my home. They handled it as if it were nothing. They placed it in its proper place, ensured all was well. They then wished us a good day and left. I found they were very kind and extremely efficient. I ordered online bedroom furniture set 4 months ago .Three days later someone from Leon’s called me and said your order need until first of November to be delivered. I call the store today and they said I have to wait until January. Very bad service and your appointment jumped 3 or 4 months and my money still in your pocket .my son has been waiting for so long to get his room .

Queensview location. Great product. Our salesperson, Sawsan, couldn't have been more helpful. There was an issue with the first delivery. The driver refused to deliver. I called Leon's. The in-store manager as well as Chris the delivery supervisor couldn't have been more helpful. Chris actually picked up a new couch at the store and delivered it to us the same day, 5 stars.

I am always hesitant to shop at these box box places but my experience was really good. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I was told about 4 weeks for delivery and it was on time. The delivery men were fast, and unboxed everything within five minutes and took it all with them. So five stars for great service. I will most definitely shop there again.

The 2 guys who came to deliver the bed frame and mattress work very good as a team. Also they were very polite with a friendly manner. They were marvelous.
