Great service, friendly staff, a lot of trying to oversell Update: The delivery was late, the sales consultant really did not let me speak to the manager and finally when I did the manager said I would get some money back from the delivery because of this. It was 4 days after the delivery and no one followed up and I tried calling over the course of another 3 days with no sales consultant ever answering the phone. I eventually found a commercial sales person who was able to resolve my issues. Because of the commercial sales person, I'm giving 2 stars instead of the 1.

Omar was a great salesperson helping us buy furniture from the Brick on West Hunt Club rd in ottawa. He was very detailed and walked us through the whole process including helping us with our warranty issues and delivery. Will definitely come back to buy from him at the brick. Alix (customer service) was also super understanding and helpful to help us deal with long-standing warranty issues. She was patient in explaining the nuances of the warranties and helped us get some (and hopefully the rest) of the money back. Finally.

I shopped at The Brick Ottawa West, Hunt Club. I received the best service one could ever get. It was my lucky day, I found a love seat, for my budget and was able to take it home with me. The salesman and the manager are the ones who made my day, can't thank them enough! when I went to pick up my love seat. The service I received was quick, very efficient and very kind, they both had a beautiful smile too. Thank you for impeccable service. Definitely recommend shopping at The Brick Ottawa West.

Amazing service . They go above and beyond to make sure at the end of the day you as a customer are happy. I got the sectional I wanted at a very reasonable price. My delivery wasn't so perfect from a delivery company and the Brick have me a 35% rebate on my already low purchase price. Also thousands thanks for making sure everything delivers on time and install on time as time was very crucial. Thanks Steve and his mate for being on time making delivery on storm day. it was crazy day with lots of snow on road. Thanks Last installation mate - Seth Hill for installation. He also shared many good tips for appliances.

I just had a delightful follow up call from Daniel from customer service. This was his second call after my initial on line purchace that he helped me with. He has followed my order to make sure it was in stock and is going to be delivered as scheduled. I couldn't be more impressed by his professionalism and kindness. This Brick location had stuff on the floor we couldn't test anywhere else so we took the drive. Turned out to be well worth it. Attentive sales staff as usual, and the biggest plus was the admin and booking staff at the back. So quick and helpful, even when the had a customer who was being difficult and wasn't really understanding the fine print. Ended up buying from here and they even gave us a 10% discount on a few items.

Honestly, I had a great experience at The Brick. Daniele was so helpful in finding me the best bed and mattress. The prices were great and I’m so happy with what I got. Daniele was so knowledgeable with all the beds and was honest about what I would be spending my money on. Overall it was great and I’m happy with my purchase and how I was treated in this store. Will be back for more furniture in the future!

Came in looking for a new TV for the new year and needed some clarity for specs, quality, and how a payment plan would work. Harveen was the one who helped me make my decision, and I couldn’t be happier. She was very helpful and she gave all the exact information I was looking for. This is probably the first time ever my family and I receive honest and helpful information from The Brick. Kiranpreet was an amazing associate, kind and super respectful. We also got help from the store manager as we came into the store with an issue from when we were in Alberta, and Baljit Singh, the manager, solved the issue even though it wasn’t his to deal with.

Buyer beware when purchasing furniture from the brick. It takes approximate 6 months before furniture will arrive. And if you have deficiencies, good luck on getting a technician to call you back in a reasonable time frame. Tip emailing the brick is faster than trying to get through to somebody on a phone as they don't have enough staff to answer phones.

I needed to buy some chairs for our dining room to go with a table we were restoring. But we were one week from Christmas and had doubts we would be lucky. We went into the Brick on Huntclub and the first person to greet us was Oubaid. We found the dining chairs at a great price! What a gentle man. He was so helpful, and hard working. Great experience!

Kiran was the sales associate who assisted who assisted us with a few purchases recently. She was so friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour.
