According to the Iceland site yesterday, people who were pension age, at risk or vulnerable could attend the shop between 8-00 - 9.00, however, when I went down this morning (Wednesday), the hours had been changed to (opening) 9.00 - 11.00. I decided to try Farmfoods, which was a waste of time, went back to Iceland expecting it to be only the elderly etc, and saw many people who were half my age (I'm nearly 74 !!), and guess what, the shelves were nearly empty, and yet again, no toilet rolls, so the staff there were obviously not following the instructions ?? !! Help !!

At some point we've all got to the till and had to run back for something. There were 2 other customers in the shop with no intention of reaching the tills anytime soon. I was away literally 20 seconds and the 'lady' on the till had already moved my stuff (not even a basket full) to another till and then said to me "in future only put your stuff down when you're ready to be served" accompanied with one of the dirtiest looks I've been given in a shop.

It is a shop and you can buy frozen food, and fresh food bread milk cheese, spuds cabbages, I like der special fried rice,but there's a big price rise above the inflation rate,,,if they gave the staff,the same rise I wouldn't mind, but, they do have their overheads,I always shop at iceland, ever since they opened

Went to Iceland in tuebrook.. it was hard to keep social distancing with the amount of huge baskets with food items in the aisles.. customer's on top of one another trying to look in freezers while customers queued in the aisle. Got what i needed as regards shopping.

I've been here a few times now & most of the time its not stocked as well as the other stores and there have been a few occassions where I've noticed the standard of cleaning is not as high as other stores ive visited. Parking is difficult too.

Staff in here really need to learn please thank you and hello. Found the atmosphere to be really unwelcoming and unfriendly. There was pleanty of food which was refreshing. However, customer service really needs touching up.

Absolutely appauling, was treated like a thief by the manager, because the store did not have items i wanted in stock. This managers attitude was disgusting and i will never return to his store.

Inexpensive place to do your food shopping. Flip side is the quality of some of the food isn't great. Great if it's party food your after particularly on the run up to Christmas.

I love iceland stores, i tend to get loads of bargains but have noticed over the last few weeks how much food has increased in price, but i suppose thats all over.

For a small shop it has a large variety of products including the big daddy steaks 2 for £5 Friendly staff plus free home delivery on orders £25 and over

Lacking a bit of quality for a lot of their products, but there are some good offers on brand items. Seems to lack staff in here too.

Big shop in strange place, hardly find a space to park some where to get something but it os good shop for local residents.

A nice well lit well stocked store, shop assistants pleasant and quick to help, would recommend most definately.
