John was great to deal with from the beginning to the end of our project. We were at the beginning of landscaping our back yard. We contacted John to have a gas line installed for a future fire table. John recommended that we install a new line from the meter so we didn’t exceed the house’s existing gas capacity. The gas line would be used for a fire table which would be installed on a deck approximately 30 feet from our back door of the house. The challenge John faced was getting the gas line to come out of the ground in the middle of where the deck would eventually be built. Further to that, the height of the pipe coming out of the ground had to be +/- 4 inches, so that the connection came up through the future deck and up inside of the fire table. The project was flawless, from obtaining the required permits and coordinating and passing the inspection. The height of the pipe was perfect and John returned, once the deck and gazebo were constructed, to make the connections to the fire table and insure everything was working properly. Throughout the project John’s professionalism, experience and expertise became apparent as each phase of the pipe line installation took place. John’s recommendation, to have a new and separate gas line, also provides us with the btu capacity to additional appliances should we want to. We would recommend John without hesitation. T Mccallen

It all started 2 years ago, when John got my furnace working again (replaced a heat sensor, and a pressure valve). I was told at the time that these heat sensors often fail within 2-3 years and, sure enough, my furnace conked out last night... I texted John and asked if he could come by 1st thing in the morning but, even though it was 8pm, I instead got a call from him -- and a quick explanation on how I could clean the sensor to make the furnace work again. And just like that, my furnace was running fine just 15 minutes later. Now THAT is great service! And free to boot!!! My wife and I were super impressed (me with John, her with me, lol!). So tomorrow I'm spending $80 on a "spare" flame sensor, so I'll have it handy next time this one fails again, and I'm sending a Starbucks gift card to John for being my support hero on the phone. John has helped me on multiple occasions with different plumbing and heating issues. He is very responsive and either sets up an appointment in a day or two or has also helped me over the phone without needing to come by. I appreciate that he is always trying to help save money as well, either giving instructions over the phone for simple tasks or helping diagnosis and if it ends up being simple allowing us to go change out the part ourselves to reduce costs. And obviously for more complex jobs he has done both the diagnosis and repair. Service was amazing other company's wait times were astronomical, the quickest being 6 hrs minimum... while my friends (who is pretty much bed ridden from surgery after breaking his pelvis and tail bone) basement was flooding from the floor drain! I recently relocated to Edmonton and being a service HVAC technician for 20 years I can quickly spot poor customer service but you wont find that here. Not only was John punctual and returned my inquiry, but John was able to figure out how to run gas to my garage and still make everything look nice in the yard.
