I was excited to check out the selection of furniture here, as the pictures I had seen online showed some nice pieces. We are new to the area, so we have been looking for good furniture stores. When we arrived, my husband and I were met by an older woman who worked there. She explained the layout of the store, but then told us how not to assume that the items in the store would be very discounted because they're all 'high end' and despite the discounts, would be very expensive still and kept reiterating this to us. I didn't feel encouraged to browse the store, instead, I felt as if we was implying my husband and I couldn't afford anything in there because we look too young to afford a $2,000 couch or something. She also commented how we didn't look around long enough and suggested the 'double clearance' section, further implying we couldn't afford what was on the floor. Not sure if this is a spiel given to all customers, but I found it to be very off-putting and I don't plan on coming back to this establishment. I'm not one to even write bad reviews, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

I came into their smaller location and was greeted by a couple of employees with such positive attitudes. Robert came up to my sister and I, introduced himself explained a little bit about the company and gave us our space to shop without hovering. If I had a question he was conveniently right there , but didn’t follow us around the store. I settled on a beautiful sectional that luckily was able to be shipped out a few days later! Robert was super patient and understanding when I hit a little snag with my card (from out of state) but once it was all settled I was a happy customer with a new couch being delivered. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a smaller atmosphere, I know they have a huge location on Atlantic but for those who get overwhelmed easy with too many choices this one was perfect. Will be back for more furniture!

This place is awesome. They have a wide variety of furniture: name brands like Best, Vaughan Basset, Riverside, Craftmaster, Bernhardt, Lexington. And they offer the lowest prices I could find. At this location, they also have some clearance items. And I have found some real treasures at rock bottom prices. You never know what you might find there so I personally like to check back periodically as they are always putting out new merchandise. The sales people are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a variety of different financing programs.

The sales person was helpful and very nice. He stated that we could pick our material for our recliner and it would only take 10 days for that customization. We assumed it would be maybe 2 more weeks at the most for it to be shipped and delivered. Unfortunately after waiting almost 2 months already we still do not have our recliner and we’re just told it will be another 2-3 weeks. we are very dissatisfied and if we knew it would take so long we would have gone with a different company. I won’t be purchasing anything else from this store.

After scouring the internet for weeks looking for a sectional sofa, I found Jacksonville Furniture Mart. This is the only place that I was able to create a custom sofa and get EXACTLY what I wanted. Marla invested a lot of her time to help me get exactly what I wanted. I was able to choose from hundreds of fabrics and configurations so I could get the perfect look for my home. Never have I ever received such incredible customer service. If you’re looking for furniture, I enthusiastically recommend Jacksonville Furniture Mart!

My wife and I we’re in search of a dining room table when we decided to go outside of the mainstream furniture stores in Jacksonville. We visited both Furniture Mart location and found the staff very friendly and professional. Thank you Robert Goodman for your patients and service with helping us find furniture to fit our needs. I had 100% intentions to buy furniture today. When I walked in I was greeted from a person sitting behind a desk 20 feet away. It was at least 10 people having conversations but never helped. We walked around and no one came to ask us what brings you in today or looking for. I will not be coming back to the establishment. We wanted to walk upstairs to view but didn't feel comfortable waking up there due to nobody around to give us any directions.

If I remember correctly, this store used to be off Lem Turner road YEARS ago...like close to 30yrs or more, but my mother purchased her entire house of furniture from here, and it was not only beautiful, one of a kind pieces, but it was as sturdy as sturdy could get. Very durable and great quality furniture. Anyway, I said all of that to say this: I am in the market for new furniture, so I will definitely check this place out.

On multiple occasions this year, we have purchased several pieces of furniture from Jacksonville Furniture Mart. We worked with Shirley each time and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and very customer focused (in person, by email, text, and phone). Even when we asked a ton of questions and wanted lots of information, she always replied promptly and professionally! There’s no doubt that we’ll be using them again in the future.

Wife and I entered the store in search of a recliner chair to replace the one that is worn out. We were greeted by Marla who went out of her way to help us order a chair. While waiting for her to fill out the paper work I saw a couch that was on sale. Marla provided another 10% discount and we bought it. The chair and the couch will live together in our TV room. They have a great selection of furniture here. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of my chairs broke a year after buying it here and they fixed the problem when it took too long to replace the chair they credited my account for the full purchase and helped me pick a different table set I love even more. I will be recommending this store to friends and family and be going back for other pieces in the future.

On 3/15/21, my wife and I revisited furniture mart to add a new piece to our original sectional. Mary Ann Sciullo assisted us, she needed to call the manufacturer for material availability. She received her info and before you knew it, order was placed and we were on our way home. Mary Ann was very professional, thorough, and prompt with a order placed confirmation phone call.

I love this store! It may seem expensive but it is extremely high quality furniture. You get what you pay for so it’s worth spending the money. I have 3 pieces from here and LOVE them and receive many compliments. I always ask for Robert (he works at the Main St location). He’s super helpful and friendly. Please check out this place if you’re in the market.

I wss in the store on Saturday looking for a small recliner with remote. I found the perfect recliner! The staff was very informative regarding the manufactor's warranty and tbe process "if" something goes wrong. I feel confident that I purchased a good product at a good price.
