Terrible. Was excited for this couch and meant to be a beautiful gift for my husband. I don't think I'd ever buy from James Lane again. Some Asian lady called me demanding payment and told me I was meant to have paid and had the couch delivered a month ago ? Even though the other sales assistants assured me there was no issue to deliver on the date specified. Further, I had agreed to a date for delivery by this Asian lady who I could barely understand and it turned out that the booking was nowhere to be found. So I was couchless for about a week since I had made preparations to remove it on the morning of the expected delivery. No call. No response. I was just simply waiting for the couch to arrive. Very flimsy couches, mechanical recliner part broke after one month. Terrible quality. Terrible after care. Do not recommend.

Pleasant experience with both Mcgregor and Logan centres. Helpful and patient listeners. I had few cancellations and they were quiet accommodative. By mistake I called up at their Logan centre for cancellation, however they made sure the message is passed onto the Mcgregor store and things are sorted without drama. Cath at Mcgregor is for sure warm and wonderful person, or say easy person:) And delivery was smooth and spot on time.

The customer service was amazing at the store. It was the first delivery truck that really let the whole experience down with the EXTREME damages they caused to my property walls and door almost causing me to lose faith completely in James Lane. In the end it was Shannon and the boys at Royale home services that really stepped in to save the day (via balcony lift) restoring my faith in James Lane. Exceptional service by them.

We bought a Dylan orset couch which is incredibly comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and has good upright back support. The service at James Lane MacGregor, Brisbane was exceptional with Cathryn Gape who was very warm, friendly, welcoming and forthcoming with sales specials and matched sales prices after the initial higher quoted price & deposit paid. Would highly recommend this place for your furniture needs!! Dan

Absolute terrible service. Sold a chair in stock in Nsw so allow 2 weeks to come up to Brisbane. After 2 weeks went by, I have now called 4 times. Each sales person gives a different story, is on back order, will be in the next day etc. After today's call, now not coming in for another 3 days. I would never trust this store and would never recommend to anyone.

During my first look at JL I was greeted by Deepan. He was beyond helpful and created a quote for me. I had to return to the store when my partner was home and this time Mihaela looked after us. Her care and service was out of this world especially as she was so busy due to BF sales she still made time to make sure we were well looked after.

Mahaela was friendly, incredibly detailed in her knowledge about the modular sofas we were trying and when I called to follow up with questions, her service continued to go above my expectations. She's was an absolute joy and I'd go browse in James Lane anytime if it meant I got to speak with her. Highly recommend visiting this store!

Popped into Macgregor store today to have a look for new sofas for our living room and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with the lovely Stacey. She was soo helpful with our decision making without being intrusive not to mention her lovely bubbly customer service personality! Great quality furniture at awesome prices too!

Friendly and helpful service given by Cathryn and Jake. Cathryn noticed we were interested in a couch and printed off an information sheet and grabbed us the best price + answered any questions we had. Jake was easy to talk to at the counter and covered all areas of delivery etc.

Buyer beware no after sales service 3 weeks since my table was delivered damaged and still waiting for a refund. I have had to chase them up time and time again and have only received 1 phone call from them about it do not buy from here. Update I did eventually get my refund.

We walked in only a few minutes before close and I was warmly greeted by the sales Assistant. We were shown different colour options for the bed we were looking at and offered product care products. The shop was very well presented and customer service was great
