This place is a joke. I will never even attempt to take my kids to this store again. They have a serious staff problem as far as being professional. We waited around 20 minutes for an employee to return with a pair of shoes that they said that they had, that come to find out were not in stock. The one employee that was assisting us disappeared never to be seen again, then another store employee went back to see what was going on, NEVER to be seen again. Then another employee came in from break or that was already clocked out (not really sure since there were just random people hanging out that weren’t customers) that came back a few minutes later to tell us they didn’t have the shoes? If this was a one time issue it would be forgot and forgiven. However, same time last year had the same problem but we couldn’t even get an employee to assist us with our intended purchase. You’d be better off to go to any of the other journeys stores in this mall other then Journeys Kidz or just order online instead of wasting your time stopping in here. What a waste.

The staff here make me so happy to bring my kids in, and are always so patient and helpful. They search for you like they're buying the shoes themselves! My daughter was so happy to get some purple Jojo something or other & the young lady who helped us knew EXACTLY what she was talking about! To top it off we got the last pair! This is our favorite shoe store. Update 11/12/18 Went today to get boots for my baby girl (ok ok she’s 5yrs old, still MY baby) SARA (finally figured that out) was there and awesome again!! My son wanted a Roblox shirt, she took the whole rack down to find it! Didn’t have his size and she offered to order online- I couldn’t ask for better service from this lady!

Constantly making mistakes, unprofessional, and horrible service . This location has gone downhill since new management has taken over

I BOUGHT 50 DOLLAR ADIDAS SHOES, WORE THEM FOR 3 HOURS AND THEY GET TORN UP JUST FROM WALKING! SO NEVER COMING AGAIN!
