I was very sad to discover that Tanya has retired as she cut my hair for 10 years, but so happy that she gets to finally relax and take life easy. Tanya, your warmth and talents will be greatly missed!! Julia was able to fit me in, and my gosh she was so friendly and did the perfect job with replicating the style I like. There's no pretentiousness in that salon, and the rates are excellent compared to other places. Thank you, Julia, for the perfect cut. Been a couple times, hair cut $20 which you can't beat! Just went a 3rd time & had Myka cut this time. She had a very unique way of trimming off about 1.5 - 2 inches off my very straight fine but lots of it hair so shows a bad cut immediately! I loved how she cut it. I have shoulder length by the time I need cut again to take off the up to 2 inches. I'll be making an appt especially for her next time and not just drop in. Great location with parking just W of Cambie on W 6th.

Kacy is one of the best hair salons in the area! My hairdresser, Stela, is the most professional and nice hairdresser I’ve ever met! I went to her with my thick virgin black hair and she did the most beautiful balayage on it. She is truly and artist and I will forever go back to her. If you are looking for any colours, highlights, or haircuts, go ask for Stela at Kacy hair design!

Julia recently moved here from Ukraine and you can tell she is very experienced and talented. This salon is very lucky to have her!

I stumbled upon this salon when I needed a wash a style before work. They booked me in at 6:30am. Absolutely great service and awesome work with my hair. I am booked in for my next appointment. The ladies are European so they know blonde, fine hair and how to work with it. I'd highly recommend them

Stela does my hair. It only took her once to figure out my style and i dont have to say anything and im very difficult when it comes to my hair. She always accomodated me even for my last minute requests. Best hair dresser. Very reasonable prices. All staff are also very friendly.

Great little local place with skilled, friendly stylists. Can be as no frills or full works as you’d like. As I’m a no frills gal, I appreciate being able to get a nice haircut, be in and out within 30 mins, and pay a super reasonable price.

I’ve been seeing Eva for my colour and cut for the last 10-15 years. No matter where I move in the city, I still go to her. She is very talented. The salon is friendly and cozy, also the price it’s very affordable.

Stella was awesome. My hair came out healthy and smooth, with lots of volume. Whatever was used during the wash was magic. Great blow dry too, I usually skip this step because thick hair can be tricky to blow out.
