About a week ago i went for my first appointment with Dr. Nahid. I had a small chip in my front tooth that i needed filled in. She said it would take 15 minutes, no freezing. During the procedure she was very sloppy, my face and neck were soaked with splashback, and when filing the tooth she hit the roof of my mouth with her drill. Her assistant kept dabbing up the blood and it continued to bleed for hours after. Dr Nahid did not mention it, she pretended nothing happened. When i got home, i saw that she made my FRONT tooth bigger than its partner, it flared out and shredded my dental floss and caused pressure. When i went in to get it fixed, she argued with me, It doesn't actually cause me pain in her opinion. She very reluctantly repaired the damage, and then at the end, before I even got the cotton roll out of my mouth, she lectured me for complaining! Also Can Anyone Explain Why A Single Small Filling cost me $461.00?!?! Avoid if you can. She is unprofessional, sloppy, argumentative and utterly unaccountable. What a shame. I did submit a complaint to the Ontario Board of Dentistry.

I just recently switched to this office and have had wonderful experiences. I switched my whole family over to this practice. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They always provide me with an expected cost of the work that is needed to be done. They do not do more than what is quoted, so I am never surprised when I need to pay. I am a difficult patient to freeze as I require more than the average patient. The dentist always checks prior to staring any of my work to be sure that I am completely frozen. I definitely recommend this practice. It is a smaller office which makes you a person and not just another patient walking through their doors. They are genuinely interested in getting to know you and converse with you. ❤️

I had a great experience with Dr. Nahid & her staff to get my tooth fixed. I had an emergency situation and they scheduled me in a day. The work was done amazingly and at a great price! I got a quote from my previous dentistry for a lot more than what I paid here, without some unnecessary extra work that was recommended to me at the previous place. So, I decided to even move my file over here. I highly recommend Dr. Nahid to anyone who's looking for a professional honest dentist at an affordable price.

My parents have been patients here fo 25 years. The previous dentist was amazing but the change in owership has changed that. Prices continue to rise. Services are billed when they haven't been approved with insurance and clients first. The dentist is rough and impersonal. There have been last minute cancelations when you've already arrived. We will no longer be using this dentist and business.

Myself and my family have been a patients here since around 2007 and they have made coming to the dentist a very pleasurable experience. I used to have extremely bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to my appointments! I appreciate the amazing staff that work there and all their hard work they do! Thank you

If you want your children to enjoy the dentist. Go here they are very gentle. Which is what you should want in a dentist. If you are not already going to King's Town Dental I feel bad for you, with this quality of service they probably wont be taking NEW Patient forever no one will give them up they are so good

I have been going here for 10 years. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, the place is spotless, and the receptionists do a great job of fitting you in for emergencies.

The fastest, friendliest, most knowledgeable group of staff I have opened my mouth for. Hands down.
