I have frequented Kloof Village Mall for over 40 years. It has been through several great upgrades and it is a fairly complete shopping experience. From fast food, hardware and clothing stores to Spar as the anchor store, banking and a Clicks, they should have everything you need. Split across 2 levels, there is even a lift for easy access. The parking is spread out around the mall, and tends to fill up quickly during peak times. There is shaded parking on the roof and very limited undercover parking outside the Post Office. There are also public toilets available and a petrol station right outside the mall premises.

Waited 7 hours in queue to renew my Licence disk. It was a terrible experience. We are loyal tax payers. This is the only country in the world where the Government provides this old manual way of servicing its tax payers. Post office only had 1 teller operating for several hours. This country is so backwards on technology. With Covid and the queues surely we can arrange for on-line assistance. It needs to come from the top. Our leadership is not educated. Half of them are not educationally qualified thats why we experience all of this.

The Spar shop is very, very good~there is a Rose's restaurant - stunning delicious meals at very low prices, sometimes we travel there from Durban partly for the drive BUT mainly for a lovely lunch. The shop part is well stocked with everything including precooked food and more, clean with wide Isles and very helpful staffgwell worth a visit, on Tuesdays they have a pensioners day with tea or coffee and complimentary snacks AS FA AS I KNOW THIS IS THE FIRST SHOP IN KZN THAT DROPPED PLASTIC BAGS

Beautiful mall, well maintained. Went to renew my NPN car license at the Post Office. The queue was long, but you're undercover in the parking lot with chairs to sit down, 2 tellers so it moves quicker than Westville with 1 teller. Was really impressed when the branch manager immediately helped a 92 year old man without making him sit in the queue! Anyone with a disability should get priority, no harm in asking.

The mall is nice but the security is inappropriate. I was harassed by an atm security who made sexual remarks about my body very openly. This is very inappropriate as security is there to protect vulnerable people not intimidate and harass them. I felt even more unsafe in their presence. The security needs to trained better and consequences must be met for harassment of the public

Conveniently located in Kloof the center struggles with parking on busy days. It offers limited parking for disabled patrons which is not always monitored or managed. The center offers your standard fast foods but no up market sit down restaurants which could increase its appeal. It has several boutique shops which cater for the most part of a predominantly elderly community.

I enjoy this mall..... but..... Is it too much to ask for the shops to post their operating hours on their doors in a little sign so that shoppers don't stand for 30 minutes waiting for a business to open, not knowing if they are too early or if the shopkeeper is just running a little late. This is hugely inconvenient

Such a nice Centre. Has everything you need, Spar, Hairdresser upstairs and Downstairs, a BEAUTIFUL decor and Gifting shop called Blue Willow Decor and Gifts upstairs, Wimpy and all other sort of takeaways, Pink Petals where you can get nails, massages etc done, Clicks, Post office, clothing, carpets... So much.

Roses, the little Cafe associated with the Spar in Kloof Village Mall is an absolute gem. The food (simple meals), is great and cheap. The staff are super friendly and the service is great. If you ever in the area, I recommend their fish and chips, or chicken salad with a Milo milkshake. Best eva!! …

I was so impressed by their Security. I visited the mall while getting out of the car I dropped my phone and entered the mall . After a while I realized my phone is lost than I phoned phone and only to find that the security got my phone on the floor and he gave it back to me. I am so impressed

The food from Spar Deli here at Kloof Village Mall is amazing. In general Kloof Village Mall is well kept and all the stores have amazing customer service and good food.. Whether you at Fisherways or buying Pizza to the Thai food restaurant which make amazing mouth watering Shushi.. …

  • Brian Millum

Never really liked this place yet, I find myself going there. Why? I have no clue. The prices are above average. Their bread is not made in house. The selection is below normal spar standards. Oh and they charge R2.60 for a PAPER BAG! I await my next visit to once again be disappointed.

Convenient mall to shop at from anywhere in Kloof. Located close to Fields Hill enabling easy access when either entering or leaving Kloof. Parking is good. The mall is kept clean and tidy. The selection of stores is good, meaning you’ll likely always find what you’re looking for here.

  • CF Trim

Always welcoming. A small local shopping village. Plenty of parking at different levels. There is a variety of shops. Shops are well stocked. Convenient to pop in and out. Just need some trolley collectors to hasten the Spar trolley collection from all the parking levels.

  • Sue Brackett

Trying to renew motor licences at the post office there. A ridiculous state of affairs. How can a state department deteriorate to such an extent? Bad reflection on the shopping centre. Don't know whether volume of license seekers would increase shoppers in the centre.

  • tanya pietropaolo

Shops are fine. But we parked to go have breakfast. Shops were all closed cause of load shedding.. so we left immediately to back to the car and the car guard had left his food and was eating from the back of our bakkie. And he was laughing like it was a huge joke

  • Geoff Madsen

A clean well run local mall with lots of natural light. Several well known anchor tenants and quite a few small useful shops make this a worth while visit. Some smaller shops close at 5.30pm and the larger ones at 7.00pm Parking all around the building. …

  • Bryan Johnston

Not too busy, always lively, and with enough selection for most shoppers. I enjoy going to this centre primarily because finding parking and getting things done is not a chore. It hasn't lost its "little village" appeal but services most people's needs.

  • Anthony Stead

Been through a very bad patch. We have been loyal to the brand and this week there was a marked improvement. I am sure it has taken a lot of hard work and wish to congratulate all those involved and hope it is rewarded with customers returning.

  • Zelda Gallo

I live in Westville but really love visiting this mall in Kloof when I'm in the area. I think 2, even 3 out of the 4 stars can go for the fabulous spacious parking bays wit double lines inbetween cars. Well done to whoever laid out the parking.

  • Devlin Frohlich

Kloof Village mall houses Stumpnose Brewery. The beer is good and they recently introduced some light food! If you want more food, they are conveniently situated next to a few restaurants. Endless Summer in the picture! Definitely recommend.

  • Sonic Feathers

As a KwikSpar you know it's not going to be the most inexpensive supermarket before you go in. But where they excel us the imported items that you cannot get at the bulk of Durban stores. Yikes! I even got Post's Grape Nuts here once. Pity,

  • Peter Leonard

Only visited Spar today but, as always, the store was neat and tidy with full shelves. Spent a good sum at their hot food deli and bought a few other items. The store never seems to get crowded so it's always a pleasure to shop there.

  • Ash Deon

It's alovely little mall I'm the heart of Kloof the bean tree Cafe is well priced and a must visit, The Spar has everything you may need at home and there is a hardware store there as well. The mall is well kept clean and neat.

  • Jo smith

Great little village mall. Spar has more than adequate variety with really good veggie and bakery. I really like the NO PLASTIC and support fully. All other little shops are great. Nice & central to all amenities. I like

  • Joe Hall

Need to seriously beef up the security there. Too many incedents recently. Allot of old and frail shoppers that dont stand a chance against groups of criminals. Very sad to see it going down to become more like pinetow.

  • M Herbst

So we ate at this restaurant called Churros, hope my spelling is correct, I had a chicken shwama. Absolutely delicious, nice and spicy, not to hot, but suited my tastebuds to the T! I would recommend buying from them.

  • Katt

Great atmosphere and friendly staff in most stores. I went to the tattoo shop in there to get my first tattoo and I love the people who work there. They are friendly and respectful, and they're always ready to help.

  • Nontobeko Maphinda

Beautifu place everthing under one roof banks ;eateries;grocery stores; phamarcies. In terms people with disabilities the place is not accessible with a wheelchairs only stairs if you want to go to the next floor.

  • petronella van der merwe

I have been a customer at Spar for 26 years. The staff on the floor are very friendly and so helpful. It is easy to shop there as the isles are nice and wide and the consumables are easy to find Thank you Spar.

  • Rene Conning - shorts

Nice selection of shops, lots of parking, good experience all around. The Bean Tree makes the most beautiful and delicious food. The waiters could be a little friendlier, but a good place to meet with friends.

  • Srikesh Maharaj

Always a decent place to visit. Parking can sometimes be an issue, but in general a good place. Would be nice if this mall could introduce newer outlets and perhaps look at expanding their parking or entrance.

  • Brian Farrell

Decent over all pricing at each shop. Simple shopping with not a large variety of shops. Generally helpful and friendly staff, secure free parking. However there is little to no cellphone signal in the Spar.

  • Nitara Munsamy

There's a wonderful variety of shops here. Though a lot of the stuff is overpriced is these shops. They should really bring the prices down. Though the spar is very nice, it's clean and has helpful workers.

  • Henk Liebenberg

Love this little Mall, have all the shops required from a Clicks, Absa Bank, Postoffice, and SuperSpar with a Tops next to it. There is also a wide variety of take away or sit down eateries you can choose

  • Belinda Griggs

  • Lindsay Sias

Village Mall Post office does vehicle licensing renewals so dont have to stand in long que for ours at NPA or other licensing departments or pay people to do it save your money and do it yourself here.

  • Anis Sabri Mangenda

I just popped into the Spar for some snacks and some organic seeds. At a quick glance the mall looked quite attractive. I didn't quite register the other shops. There's plenty of parking

  • selby ntshangase

Small shopping mall great for household shopping and banking. Your typical south african fast food joints are also present. There's also two good pubs, a grill house and a coffee stall

  • Olga Makarova von Eck

I love the vibe of that place, though I have to drive there from Westville, I wont mind to do so. SPAR surprised with layout, variety of stock. Service of cashiers was perfect, too.

Generally it's great. Very convenient, some unusual shops, like the cannabis shop. The hardware shop is the only one in Kloof, that I know of and there are plenty of takeaways.

  • Bhekuyise Mthembu

Beautiful place. I cannot suggest any physical building improvements. But Spar closes early at 6pm, at least in summer 7pm can be appreciated. As we are heading for Christmas.
