Walked in with my shopping all done online and was quickly greeted by Robin. After talking with me and my husband and checking our different bodies and shaped, she made a suggestion, a powered chair. I have great sales resistance but Robin addressed all my concerns. After I sat in the recliner she suggested my husband tried it. It fit both of us beautifully. We bought 2 of them that day and Robin even found us two in stock. They'll be delivered this week! Very pleased.

I must Complement your sales person Bob. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. As far as deciding to get a sectional with (2) recliners it’s a no brainer to go with Lazy Boy. I recently moved from out of state leaving living room furniture behind, so it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I looked at every possibility. With help from Daniel and Anita I placed an order for a queen sofa sleeper and area rug. They were patient and professional answering all my questions. It will take a few weeks to receive my order, but I'm sure it will work well in my new home.

Great selection of beautiful furniture. We ended up purchasing a super comfortable recliner which will be delivered in less than a week. Great salesman who really knew the merchandise, but gave us plenty of time and space to select the perfect recliner. We were very pleased with the quality, selection, and customer service. We’ll return for sure and recommend to our family and friends.

2 stars because original service was good. Careful with their sales tactics as they will continuously remind you how many years they’ve been doing this and steer you in the wrong direction. Also be aware that this is a privately owned store, so if you have an issue with anything, you cannot speak with the owner directly and corporate cannot help you.

I can’t vouch for the quality of the sofa & chairs I purchased bcuz they haven’t been delivered yet; tho I love the leather feel, the height of and semi/firmness of seating. I can say the Team @ the store were very helpful, not pushy at all, and enlightened me as to the quality & warranty. Thanks guys!

Karen B was a huge help with my quest for a new recliner. She offered many suggestions and was very patient as a went back and forth. The goods news is the James recliner she showed me filled the bill to a t, make that capital T!

Bob was very patient and accommodating during our visit. He explained different aspects of the variety of sofas we were interested in buying. There was no pressure to buy, just wanted us to be satisfied with what we bought.
