My husband and I went to the store this past weekend to purchase a king size bed frame only. Paid $1000 in cash no financing and got it delivered the same day. Our sales person was great, the delivery was great, however on last night around 6:44pm the bed caved in. Rails underneath came down. I immediately called and was advised by a Lewis that due to the type of flooring I had it caused the rails to slip and come undone and that I needed to purchase some skid pads to prevent it from happening again. My problem is the delivery guys whom deliver furniture all the time and set up should have known this and advised us of such so we could have went to the home depot up the street. Then Lewis says they wouldn't have known and the best he could do is come out today between 4pm-8pm to put the skid pads down and replace the railing. We had to make other sleeping arrangements on last night and should be accommodated first thing this morning not last. I tried calling the store today to see if he could be put us as priority to be told Lewis is the manager and is not available to speak with at the time and Brad the owner is out until Thursday. At his point my husband wants to tell them to pick up the merchandise and refund our money. The pictures below shows the railing and then the frame in the store.

Worst experience ever. Selected a king bed and the landmark manager on I-45 location agreed they will deliver and assemble the bed at my place. I was told the headboard can be disassembled as I knew the assembled headboard would not fit the narrow staircase in my 3 floor house. They bought the bed and headboard came assembled and it couldn’t get to the top follow. Damaged my wall and paint. The manager Brad Taylor is so arrogant and hangs up the phone or walks away when explaining him the situation. They forced me to buy something else and wouldn’t refund even tho they lied at the first place. They trick up to pay upfront and then you have to chase them for your money. I was forced to buy another bed which is not my first choice and they did not provide any discount compared to the first one that I wanted. Previously Brad said they would do touch up of the damaged walls and then he refused to cover that as well. Complete waste of time and money. Had to run to their store 5 times to get hold of him and sort this out somehow.

We had been looking for a few months at different stores and came across this place. I was extremely pleased with how friendly everyone was. We ended up with a sales rep on her first day. She was very polite and friendly. The owner of the store was helping her on her first day and he was equally friendly and polite. We came in looking for mattress and bedroom furniture and were pleased with the selection. Most places we had been too over the past few weeks were very pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer. But here at Landmark they were not pushy. It was like a breath of fresh air! We went to lunch to talk over options and decided to purchase our bedroom furniture and mattress at landmark.. we are sooo happy that we did. Great furniture and wonderful prices. I will be going back next year to get our dinning furniture. I would definitely recommend this place if your on a budget and need good quality furnishings at a affordable cost.

I when there and I like a mattress that it was discontinue and I told the sale man that I will accept this mattress but I will not going to pay more then you want. He say well that is the price that I can give it, I told him that no because is not even brand new and it was damage, and no warranty, so he got mad and told their coworkers that I want it less price. How you ask for more money when is not new, discontinue, no warranty, and damage and not even disaffecting the mattress. He is Hispanic and kind of rude with his customers he do not need to tell their customers I give it to you this price now, he do not need to be aggressive. Need to change his personality and not talk to his customers behind their backs. That is rude, if he do not like his job he need to quit.

I went to the main store on 5900 north freeway and the salesman was great wasn’t pushy at all. I walked around the store and salesman ( Scott) was talking to me about where I was from and how my day was going and then I had some questions and he explained everything to me . He was extremely nice . I then walked around until I found what I wanted, a living room and bedroom set . I explained my budget and he told me everything was in stock , which was remarkable , because I had been shopping around . He worked with my budget and beat everyone’s price , I was able to get furniture that day , without any lies . It was a pleasure to purchase and work with him. I highly recommend Landmark furniture and Scott as a salesman. Go there it is worth it.

This was my store of choice, but I will NEVER buy here again. A company willing to have BRAD as a manager or the "owner" in his words is embarrassing. The CEO should have some sense knocked into him(check bbb), WARNING, shop any, and everywhere else first. I have told all my employees never go here and to tell all their families and friends to go somewhere else. That only saves 14k people in Houston, so this is my warning to everyone else, they're thousands of other places willing to take your cash and do it with a smile and common curiosity. I will not let this company get money from anyone I know, and it's a shame 1 childish, unprofessional person can ruin a company. Don't say I did not warn you.

After searching for good quality and great prices I finally found them at Landmark Furniture the last place I thought I would. After being undecided on different bedroom sets and mattresses the salesman made the process so much easier after explaining pros and cons with each different set. Once I finally decided on a set the salesman Martin was able to give me a great price and a great deal! He guaranteed to delivered the same day and he did not disappoint! Martin made the experience so much easier and I will def recommend him and next time I know this will be my first and last stop! Thanks Martin for an outstanding customer service!

We were searching many stores for living room furniture and we found Landmark. They have really good quality furniture and lots of beautiful pieces and sets. We loved working with Belinda at this location. She was so nice. She did not hassle us and was very helpful! She answered all of our questions and had a lot of knowledge about all of the furniture they had. We love the guardsman warranty as well. This warranty had a great price compared to other places we have shopped. The manager talked to us and he was very nice and helpful as well.

After weeks of going in and out of furniture stores I finally decided to go with the reviews and visit Ms. Belinda at Landmark Furniture. Y’all I’m not a review writer AT ALL but her service was beyond my expectations. She was so patient and sweet. She made the entire process so easy. It felt like I was furniture shopping with a friend. She was even able to get EVERYTHING delivered the SAME DAY! By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Believe the hype guys, go see Ms. Belinda at Landmark Furniture!

I went to Landmark Furniture today 07/28/16 and Belinda (worker) treated us amazing. She always tried to help us in anything that we had questions about. She was really respectful, kind, and helpful. She also helped us get our living room at an excellent price. We are really satisfied with her service and the attention she provided us. I would really recommend this store but I would definitely recommend the customer service from Belinda. She's amazing, you won't regret it.

I PURCHASED THE KING MATTRESS and BOX SPRINGS ONLY, NOT THE BED! Great customer service from Mark. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! He took his time showing me different mattresses and didn’t come off as frustrated with my many questions. Not only did I get it deliveries the same day but Mark spoke with his boss to get me a better deal. I was exhausted and a bit annoyed because I was sick but Mark turned my day around for sure! Ask for Mark!

I had a excellent delivery from both Manuel and Ismael. Not only were they helpful, on-time, but made my experience so easy and relaxing. They came in - built a ton of furniture, made sure everything was protected so my floors wouldn’t get damaged, they cleaned everything up and my place looks spotless. They also made sure to show me how to unlock and lock my furniture pieces. 100% great delivery - on time and amazing service from the delivery team. :)

I came I and worked with Belinda. She was awesome and didn’t pressure me. She helped and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and not what she recommended. After looking she let me sit and get a massage while she did all the leg work for my paperwork. She helped me get financed and made sure my delivery worked with my work schedule. If you come in to look at furniture ask for Belinda. Wonderful customer service!!!

Paid too much for this to be damaged right out of the box. It was packaged perfectly. Just put together wrong. Unless u pay the $99 delivery fee they will not let you return to local store you bought it. They expect me to drive an hour away to return it at warehouse. If you have it delivered to there store to avoid that delivery fee, open it in front of sales rep to make sure not damaged.

Honest review: I truly enjoyed buying two beds with Rick from LANDMARK FURNITURE. He made what was about to be a walkout for inattentive customer service into a fun buying experience. He is the only reason I am leaving a good review. If he hadn't had a superstar personality I would have gone elsewhere to purchase or not even bought myself a bed that I really needed and now love!!!

Beware! Purchased furniture & 5 year warranty plan 1 month ago. Furniture Broke in first week. Called landmark , no return or refund as stated all sales final. Called Warranty company Guardsman & filed claim online & haven't heard back in about 3 weeks. Such a Scam! I will be fighting this to get my full money back as the services & furniture was not as expected.

BELINDA WAS THE BEST!!! There was a little problem with getting me approve for the full amount of my furniture set, but she tried everything possible to get me approve. The total payments was very affordable as well as my monthly payments, she is very sweet and patient and not to pushy unlike other salesman. I would recommend her to any family thanks Belinda

We bought a mattress from here and it was defective. They gladly exchanged it for us. The second bed was too hard and we were able to exchange it also. Brad helped us with both exchanges. We are very happy with their customer service. The new bed will be delivered next week. I will update my review on its comfort later. I highly recommend this furniture store.

Absolutely love our furniture. Belinda is the best sales person. We go to her for all our furniture needs. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Romel and Ricardo were our delivery people and they were great also. They installed our furniture quickly without any incident. They also helped us arrange it to best fit the rooms.

I called ahead and showed up handed the sales person my money only to be told I had to pick it up from a warehouse that already closed for the day. What a complete waste of time. The manager couldn't even be bothered to get off his phone to look up at me or get out of his seat even though he heard the entire exchange. He said "sorry see you next time."

I bought a living room set in January 2023 and in less than 3 months, the back of the love seat broke. I contacted the company in March for a repair / replace but it has been delay after delay and parts that are not broken have been replaced. Furniture quality is questionable and customer service is really bad.

I had a wonderful experience here with Belinda, be sure to ask for her! She assisted me even after I came in the next day and changed my entire order. She was never rude or impolite, her customer service was truly amazing. I will definitely be returning for more pieces as I continue to furnish my home.

These guys delivered my couch same day and after spending a couple days enjoying it i found a small stitch coming loose. Once i talked with them the sent a replacement piece that night on my schedule. I was super pleased with the service and delivery crew. I will definitly buy here again.

I've been waiting to complete my bedroom set & saw the commercial on TV that everything was 60% off!!! I was in & out in about 20 minutes or so AND it was actually $100 less than the sticker AND the delivery fee of $100 was waived!!! Thank You Lord!! My set is COMPLETE & looks GREAT!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could i bought 2 twin Matress for an adjustable base, they where different comfort level and assure they where the same size they are not. They told I can exchange them so I called and they are trying to charge me 3 times the price for the exchange
