Wow. This place is amazing! I ordered flowers on a Monday and they were actually closed because of all the work they did through Valentine’s Day. I did not realize this but I received a phone call from Sandy and she filled me in on what was going on but let me know that someone was going in to fulfill my arrangement anyways, which they DID NOT HAVE TO DO!!! But that showed how much they care about taking care of their customers. She called me to let me know it was done and since, obviously they were closed and didn’t have someone to do the delivery that day, and worked with me on when to deliver the next day. I said something along the lines of “I’m not difficult, just whenever” turns out I’m a little difficult because I needed a more specific time. Haha. I called her and left her a voicemail that early morning wouldn’t work and afternoon was better and WAH LAH!!!! My friend received her flowers the next afternoon and they are gorgeous! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for flowers. Gorgeous arrangements and very reasonably priced for how high end their designs can be! Please do yourself a favor and order flowers from Lily Palmer!!!

My wife and I flew to Nashville for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. After making dinner reservations at Jeff Ruby’s I called Lily Palmer and ordered the Music City Mini Boot Collection from Ms. Sandy on July 12 at 10:30AM for delivery to the restaurant ….. in August. Imagine my frustration when they weren’t delivered to the restaurant for her birthday dinner. I guess they get one star because it was a nice phone call when I ordered them, but they deserve zero stars. The hostess asked what company I used and said they use someone else for special occasions. No wonder. Roll the dice if you want but don’t say you weren’t warned. I left them a voicemail to discuss this so apparently they’re too busy to answer the phone or return calls.

Miss Sandy and Natasha provided the most superb customer service! I could almost "see" the smile in Miss Sandy's telephone voice. I had several questions about the type of arrangement I should choose, and Miss Sandy answered all of them easily and patiently AND made recommendations based on her expertise. The arrangement was delivered within hours of my order, and an email was sent to me personally to view the arrangement. You can easily tell they care about their work and their customers. In a world where everything seems to be automated, the personal touch and kindness shown are so appreciated. Lily Palmer will now be my go-to florist for any occasion, and it should be yours, too. My experience with Lily Palmer, and Sandy specifically, was exceptional. Sandy helped me to select and to customize a perfect arrangement that was well worth the value based on the photo that my daughter shared with me after it was delivered. Plus, I unexpectedly had to change the delivery address multiple times and Sandy graciously worked with me to successfully deliver the beautiful arrangement to the right person, at the right place, at the promised time. I would unquestionably order from Lily Palmer again!

Total Rip Off! My boyfriend purchased me flowers from this company in the airport (BNA) when he arrived home and the bouquet was so small and thin, the flowers never bloomed, and just out of curiosity I checked to see how much he paid for them (because I didn't like them) and my jaw dropped.

We used Lily Palmer for the opening of our new location and all of the ladies I encountered were super helpful and thorough, worked quickly, and provided excellent finished products! They were patient during the whole process from start to finish. 10/10

My husband uses Lily Palmer exclusively to buy me flowers :) I love their floral designs and the customer service and friendlieness arw second to none. The flowers arrive beautifully arranged, fresh, gorgeous vases and absolutely make my day!

A friend sent me white hydrangeas from this florist. TWO WEEKS LATER they are still beautiful. Not even beginning to droop. I've NEVER seen flowers last this long, let along the finicky hydrangea. I Highly recommend this place!!!
