Absolutely the best purchasing experience I've had in a long time. I waited until Cyber Monday to orser which of course is SUCH a busy day. I had a number of questions because the Sactional I ordered will be a surprise for my fiance. The customer service representative I started working with was so helpful but unfortunate her work software was acting up and the call got dropped. She made sure to have another representative reach out and call me though so I could complete my order. She talked me through everything, reaffirmed my order was eliglve for the trial just incase we need it, and helped me get my payment setup to go onto my store card and another method. She also got me signed up to get text alerts when things start shipping so I can make sure I intercept and hide things as they arrive. She was very patient, so friendly, and I really felt like I could rely on her for any help I needed in the future. She followed up shortly after our call with a text with some helpful hints on getting everything set up once it arrives, and then reminded me to send her a text if I have any questions or need any help. I'm so happy that I took the plunge and bought my Sactional and I can't wait for it to arrive. I also love knowing that their is a dedicated, friendly, and helpful customer service team to work with in the future to add to our Sactional if we move or add some kiddos to our family!

The ideal destination for learning about LOVESAC products, configurations, and promotions. The showroom features roughly four of their best-selling recognizable pieces, as well as samples of all materials and colors. During my visit, I was greeted by Jan, Daisy, and Maria, and I must say that this crew is very informed, courteous, and pleasant. They addressed all of my questions and recognized my need for high-quality furnishings. It was enjoyable to work with a team that was so knowledgeable about their company's products.

Great shopping experience! I visited the showroom here in Rice Village and spoke with Kailey. She was so helpful and patient! I had tons of questions and was indecisive. She walked me through all of my options and talked about her own experiences with fabrics, etc. I wasn’t pressured to buy that day but she reached out later that week and let me know what promotions they had going on. I also spoke with Jan who helped me place my order and made the changes I wanted without me having to do the work. What an awesome team!

Sunil at Lovesac gave me GREAT customer service. Helped me figure out best way to get a Lovesac to my daughter’s dorm way in the easiest, most cost effective way. He is a great problem solver & thinks outside the box. Very satisfied! Had another interaction sign Sunil. We couldn’t shrink our Lovesac so we took it and Shopvac to his store. He helped us shrink our sac. Above & beyond- amazing customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yes, your representative Jan was remarkable. Very inviting and informative during our initial inquiry. She further made it extraordinarily easy for us to lean in and place in unanticipated order as our first experience with Love Sac. It is obvious she loves what she does and has garnered a fair amount of culture & training that completely supports the brand with a positive experience.

Sunil was absolutely wonderful. He listened closely and was patient as we discussed layouts, fabrics, use of space and possible alternatives. He was kind and respectful in all of his exchanges and kept his word throughout the order placement process. I recommend him, his teams and the Lovesac store in the Rice Village.

Quintin has gone ABOVE and beyond to help me with a return. He’s the only one in the customer service team that TRULY helped out every step of the way, and he made me feel appreciated as a customer even if I’m returning the product. Lovesac is very lucky to have him as customer service rep!

Even if you have a single question about Lovesac couches, I Recommend visiting the store! Kailey helped us learn more about the product and was very knowledgeable! We asked a lot of questions and she answered every one! Left the store feeling more confident in our purchase!
