I highly encourage anyone who is interested in a lovesac to go to the store at the St Johns Town Center. Our sales rep, Celine, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She walked us through the different configurations and styles in a way that made it easy for us to choose exactly what we wanted. The entire pre sales process was effortless and laid back. I had almost immediate responses to my emails or texts with questions or minor changes I needed. The post sales process has also been managed really well. I was kept informed on the delivery times and they provided all the information I needed to get the couch sactional put together. As a VP of Sales myself, I would give Celine and her team an A+!

Everyone at the store is sooo nice! We went in July and Aaron helped us pick out a couch that would fit our family. He was awesome! We were kind of hesitant because of the price so we decided to wait for Black Friday. We went in Meg offered to help us and she was so sweet and very detailed with everything. We decided to go ahead and do it, and then some. We added two love sacs and the most soft blanket ever!! Meg and Christie helped with the financing and made it so easy. Christie was awesome too, she helped with a lot of small details and was so kind. Everyone we dealt with made us feel comfortable like talking with friends. It was truly a great experience. Terrible customer service at this location. Walked in to 3 employees sitting on the couches, we told them we had questions about speakers and wanted some throw pillows as well, they showed us the pillows but for the speakers it was pulling teeth to get any answers. We had to ask twice and got minimum responses from the employees both times. We asked how it worked if we already had the love sac , they told us that we would have to get two new end pieces but then said subwoofers could be installed into pieces without the storage. They didn’t offer to show us how it works or anything. They just stood their awkwardly the whole time. They didn’t offer prices or anything.

Great experience at this store. Andrew was super helpful and provided great feedback and suggestions throughout the process. Andrew even took the time to text me a week later and let me know of the promotion that was going on and if I needed adjustments to the quote after he provided measurements. We went back in and Andrew took the time to build out our order with the wood blocks and answered all remaining questions. Definitely a no-pressure experience unlike most furniture store experiences of the past. Keep up the great work!

One of the best customer service experience I've ever had at a retail store. Celine was excellent and was very knowledgeable of the product. She answered all of our questions and helped us pick out our fabric, cushions and configuration. I highly recommend visiting this location if you're on the fence about choosing a Lovesac as your forever couch. Its a really an amazing product. Update: really fast shipping, our packages arrived within four days of placing the order.

Jenny at the Lovesac store in Jacksonville was very helpful! She took me through the whole process of how Lovesac Sactionals work and explained all of my options. She took the time to show me the different layouts I can do with the couches and the basics of how to put them together. Very knowledgeable about the products! Definitely recommend going in a store if you can because it changed my mind on the material and colors I wanted for my sactional.

Went the Lovesac store at St John’s Town Center in Jacksonville, FL and Celine was GREAT. She gave clarity on some issues and advice on comfort and configuration. She was funny too. When I was ready to purchase I called the store and they helped me over the phone (although I can’t remember the young lady’s name, she was very nice). The experience was delightful. Waiting on the delivery so I hope I love it .

Love the couch BUT assembly was a NIGHTMARE! Getting the cushions on the sides was the absolute worst! There was 4 of us and it took 5 hours and 2 grown men to get them on! For the price it definitely should come with assembly! If I had to do over again I would look up these reviews beforehand, that was on me that I didn’t. And yes we looked at all the video instructions…. definitely not that easy.

Overall experience was awesome 10 out of 10 for sure! We love the customizable options for now and later, the colors and comfort. Our sales rep Jenny and her manager Christi gave us an awesome experience going over all the details of the furniture, set up, cost and savings. The furniture is pricey but you certainly get what you pay for! Well constructed lifetime furniture! Thank you Love Sac. :)

Celine and Jordan were extremely helpful. Jordan walked us through all the different options and choices in the store. He answer all of our questions and got really excited for our new Lovesac couch. After we purchased the configuration we decided on we called and had a question about the shipment/transaction and Celine went above and beyond to answer our question and help us out.

Celine and Cristie provided outstanding customer service. Exceedingly knowledgeable, they left no questions unanswered while helping my wife and me select the best options for our home. On two separate visits, they gave us their undivided attention and made us feel like valued customers in the middle of a large sales event and crowded store. The best of all, no sales pressure.

Lovesac was the easiest, no pressure buying experience I have ever had in making a large purchase of any kind! Accessories are available if you want all the bells whistles, but I am perfectly satisfied with my last sofa purchase ever and the soft furry throw that have pockets for my cold feet…for now! You won’t be disappointed in your Lovesac buying experience!❤️❤️❤️

First, I found a store location and chatted with their staff. Very knowledgeable and sent me to a of different configurations and prices before I decided to buy. Ever since my purchase was made, Lovesac has been great with customer service and making sure I’m aware of everything as a customer! My packages were even delivered early!!!

Loved my experience!! Staff was so knowledgeable and patient! Went through all the different options and configurations over and over with me to make sure I was confident and happy with my choice! No pressure to buy if I wasn’t sure and no push to upsell for something I didn’t want or need. Can’t recommend enough!!

It's an awesome concept and store space. With ability to try out the product. Sales associate quoted me way under the price that she rang me up for, and I had to start the process all over again, picking different materials, etc. It was slightly embarrassing but overall she was pleasant and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our experience at Lovesac! There are so many options that it can be very overwhelming but the sales team did a great job breaking things down and explaining everything. The only thing we would change is having someone come out and put the couch together Thank you so much!

I visited this place first time. It is next to Tommy Bahama restaurant near Tory Burch. Place is very small, we tried the stealth tech sofa, I felt the comfort is normal and very pricey. There are only three models in showroom. For 3 seating sofa with speakers and sound bar cost $8,000.

The ladies at the Towne Center location were amazing!! Now Jenny, specifically is very educated on the LoveSac concept and was a joy to work with. We made our investment based on her knowledge of the fabric used, material inside of each piece and how the unit would be put together.

We have had our LoveSac for almost 2 weeks. We do love our sectional. Unfortunately, we ordered and paid for LoveSoft and received standard inserts. We are praying for a smooth replacement. Other than that, this is a keeper. Especially with the Stealth Technology.

Andrew was an amazing sales rep. He let us talk it out and discover how great these couches are while answering any questions we had. We were there awhile and our kids were just enjoying the place and he just kept on being helpful! Can't wait for delivery!

Everyone was so kind and friendly. I left out a star because we had issues with exact sizes of the sacs. It happened that the salespeople round up adding a few inches. We did not have a few inches to spare. It all worked out and we are very happy it did.
