Checking out today we had Seara as our cashier she was very pleasant, we had an item without a price tag a pillow she said she would get a price check. There was 2 people behind her she asked for help a lady with glasses and a younger girl Luna. Luna was told by the woman with glasses to do the price check she whined and tossed her head back as she walked away. Came back a few minutes later with another pillow scanned it vith an attitude and walked away. The pillow we had without the price tag now having hair and dirt on it as if she kicked it or threw it on the ground in the middle of her tantrum. 2 stars for Seara being nice but otherwise I will not return to a location were employees throw tantrums at work because they have to work.

I'm very happy with my first visit at this Marshalls location in Southpark Meadows shopping center! I found a piece of furniture there, but I was shopping by myself and it was not the type of item that would fit in a cart. I let a sales associate know that I wanted the item and she said she would take it up front for me with my name attached to it. Sure enough, by the time I got to the checkout line, it was there. Then the cashier/manager asked if I would need help taking it to my car? I let her know that I would and she followed me to my car with it!!! Now that type of customer service will not only bring me back to that location in the future, but it's just rare to get that these days. It was very much appreciated!!!

I’ve never come in here and left dissatisfied. Each time offers a plethora of amazing options and inspiration (whether I needed it or not!) I only needed bedding, walked out with a beautiful wicker basket, scented candles, and kitchen decor. The couple of times I’ve come in with my boyfriend we’ve been so excited about the sweaters, lounge wear and dress clothes. The price drop (from original to Marshall’s) is staggering and I’m so grateful for this location! Friendly staff, clean bathroom and everything is organized and well lit.

I really don't go to this store that often. But the few times I have it was ok. I had no problems or complaints. Well the other night me and my boyfriend go to Austin and decide to check it out. Right when we walk in the door. They make an announcement saying the store closes in 5 min. It wasn't even 9:30. I'm not sure how a place closes at 9:30. It seems like an odd time. I guess I should have googled the time. It seems like the boss would want to make money not lose it by closing early at a time like 9 :30.

This March this location is conveniently located in the south park meadows Plaza. The selection here is great, plenty of variety, and the staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend coming by and checking the store out. Also it is best to come early in the day or later in the evening to avoid the long lines.

Dirtiest Marshall ' s I've ever seen. The bathrooms were litterally trashed with the toilet paper dispensers off the wall and on the floor and merchandise strewn all over the store. Not a very pleasant shopping experience. You can keep south park meadows. I'll go back to shopping in North austin.

Well lit and clean store. I like that the shoes are sorted by the size here, it makes it easier to shop and spend more money! There's something for everybody, but it's really a treasure hunt. New stuff rotates in and out but if you skipped something yesterday it may still be there tomorrow.

Store was well organized today BUT the manager was aggressively yelling at her staff around the store. Made me very uncomfortable and she made us wait in line while she yelled at her staff at the cash wrap. I know everyone has bad days but geez lady chill out, your customers are watching.

Wide variety and reasonable prices on some stuff. Staff could use a facelift though. Store is maintained clean with the exception of the men's rr which is a total mess. Not entirely their fault as this is due to people's bad habbits and the store can sometimes do so much.

When I went up to the checkout counter to pay, the person behind the register legit just stared at me dead in the eyes for like five seconds and then walked away loool. I am never motivated to complain about whack customer service, but this was truly a surreal moment.

Really bad ! I came in &' found the pair of jeans i was looking for week's here . But one of the workers just stared at me . She made me feel so akward , it almost felt like she was spying on me . I coul'nt buy my jeans . It was so bad i'm not ever coming back

Bad customer service people In charge are rude the assistance of the cashier was being disrespectful and aggressive. This is not a proper way to run a business i would recommend going elsewhere for shopping because this place is just bad!!!!!!!

I love Marshall’s this one is nice. It’s not the nicest Marshall’s I’ve been to, but they keep the store maintained. I usually shop here for skin and hair products. The clothes are always cute but not always as cheap as other places.

I come to South Park Meadows Marshalls about 2x/WK and never thought much about it. But now that I have time, I must say that this Marshalls is always clean and the staff is very nice. I have never had a problem shopping here.

Good luck finding anything in the right place. This location looks like the zombie apocalypse took place and the first ones to go were the employees. There are clothes on the floor and shoes thrown everywhere. Skip this store.

Unfortunately it was hot, kind of like Ross's. Which made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Nothing is where it should on the racks. Not much of a selection for work attire. First and last time for me.

Very clean and not too crowded. Great selection of everything I was looking for. I went right before closing (didn't know that when I walked in) and the line was very long. Quick check out process though.

No customer service what so ever.. They are just worried about making sure they get there items put away. They don't even give you a greet with a smile. .and I feel like customer service is a big must .

I think this Marshalls has come a long way since I first visited. It's clean, pretty organized for the amount of people that visit the store, and the staff is quick and friendly in my experience.

Hard to keep this place organized I'm sure. It just always seems so strewn about. But they are good at keeping count of guests and social distancing. Except for while you're shopping.

This place leaves a lot to be desired for men's clothing, women's clothing, and home decor. It doesn't seem like there are new shipments often. Wish there were better lighting too.

The employee are always very kind. But this Friday when my wife and I the employee were not helpful or the cashier was not kind and he did not greeted us and did not have a smile.

Pretty good here. Marshall's tend to get messy like Ross, but this one is okay. Could have better markdowns, but I usually find some good deals here on jeans or cat toys.

Marshall's is soo great!! So many different sizes and pants. I was so amazed by the prices. I got a pair of pants that was originally 138 dollars for 12 dollars

Costco and Sam's sell some of the same products that Marshalls has marked down, even cheaper than the marked down price. That was highly disappointing to me.

One of the nicest and biggest Marshalls store in Austin area. In general I’m a fan of Marshalls store, however this one has a nice big collection.

This Marshall's always seems stripped and empty. For a better selection check out the TJ Maxx and HomeGoods on Brodie instead of this Marshalls.
