The gym itself was okay. I would say it has a good vibe, and during the peak of the pandemic, they did a good job of keeping things clean and all of that. Equipment isn't bad but that's where it ends. I understand all companies have rules but most companies were willing to change things to accommodate the pandemic. I understand the rules state "must cancel in person" but I had to move in an emergency a few hours away and the gym wasn't my first priority. I explained my situation and said I could show my new address to prove and they weren't willing to accommodate, even though it had partly had to do with the pandemic. I had to call credit card companies during this time and even THEY were willing to help out a bit, but this gym said basically "screw you, you must drive here multiple hours each way to cancel" which is a large waste of fuel, time and money when they easily could have cancelled. I didn't mind paying a few months or whatever, but they just kept charging for multiple months until the account closed. Just think when other companies were willing to help out and someone has actual proof, not just "I don't go to the gym so I want to cancel", you should maybe tweak rules during a global pandemic. Will literally tell everyone to never go here again. Absolute joke of a gym.

This gym is exceptional for numerous reasons. Things that stand out about this gym amongst the competition are: unlimited tanning paired with an exceptionally low monthly rate. 24 hour access. Childcare included for no additional monthly cost. Exceptional equipment that is all BRAND NEW with being a new gym. The owner is involved with his members and re-shares member content on Instagram which creates a unique environment where members can find each other on social media and feel a part of a community. Did I mention low price? Lowest price out of any gym when you count for 24-hour access, tanning, sauna childcare and high-end equipment. Joining this gym catapulted my love for fitness and I have been unable to find this love and community at any other gym.

There’s a lot that i can say about this company but the most I would love to emphasize is that truly it’s a top notch gym! Not only do i have great relationships with the owners but they really strive to have total customer satisfaction. They do care about people’s perspectives and how they can become better and that is how this company keeps on growing. I love the Faith driven messages all over the walls and the positive vibes. There can be many gyms in this city but it doesn’t carry the same atmosphere and love that Mei Fitness gives as soon as you walk in through the doors. The gym is fine. The problem is with management. I called in approximately a month after getting my membership letting them know that I had sustained an injury and needed to cancel. I just got a call today informing me that I owe over $100 and that they are going to keep calling me until I pay it. They said you were not allowed to cancel your membership and less you physically show up to the location. They do not care if you are injured or if you are unable to make it to the location. They are strong army me into payments even though I have begged to get out of the relationship. I highly discourage anyone from spending any money with this business.

Not just the best gym in the city, but one of the best gyms I’ve visited anywhere. MEI Keystone has a wide variety of modern equipment and the owner is getting new stuff all of the time. As much stuff as there is, the gym never feels cramped or overloaded. It’s spacious and bright and always smells clean, which is probably attributable to the top-notch cleaning staff who are always around doing their jobs. The only downside to MEI is that it has spoiled me and now any other gym I visit is a significant step down in quality by comparison. Definitely recommend this place and especially for serious physique athletes and power lifters.

New to MEI and absolutely loving it. I moved to Indy area in November and started at LA fitness but wasn't satisfied for many reasons. A colleague of mine told me about MeI, and I'm already impressed. If anything, I'm upset it hasn't been around my entire gym life. Where were you when I started in high school 15 years ago? They are very responsive. I sent a DM via Instagram and a they immediately responded and also had someone call me. I could write a separate section on their equipment alone. They have things I've only seen on tictoc. An absolutely must. You guys ruined me for toher gyms. There's no going back for me.

Best gym atmosphere I’ve ever been in. The owner is a solid guy who cares about his customers by having the best equipment. There are machines in each gym that you won’t see in most places. He is constantly adding neat things to the gym. A few have given bad reviews, but only because they were caught disrespecting managers, other people, and/or sneaking in without paying. They were upset and gave “bad reviews.”Needless to say, don’t listen to any poor reviews. This is a fantastic gym. Multiple locations! Great equipment! Awesome sauna! Awesome God!! I love how they are open 24 hours!!! 10/10 recommend!

Mei fitness is the best Gym I have ever been, the atmosphere is awesome. They have the best equipment anything you need Mei fitness got you. Saunas are fantastic one of my favorite things I love doing. Workers are friendly they are always making sure your okay if you need something. The gym is always clean you don’t have to worry about nothing, Daycare is Provided which is one of the things ,us moms worry about. Thanks to Mei fitness we don’t have to worry about that. Hands down the best gym atmosphere in Indy with great equipment and consistent cleanliness. This is not your standard commercialized gym and it shows on a regular basis. The owner Mel knows the importance of catering to his members requests and wishes by regularly adding new and updated equipment to all 3 locations. Regardless of your level of experience in the health and fitness world, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is wanting to join an elite and world-class gym.

I’ve trained at many gyms, and mei is the best! The owner is a genuine down to earth guy that truly cares about his members, and take great pride in each of his locations! The equipment is far beyond anything I’ve used previously, and instead of just buying a line of equipment, he picks the best from each company! Not to mention open 24 hours, and staffed most of the day. They do everything next to scrubbing the little crevices with a toothbrush each location is spotless!!

Mei Fitness is the best gym by far!!!! If you are serious about working out/weight lifting, this is the place to go!! Owner is constantly updating equipment and figuring out ways to make the gym better. That being said, it is has state-of-the-art equipment all the way around! In addition, it is spotless (cleanliness is a must for me), reasonably priced, and has a friendly environment! Simply put, there is no competition as it is the BEST gym you'll find!!

I absolutely love everything about Mei Fitness! Being somewhat new to gyms when starting out here, Mei fitness made me feel so incredibly welcome and confident. Mel and his staff are incredible people and they truly care about their customers! They are always staying up to date on the newest and most advanced equipment as well as making sure everything is clean and working the way it should be. So beyond thankful for this gym changing my life!

Great gym with serious lifters. Equipment is top of the line. Not a huge gym, but every square inch is effectively used! 2 minor downsides, the loud praise music. Bring your headphones and turn it up. 2nd, I've been going for 9 months or so and twice the door didn't open outside of staffed hours. No one's fault; technology fails sometimes.

I've never been to this gym and would never consider joining for two reasons. One, they don't offer a free pass to try it out(I've never heard of that before) and two, they will happily take your money online to start a membership, but to cancel you must physically go into the gym and fill out paperwork. This place screams red flag.

This gym is one of the best in town, is complete with all kinds of new equipment you can use and the owner always makes sure everything is up to date and working properly. The employees are very nice and helpful too, always cleaning and maintaining the gym nice for everyone. I 100% recommend this gym to anyone who lives in the area.

I was in Indianapolis for work and was concerned about whether or not I would have gym close to where I had relocated to. Thankfully this gem of a gym was super close. Mei is my favorite gym by far. The place is always clean and they have the best equipment. The owner is in there always putting in the newest and best equipment. The keystone locations is super convenient by being so close to 465. I’m glad there are many locations around the city to choose from.
