My experience with Montana's home furniture is located on 9330 North Freeway Houston, Texas, was phenomenal. The salesman named,Wilmer, helped me through the process and knew exactly what my mother was looking forward too, which was a manual couch for her living room. Wilmer explained every detail from the beginning of every couch and the material and also on how to keep it clean. The best part was the he's a bilingual person and was speaking clearly with the same languages as my mother. I definitely recommend Wilmer for your next home furniture shopping. We are truly satisfied that we were able to get the couch just in time for the holidays. Thank you again to Wilmer it was nice doing business with Montana's Home furniture, we are looking forward in the future for our next shopping trip.

Was very excited about getting my new dinner table, after they put everything together, I sat on the chairs to try them found that the delivery people broke one , when I called to report it . Wilmer call me a liar !! And refuse to do anything about it ,after much conversations he agreed to fix it , when back 3 time to pick up and upon inspecting the chair it was still broken , 2 months later I finally got my chair replaced , I was glad I payed with a credit card because after the credit card got in contact with them ,,is when they agreed to replace it , other wise I would have been out of luck

Excellent service!!!! This is our second time buying at Montana’s and the salesperson are never on you to buy something they give you space and time to see all the beautiful furniture and this time we had help by Mr Cesar wonderful person helped us and especially wasn’t rushing us to buy something!!! Ended up buying 2 bedroom set and a beautiful kitchen table! Thank you again Mr Cesar for your excellent customer service and patience

Rosy was of great help! And the other personnel there are very friendly and professional as well. We bought our living room and entertainment center from there 3 years ago and we had to go back for our bedroom set. I love how they find whatever way to work with you and offer you the best deals. Definitely recommend! Looking forward to go back and get our dining room set and probably a new living room .

Sebastian greeted me at the door and took the time to answer all of my questions including looking up products that weren't on the showroom! He was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate exactly what I needed and even offer some ideas that were helpful! Our furniture is scheduled for next day delivery. Montana's Home Furniture has a great selection and great prices. We'll definitely be back!

This store is awesome and I now know why they have such a High Rating. I purchased a table and when it was delivered it was slightly damaged on the corner. I called the store and the store manager answered and gave me absolutely no hassle at all. I had another table the next day. Sales lady was nice, price was good,, manager was nice, and delivery guys were nice...they earned these 5 stars.

Very poor costumer service towards clients. Made rude comments about my daughter coughing saying “who knows if she had COVID” she is a 5 years old little girl it’s normal for them to be sick once in a while. Then when asking for information he refused to use any phone number or email that was associated with me for my husband ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Had a great first time experience at Montana’s thanks to Cesar, he was very attentive and patient with us because we really didn’t have a clear idea of what kind of living room set we wanted. He showed us various styles and designs until we were able to find the right one. Very pleased with his service and very happy with our brand new living room set!!

Something is not right with this place. Why would someone have to keep all of their receipts for every visit on lay-aways!!!? Are they claiming you didn't pay if you don't have one of them? What about their own receipts. Who keeps $5,000.00 worth of invoice on a 5 by 7 note cars!!! Yes I have no trust in this establishment. Fishy.

Recently suffered a great loss during Hurricane Harvey where we lost EVERYTHING in our home. Thanks to Montana's we were able to get an entire house full of furniture at an affordable price and great quality. Customer service was really helpful and delivery was on time and professional. Went to just look at some furniture today and had a great experience at Montana’s furniture. I loved being able to look around without someone looking over my shoulder at every step. Went by the north freeway location to see what kind of deals they had on mattresses and bed frame last week. We were greeted by Mirna. She was very helpful and quoted us a great deal. Went by today to close the deal and once again Mirna was very helpful. We will gladly go back for our furniture needs.

Poor service all they want to do is sell, they don’t have manner. You ask for one thing and they add extra unnecessary stuff to your order. Then you get home and try to fix it and they don’t even work with you! You find the same things at a cheaper price at another furniture store!

Terrible service. Waited 6 months for a nightstand. Still not the correct one. Management promised a store credit. Go to pick up told we had to leave the store due not having masks. Needless to say still waiting on the credit. Just send me a check because I will never be back.

Once you hand over your money they don't care if you get your product. I had to call them several time to get updates they kept changing the date. Never bothered to call me and let me know what was going on. They delivered it damaged and broken.
