Purchase via Instagram went well for Murphy Bed. Only disappointed with mattress provided with set; it wasn't wrapped or protected and was dirty. Mind you I was not expecting to get a mattress; just felt better care could've been taken with it or make the judgement call to not give to the customer at all. Pickup was fine. Had to rent truck from home depot which was $25*. Haven't put together yet due to being in process of renovation. Hoping all parts are included in boxes picked up. (Fingers crossed)
