Good place to shop. Parking is enough, but could be a problem in the peak times, not many shops but as it is not a big shopping centre so can't expect too much. At walking distance from city. Couldn't see the place for kids, as many plazas/shopping centres have a room for kids to play which is missing here (if I didn't miss it by chance ), but definitely good to have it in the city.

I like the New Town Plaza,its not to big. It has a supermarket,chemist, and my favourite store K Martin. Which is open 24hours with great bargains to be found. Some of their stock really amazed me. I hadn't been for a couple of years,read about certain items online,found those items and brought them.

Affordable pricing and loads under the one roof. However staff many times are swamped and find it frustrating waiting. However the staff themselves are friendly and lovely when assisting. Would be great if a few more staff could be put on. Tho I understand must be harder with the 24 hours factor.

Pretty good. Think the Kmart is open 24 hours and the Coles is open late. Has pretty much everything you need as far as grocery shops go. It is a pretty busy main road to get in and out of though and not a terribly huge carpark. Could be difficult to get a good park at certain times.

Really great to have a small shopping plaza that has it's essentials for all your shopping needs. A nice Cafe with beautiful food, it's not a restaurant but you won't be disappointed either. A pamper is always handy to have in a small plaza.. I gave it 5 stars.

A pretty good centre with Kmart, Coles, chemist warehouse, bottle shop, newsagents, nail salon, massage parlour, butcher, baker, smoke shop, dominos and more. Just needs more trolley return bays. Afternoons can be a bit chaotic trying to leave the car park.

Appalling car park. Not enough trolley bays. Kmart checkout is a joke. They make you do all the work and then treat you like a thief. Coles is a little better but the staff is lacking. This entire centre needs rejuvenating and more planning.

Fascinating place. I needed a mobility walker at 9pm(I broke mine) and it turned out that Kmart is open 24hrs and the walker was half the price of anywhere else! Who'd a thunk it? And it's a good sturdy design and light weight! BONUS!

Always fairly busy but you can do a lot in one visit because of all the shops, Kmart, Chemist Warehouse, ect, so depending on what you need, it could be a one-stop shop and only have to find one parking space and theres always a few free

Loved it, the best entertainment is Kmart 24/7. Whatever and whenever! Coles classic always in need of quick groceries. Lived the New Phone Shop Mytech their eye catching design is fabulous. Pretty cases get all your phones fixed …

It's hit and miss depending on who is hanging around outside. ;) There's a good selection of shops, including supermarket, bottle shop, pharmacy, news agent, multiple food venues, and Kmart for your 24/7 needs...

You mean rate the whole place? I only went to Coles & The butcher. They were great. 5 stars. Didn't really go anywhere else. The guy that asked me if I had a spare ciggy was nice enough. So far so good.

Kmart staff at check out felt like couldn't be bothered to serve ,no greeting no telling me how much my goods cost threw change in my hand very poor this time of the year …

I like shopping here, It's a good complex with a Coles and a Kmart and a Chemist warehouse lots of match shops either side. And a Newsagent post office. And Taxi rank area.

Pretty nice place, has a few shops there like Coles, a post office, and a few others. Overall I go here quite often. Although parking can be quite hard during busy hours!

This place has something for everyone. Tidy and well looked after. Security are on site for extra safety at the 24/7 kmart. Good range of stores and quality products.

Pretty much all you could want in life in one place. 24 hour kmart. Coles. Chemist warehouse. Dan murphs across the road. Woollies up the road. Elite.

I found that the people who work there friendly and helpful,there is plenty of wheelchair access and loads of parking and the prices on goods fair.

Very busy place. It is busier than westfield malls in Sydney. These places would look similar to that of a fish market in a 3rd world country.

Something feels off about this place and I can't put my finger on it... It's a classic small shopping centre but something isn't quite right.

Minutes from our city place, friendly service staff, Chemist Warehouse, Kmart and Coles are our fave shops, we come here often!

Found parking to be a bit of a nightmare. Centre is haphazard. Bit neglected. Access/exit tricky. Needs a big refresh.
