I want to personally thank your company we had been without heat since Friday and we had another company come and charge us 69 just to tell us what the issue was and said it will cost well over 400 Today is Monday January 21 and it has been the coldest all winter the last 10 days and we were left without heat since Friday just so this other company could up sell us a new furnac. Left us without a running furnace and 4 space heaters that kept seizing the brakers in the house if we use more than 1 at a time on each level one upper level and one in the basement so our pipes would not burst. We call Oliver plumbing and heating explained my situation they were here within 1 hour I am beyond impressed. I definitely recommend you guys to all my family and friends and will be definitely using you in the future. Bruce was professional and friendly and honest got the job done fast and got us nice and warmed up after the weekend without heat.. I also want to mention the price was definitely reasonable and fair they charged over 200 less then Action furnace said they would charge who left my older mother and disabled brother without heat for over 3 full days.

My furnace stopped working on one of those coldest days and i called everywhere but was not able to get anyone to come and see due to the high volume call. I finally remembered Oliver Plumbing as they used to fix the furnace at the office i used to work at. I reached out to them and was told sb would be coming to check my furnace in an hour and a half. That was a big help because the weather was so severe. Finally sb arrived as promised, checked my furnace, identified the issues and explained it to me very throughly (which a lot of other companies usually don't do), and fix the problems. He also stayed and continously checked the furnace to make sure it wouldn't have issues after he left (and he needed to do some work outside in extreme cold weather). Yesterday I called Oliver Plumbing to look at my heating system in my condo. Gary is the technician that came out to my home. Gary and I both started down a rabbit hole that is much too long to describe here. At the end of the day I was angry at myself for having been caught in a situation that kept getting worse as we kept finding one problem after another to fix in the heating system. At the end of the day I had a huge bill to pay and a system that wasn't yet 100%. I called Oliver's and was connected with Ken. He listened to my issues and allowed me to air all of my concerns without interruption. He asked what would make me happy. I asked him what he thought was fair. He then presented a solution that made me happy and we both agreed was fair. I would use Oliver Plumbing again and I encourage others to do the same. Thanks

Personable plumber came out promptly on a Saturday, cut a hole in the basement ceiling and diagnosed a water leak. Smeared silicon around the main floor bathtub overflow and left. No more than 45 minutes. Didn't clean up the mess from cutting open the ceiling. Charged me $357. Postscript: Owner responded below two years after the work was completed by an employee. Clearly was unfamiliar with the job. The silicon was smeared around the outside of the chrome cover, not underneath it. Instead of repairing the overflow to function as it should, the "repair" was to fill the overflow with silicone and caulk all the way around it. Was not informed of two hr minimum beforehand, and if I was being charged for two hours the technician could have at least taken a few minutes to clean up after themselves.

Last week I had a problem with my main water shut-off valve in addition to a leak in my kitchen. I called Oliver Plumbing, they sent me one of their technicians "Royce". After assessing the situation in the kitchen and the main shut off valve downstairs. He installed a new shut off valve and new hot and cold waterlines in my kitchen and a connection line for the dishwasher, now each of these lines has its own safety valve installed. Royce did not leave the site till the Epcor emergency came and turned water again for my house, He double-checked both upstairs and downstairs that everything works. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done and I strongly recommend Oliver plumbing for anyone looking for plumbing services.

I can't recommend these guys enough! After over 4 months of dealing with old pipes that leaked out of the ceiling spilling sewage into my basement washroom. Having three different plumbers in without them even finding the problem we called Oliver plumbing and heating. They sent out Stefan bright and early the next morning to fix the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution! He replaced the pipes and stopped the leak that day! (We really appreciated that BTW) He came back the next day to do some follow up work and make sure there was no more leaks. Brad came to fix our leaking drain line. It was during a lengthy cold snap, so the crew from Oliver Plumbing was extremely busy (as was every other firm in the city). He had already put in a 12 hour day, but wanted to be sure that our problem was resolved for us as quickly as possible. He diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it with some needed upgrading (e.g. adding a clean out line). All the while, Brad was extremely friendly, explained everything he was doing, and was careful to ensure everything was working properly before he left. Brad was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Brad and Oliver Plumbing to any of my friends and neighbours.

Amazing work! We had a issue on a Saturday night issue where we had a back up and couldn't even run a sink without the basement flooding over. Brad came over right away and was able to identify the issue and took steps above and beyond what I would expect of a normal plumber to do. He was professional, polite, and even though the job was much more difficult and detailed than what we called in for he was customer focused the whole time! Their price was very fair considering the time of night and the job itself. I would recommend this company to anyone and next time I have any issues they are going to be my first call!

Had a clogged kitchen sink the entire Mother's Day weekend. Dustin came in and worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and fix the issue. He was honest and forthright with our sink issues...really appreciate folks like Dustin who are coming out during these pandemic times. So this is the first time I've used Oliver Plumbing and it was based on the reviews, so pleased with their work (and a fair bill) and will consider them again for future issues. Other plumbers were not available to help out that day, so appreciate the quick response Oliver! My wife was super super happy to come home to a working sink again!

Brad was excellent during my middle of the night sewer back up - I manage a 12 unit apartment building and we had a flood. He did everything he could to find a solution, then we called the city and they said they wouldn't send someone out until later the next day. Brad was compassionate and didn't want to leave me or my tenants hanging, so he called another guy in who was able to get a solution that night. Both were outstanding services and appreciated that he wasn't going to leave me with the mess or problem as I had never experienced that issue before.

They are by far one of the best if not the best. They gone above and beyond to making sure that our hot water tank and any other problems were fixed. For the last 6 months or even longer we have had nothing issues with our heating element. Brad and another gentlemen have been back and forth to our house to figure out this problem. I am not only thankful for their patience and understanding but I am also thankful for their willingness to solve the issue. I can’t thank you y’all enough. Please if you have any issues don’t hesitate to call these folks.

Great experience with Brad - had him come over a few separate times to work out what I needed for installing new taps for my shower. He was always on time, easy to get a hold of and also made himself available to answer questions when I had them. I also had an uncomfortable experience with the contractor that was doing my tile (I'm a single woman and I live alone), so when Brad came in to install the taps he made sure I was okay / didn't need any help dealing with it. Definitely a business I would trust again and good people.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Oliver Plumbing. I needed to have water lines adjusted to accommodate a new meter and Ken was very helpful sorting out requirements with the utility provider. Brad completed the on-site service. He was prompt, respectful of my home and explained what needed to be done before doing it. He kept the area clean and the plumbing work looks great. In short, these guys provide twice the service for almost half the price. I'll be calling them for the next project. Highly recommend!

I called Oliver Plumbing and Heating to see if they were able to do some warranty repair work on a water heater that had come up with issues. Though they weren't involved in the installation, they agreed to come by and do the repairs for me. Their response time was absolutely fantastic and their technician (Bruce I believe?) was very efficient and quick with his work. I can't speak for their rates, as my work was warranty work that they billed the tank manufacturer for, but in terms of service I give them 5 Stars.

Not even worth a star ... Got them to come out to check my furnace the man didn't know what he was doing, ended up spending a lot of time on the phone with another company ... Then got that other company to come fix the problem which was resolved .... I then phoned another company and got it fixed and just describing my problem to their dispatch he had enough knowledge to Know what the problem was and he wasn't even a tech! I wouldn't recommend going with these guys unless you like throwing your money away

I chose Oliver plumbing to change out the cast iron stack in my 1960 rental house as well as all the upstairs plumbing and to put in a basement bathroom. The job was not an easy one but Brad and Stephan made it look easy, they showed up early for the job and were amazing to deal with going out of their ways to make sure the job went smoothly and all my plumbing needs were met. I highly recommend Oliver plumbing especially Brad and Stephan they were top notch and will only use them moving forward!

The Plumber phoned ahead...showed up exactly on time, and diagnosed the leaking issue quickly. His repair was quick, clean and extremely well done. Oliver Plumbing's invoicing and payment method worked immediately, first try. PLUS, the Plumber was just about one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He pointed out some pending plumbing issues, with some suggestions for repair...and we will follow-up, and use them again for the next repair or install.

Oliver plumbing installed a tub for us this summer. Sheldon quoted the job, and Jamie did the work. First of all, they don't charge for quotes. Secondly, they don't charge just for showing up at your place. These two practices in the trades really ought to stop. I had a relatively small job i wanted done, I remembered oliver plumbing as someone that was used by my employer and they were always plesant on the commercial side so i gave them a try for my personal project. Troy was very professional. He arrived on time. He diagnosed our hot water tank first before writing it off. We were given the option to shop around for a new hot water tank or buy it from them. We also had our laundry room taps changed and our toilet checked. Troy cleaned up after himself when he was done his work. We were charged a very reasonable cost.

Call Oliver Plumbing at 8pm hoping they might be able to come the next day. I had to email details which was to install a gas hob. I received a reply with time and price for next day. The plumber turned up on time. He was friendly and very efficient. I cannot fault them in ant way, just so delighted with their service and very reasonable price.

Received a message telling me my asking price for a hot water tank was high. I acknowledged the message and asked for a price on installation. Never received a quote. Either it was a disgruntled employee or a fake comment. Either way, I won't use them to install the hot water tank
