Above and Beyond my expectations!! i called from out of town with a budget in mind and was very surprised how they made my dollars stretch yet still was able to send a beautiful arrangement for a wake. I have tried 1800 flowers, Pro Flowers and all those other order on line and each and everytime, i was disappointed and honestly embarrassed at what was sent on my behalf. I contacted Mary at Petal Palace in need of a quick arrangment. Not only did the flowers get delivered early than i expected, when Mary provided the picture i requested I was so surprised and pleased The flowers were a beautiful representitive of our care and concern for a grieving family, they did an incredible job and i was so impressed with what they did with what i had given them to work with. Other flowers were sent to the same wake and we saw the pictures of what was ordered on line at 1800 flowers and there was NO comparison, flowers were drooping, brown and literally crammed in a vase. Ours were all alive, detail was given to the arranging and were fresh. When you want to send flowers to the grieving, or for a birthday or any occasion that matters enough to send them, send the best, use Petal Palace. THEY ARE THE REASON i only by from some one i can talk to and someone in the area the flowers will be delivered to. I called the minute Petal Palace opened & Josh answered the phone immediately. From the minute the conversation started I could already tell this was someone I’d enjoy doing business with. He is the friendliest guy! He answered so many questions for me about pricing, flowers, how long it would take & even details about what size flowers would look best on a wrist corsage on my niece for her height! Not once did he seem irritated that I had so many questions. He was informative, friendly & was happy to have a wrist corsage made for me at the very last minute! So, I get all of the details I need from him. Then, I text my niece & call my sister only to find out that my sister has just ordered one. ‍♀️ OMGosh! I felt terrible. I call Josh back bc I’m not going to just blow him off & when I tell him that my sister ordered one while I was talking to him, he was STILL so friendly. He was wonderful! A lot of places wouldn’t bother hiding that they were irritated w me for wasting their time but he was gracious & kind. I will absolutely be ordering from him in the future. I will also refer my family & friends to the Petal Palace for any future floral needs! Thanks for being classy Josh!

Had to get a last minute arrangement for Mother's Day. The store was overwhelmed with orders and didn't have much made up that wasn't already sold. Went in and the florist just happened to have recently made up a beautiful arrangement 20 minutes before i arrived. It was the fastest purchase i ever made and the arrangement was gorgeous. My mother absolutely loved it and was so very pleased. Unfortunately social distancing kept us apart, but the arrangement made mom feel special and really got me out of a jam. The ladies were amazing and extremely helpful in making sure mom was taken care of on her special day. I would highly recommend them as your first choice in florists. While they are a small shop, they are big on customer service and the prices are more than reasonable. They get the two thumbs up from this new customer who is now going to be a regular customer. Great job ladies!

THANK YALL SO MUCH!! I had ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom on her birthday, and around 3:30, 4:00pm my mom had not received anything, long story short the OTHER florist basically "forgot" my delivery. Still not sure what really took place and why I was charged when they were not going to be delivered. I am not in San Antonio, and so I had to call 14 different florist around town, I just started going down the list on google and everyone said it was too late for them to get a delivery done that day, or that their trucks had already left (which is what I was worried about because of the timing). Anyways, Petal Palace was able to get the delivery done for me and I could not be any more thankful! Thank y'all for your business, and the flowers were beautiful!! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Petal Palace. They have been putting flowers on a grave for us for 25 years now. The flowers last and the arrangements are beautiful. Claudia is the name of the lady I deal with and I've been calling her from all over the world to place orders. She is a real sweetie and very professional. I recently saw a photo of a bouquet of flowers on the grave that had been taken after the flowers had been on the grave for a couple of months and the arrangement still looked great. They use bright colors that don't fade so they seem to last longer. Thanks Petal Palace! We appreciate your service.

I have been coming here since 85-86, can not even remember when Claudia opened but always a fantastic experience. Claudia and her staff have handled weddings, get well arrangements, just because. You name it, they can handle it. We have never been disappointed. Take yesterday for example, I called gave a price and what time I will arrive to pick them up and like magic, its done. Walk in, talk for a minute, pay and on my way. So, if you are ever in need a top-notch florist, please give Claudia and her staff a chance, I promise you will keep coming back.

Petal Palace truly exceeded my expectations for my wedding day!! When first meeting with Claudia I showed her one or two inspiration photos and she immediately understood what I wanted and had so many additional ideas! For our ceremony I wanted a taller floral display on a very thin mantle of a fireplace. Claudia and her team brainstormed for weeks on how to make it work and they knocked it our of the park! Everyone at my wedding couldn’t stop gushing over the floral arrangements, they were the most gorgeous flowers!!

Wow! Just chose this florist because it was the closest to the hospital. A friend of mine had outpatient surgery and I wanted to send something nice. Ordered online around 3pm (past the guaranteed same day delivery time) and let them know in the comments that I was worried she would be discharged early the next day and not get them. I got a text from her a little over an hour later saying she had gotten them and that they were beautiful. So impressed with the customer service. I think I have a new go-to florist!

Very beautifully designed arrangements! The owner is extremely nice and has very loyal customers. I had the privilege of helping her today. She is always so warm and welcoming. We live in Houston and could not make it for a funeral in San Antonio. The customer service over the phone was amazing.I ordered a Peace lilly on the day before mothers day. I figured I would not be able to get through on the phone to them much less actually get good service. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and didnt rush me or act like she was too busy to answer my questions. I call 6 other florists in the immediate area and none even answered. I was very satisfied with the service.

Being in California and needing to order flowers for a funeral service in Texas but wanted a personal touch. I called Petal Palace they knew exactly the services I was referring to. We talked about what I wanted again knew exactly what I wanted. Offered to send a picture before the flowers went out for delivery. Absolutely gorgeous. I currently live out of state and my mom fell ill . I normally would order ftd,1800 flowers but they have recently messed up my last two orders. I pulled a bone head and forgot to order flowers for mom and wife. Spoke with Josh ( I believe ) Thursday and was told that they were completely booked for deliveries through mother's day but since I was down the street from their storefront they'd figure a way to make it happen. The flowers were delivered as promised on Saturday and are hands down the best bouquets I have ever purchased. 100% will recommend and will use you guys in the future.

I saw this cute flower shop when I was driving and I had to stop! When I walked in the two ladies greeting me and asked if I needed any help to let them know. They were so sweet! This is our go to place anytime we need a floral arrangement. They do amazing work and you can customize your color selection on the arrangements they offer. The options online are a little limited but if you go in they have so many more options to chose from and great pricing. Just needed a custom color last minute arrangement delivered for a funeral and they were able to have it in time the very next day at the funeral home.

I called from Houston for flowers for my mom's birthday. I gave a price range and asked for something nice. The flowers are gorgeous. I was calling from another state to send my niece some birthday flowers and it was last minute plus we have a 3 hour time zone difference. I was thoroughly impressed with this establishment when I dropped by on my way to the cemetery yesterday. Since I opted to go the route of putting together my own small arrangements, all of the ladies worked to get me the best greens and carnations. Due to miscommunication with my kiddo, I had to order a boutonniere for prom in the 11th hour. Petal Palace had already closed orders for boutonnieres, but after talking with Josh he made an exception and could not have been more gracious and helpful. I picked up flowers to take to my mothers grave for her burial service today. I wasn’t sure what to order but they said they would take care of it and they certainly did. The Petal Palace delivered a plant, that was adorned with gorgeous, fresh sterling roses and gerber daisies today. They enclosed a note telling me that the flowers were in water tubes. The note also stated that I should add water to the tubes, or place the flowers in a vase. They called to confirm I received the arrangement.

Ordered online from out of town. Turns out my family was out of their delivery range. They took the time to find another florist that could make the same arrangement and had the order transferred. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of everything for me! Very nice people. Wonderful customer service! Thanks so much!

I placed an order today before noon for red roses for our anniversary. They arrived early this afternoon and were stunning! Could not be more pleased.

Great business! Called to ask if they had rose petals for a wedding. I was greeted on the phone with someone who was very helpful and even set them aside for when I arrived. Very nice flower shop, but the gals that work there really make this place shine. Got a premade arrangement (walked in and picked one) and they even tailored it a bit for me. Gave me a box to put the vase in so it wouldn't tip over when I drive.
