When I came in for my appointment, they were very friendly and accommodating. Offered coffee and treats while we waited. Ella was the one who did my perm. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I showed her pictures of the style that I liked, and she explained to me what would look good for me and my facial structure. I have very fine, thin hair, and she treats it like spun gold. Honestly, I watched her today, as she used a multitude of techniques to create a beautiful, shaggy, layered look. Her touch is light and full of care - almost as if I were a fragile bird and my hair was delicate feathers. I am always impressed with Rachel’s skills. I know I am lucky to get my hair cut here. This is the best hair salon, and I feel so lucky to have found it! I have long, heavy and resilient hair, so when I get perms in other places, they drag down and lose its bounce within a couple of washes. This is the only place where I can get a perm that stays bouncy and voluminous for even up to a year!
