I’m a traveling nurse and rented furniture from this place. Worst experience. First, my delivery date was put off an extra day after I paid almost 100$ fee to move in a day early pending the delivery from rent wise. The next day another store delivered my items. They weren’t the items me and the sales agent agreed upon. The delivery associate drug my mattresses across the dirty grounds. As he was complaining about how much he hates his job. Then they also forgot the bunk beds. I high when arrived were covered in paint. ( I requested a wooden bunk bed and got old dirty stained furniture) I was told the bunk beds would be pre-owned however I did not foresee this as dirty furniture. The man who brought the bed back and put it together was kind. And told me I. Wasn’t stuck with the bed. Also mentioned he hoped it was deeply discount told him I hadn’t seen it and wanted another one. Also. Dropped and broke the dresser which the drawer was falling out of. It is also still missing handles. It’s been almost 30 days since the incident. Rent wise I’ve contacted multiple times to try and get the issue fixed yet only met with excuses. They have no issue with withdrawing the 70$ weekly from my checking account yet aren’t holding up to their end of the rental agreement. I’ve spoke with the sales associate primy, manager Ryan and two other associates regarding the matter. Not one phone call has ever originated from this establishment nor even a minuscule apology. This Company Re Rents Old Appliances And Other Items That Have Been In Other Former Renters Homes Without Cleaning The Items In Any Way. In My Personal Experience I Rented A King Size Mattress And A Washer Dryer Combo And In My Case The Mattress Arrived Dirty And Smelly. The Washing Machine Also Had A Stagnant Smell Inside. Please READ! I rented a truck yesterday to move from these gentlemen. I actually called another location closer to me on beach blvd also, first and the woman on the phone was extremely dry with me so I called them to make a reservation and was met by a very friendly voice on the phone. I returned my truck 2 days later and afterward realized my wallet was missing with a large amount of cash. I called and the man who answered placed me on hold and went to look. He came back and said he didn’t see it. Hours went by, I lost hope and came to accept that it was gone. Shortly after i received 4 calls back to back. I called the number and it was the man I had spoken to earlier in the day apologizing and telling me he missed my wallet the first time and I could come and get it. I happily came to retrieve my wallet WITHOUT a single dollar missing. I can’t thank this man enough for being honest. If I ever need a uhaul again you will be the first call. Thank you so much again! Amazing people!

They are super unprofessional here. Go to Buddy's or Aarons- they don't care here and they will harass you day in and day out. I've had my account here for more than 7 months now and they act as if you've run off with their furniture. One day late and you're going to get harassed, 7 days late and you will definitely be harassed. Oh and they can never give you the balance that is remaining on file or send it to you in writing. Beware- they may even misquote your regular, monthly payment just so they could charge an additional $5 late fee for coming up "short." These guys don't really have anything better to do than to harass their own clients. Ricky was by far the nicest and most helpful sales agent there and he's no longer there.

Called to see if homeowner would be home, and told he will remove property the next day, but once he heard homeowner wouldn't be home, near by neighbors saw and heard the commotion and told the officer that it was A Rentwise Truck and 2 guys. Why would you do this you also vandalized when you went in and completely split the entrance door. No we haven't forgotten. And we KNOW who done this and your manager that allowed this on the clock and using the business truck to commit this crime. Don't worry, DON'T THINK THIS IS GOING AWAY.

Ok so I really like this place, cause it’s good and it has nice furniture, but I ordered furniture from them and I payed cash so they told me it would be there in a week and so I call the owner tells me it’ll be there either Thursday or Friday so I wait and it’s sunday, and it’s not there, so I called and he said Monday or Tuesday, the next Friday passes and my furniture isn’t delivered, but I guess it’s fine cause my furniture did come so yeah but I prefer to order from Ashely homestore furniture.

They very harassing and send out notices of court and reposess after a week and half even after having the account for over 6 months and have not missed a payment. Do not and will not get from them in future. Also I'm over 6 months same as cash 200 a month for last six months and payoff is 1400 after the original amount was 1900 or close to. Interest rate is ridiculous. But the issue is they start harassing immediately after the due date.

This place is pretty cool anything that's not in the showroom they will get it for you. I just finished my last payment on a really nice bed. Everybody was for the most part easy to work with and I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely rent from them again rent to own and I think they need more locations. Definitely make things easy and it's not so boring like other competitors.

Was going to check the store out and one of the employees came running to my car saying I had to move it because of some festival?? Forget this place what a waste of time horrible they dont want to work. Worried about some festival instead of their store sales. Smoking a cigarette while forcing me out of the parking lot …

Costumer service is fantastic BUT the sofas had bed bugs . A great amount of bed bugs , that my husband ended up going to the emergency rooms . Also we had a family emergency and had to pay a few days late and I had about 9-10 missed calls from only three days late .

I purchased a chair and we love it. This gentleman that helped me try to load it into my Grand Cherokee it didn't fit. my husband come back the next day and picked it up. Fantastic merchandise great price and awesome customer service

Ok. It's to rent to own. You will pay more. But they are reasonable here. Smaller company so they want your business. Id recommend them over Aaron's. Can't afford it? Return it

Called before we went there to ask about a computer they claimed to have one . We got there in three minutes and nope they did not have have it. Customer service wad meh .

We got our furniture from these guys and I have to say they're awesome! Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for great prices and great furniture!
