First of all the people who work there behind the counters, stocking shelves ,are awesome people. I live across the road from there and I have been going there now for the last 3 months almost daily I spend minimum $200 a week there. Every time this one security guard is working and is now working this morning April 22nd 2022 he follows me around the store no matter where I go, I look and he's behind me watching me around corners, every single time just this one security guard. I am not a thief. I do not steal from there .I understand there are people who go in there a lot and steal. He is categorizing me with them people, for what reason I do not know. I am dressed well. I have money. I have asked him a couple times to please stop doing that as it makes me feel uncomfortable. He just looks at me and smiles and in my face and tells me he don't have to do nothing he don't want to do. And then just stares at me and smiles. So when I went in there this morning and he done the exact same thing again I told him this is the last time I will be in this store to buy anything like I said I spend at least minimum $200 a week there maximum $1,000 a month mostly groceries. So from now on my business will be going across the street to TNT. To the people who run the store you should take a good look at who you hire because I imagine I'm not the only one for sure that he does this do. Again the staff that work there besides him and the other security guards besides him you're great people but this one person is just lost you my business have a great day audios.

The shops is very very very lacking. It seems like a jumble of haphazardly selected types of goods. Nothing stands out here. Not one shop. Not one brand name retail store. No gap no sportscheck no nothing. I read there was a McDonald’s here but it’s not very noticeable if it is here. They do have FULL working escalators (compared to Metrotown which is a constant issue they are always UNDER REPAIR (aka. They just turn it off to save energy there’s nothing actually wrong with them. They just leave the signs up all year round and rotate which ones they claim are out of order) The food court is also lacking. It’s either taco Thai or Chinese food there’s 15 approx food booths. 5 ⭐️ on service in the food court. I’ve had someone come by twice in 20 mins. Trying to take my tray if I was finished. compared to Metrotown you gotta bring your own stuff up to the clean up counter 5 ⭐️ on AIR CONDITIONING which is fantastic and good. Except up at the top by cineplex. That was hot like a sauna until you enter the actual theater area 5 ⭐️ on CLEANLINESS. the place was clean. And I mean clean. The tables are not sticky. There’s no litter on the grounds. The railings are clean. No smudges on the glass. It’s a nice mall. Just needs more store selection and variety. The bathrooms don’t smell like pee Overall. 5⭐️

The fact we have to even give one star is outrageous. I have never gone into a store and felt so judged in my life ! I have gone there a few times to get advice from the pharmacy team and every single time has been horrible. The looks they give. The man will not even come to you to talk he will sit at the back of the area and expect you to yell for the whole store to hear. Witch that alone should be a breach of confidentiality and basic human respect. The woman on the other hand will ignore you like you’re not even there if you say excuse me she jumps down your throat. They make it very clear they hate the area by how they treat people. I really don’t understand how they are allowed to abuse people like they do. I have never gone to a pharmacy where they literally refuse to help give advice or even turn you away. Something seriously needs to be done Rexall should be ashamed with these monster that represent their store. If you are burnt out walk away take time to heal but don’t force the job so you can hurt others because you hate your own life.

The pharmacist lady who works in the pharmacy department has a very bad attitude. I have had 2 encounters with her; one worse than the other. Last time I was there consulting with her to find the right medication for a very simple problem, but she didn't even let me finish talking; Instantly interrupted me and told me she can't help at all. Didn't even popvide any further info whatsoever, other than that I should go see a doctor (as if I wasn't aware of that option already..) She also literally made a face for (made fun of) another customer who didn't know where to pick up her medication and innocently asked her about it. Her attitude is horrible and very c.ondescending. If you clearly just see yourserf above every other person, or are just not willing to help anybody even as a part of your job, maybe you are in the wrong business, lady.. please do not occupy such a sensitive occupation spot, and let someone else who is actually willing to get the job done, help people, when they need it the most.

Disgusting Chinese front lady shout me when picking up my order on app. She needed my oder number instead of name, which is understandable, but when I kindly ask how to find my number I couldn’t find on app, she shout “ it doesn’t matter!! you check it! Otherwise I won’t give it to you!” Even though I already purchased. What a helpless and kindless person. Seems like she doesn’t even know how to use app when I asked her. I understand you need numbers but at least you don’t have to be so offensive and you need to know minimum hospitality to customer if you’re human. Eventually other young stuff came to see us and helped me. The Chinese stuff kept saying “ you need to know! We need number!” during the other stuff taking care of me. I’m so much happy I barely come this store. Won’t be back again.

I usually go to this Rexall after my morning walks, I'm almost always blown away by the friendliness and kindness of the staff that it brings a smile walking out. It is located in a livelier part of downtown so can draw unique crowds at times, however I've only seen the staff exert courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism in any of their interactions. I had gone on one occasion to fill a prescription and the pharmacist was very accommodating allowing me to gather my outstanding documentation, she even spent a bit of time to try to process the prescription through my insurance several times when it didn't work. Overall one of my go-to spots for good sales, great staff and I appreciate they also offer SodaStream exchanges.

Extremely rude employees are working here. I don't care if it's close to the Hastings street, but you need be welcomed to the customer doesn't matter where they belong to. "KATE" a rude employee she even didn't ask me if I need a bag and she finish transactions, then when I was asking her I need a bag she told me to pay for it, I said yes sure. Then she didn't brought a bag but she was looking at me with a dirty eyes and pointing me that I have a grab a bag by myself. Well I grabbed the bag, give her to pay for it and she was arguing with me for no reason that I didn't say her anything. I'm pissed of with this store and the employer name " KATE with a glass"

Great location in the heart of Crosstown/Gastown and they have AWESOME sales every Friday! I am writing this review because of the one gal who works there (I asked and her name is Ashley) I’ve been shopping here for 6 years and although most staff aren’t too friendly (granted, it IS a very difficult location to work at given the dt Eastside is just around the corner!) But every time we’ve run into Ashley (by we I mean myself and my adorable fur-baby) she is so happy and friendly. Nice!! It’s obvious that she really enjoys her job and is all about customer service. Just wanted to take the time to acknowledge her ⭐️

Gathered up my purchases and was given nothing but dirty looks and attitude by, whom I can only assume is the manager. Rudest woman I've ever met! Actually refused me my money and all I did was ask her a question pertaining to the validity of my gift card purchase. I was acting so polite it was borderline fake and she was just plain ignorant. .. regardless I really needed those gift cards and nothing else was open due to the pandemic, so I forcefully paid the roughly $250 for my purchases... (I had to make a scene in front of about 12 people to do so)... surely they can do better than that when it comes management?

The store is clean, well organized and comfortably spacious. The staff is mostly polite and helpful. It wasnt always like that. The store seemed to less friendly in the past. Any people that spent too much time searching for their items were simply asked to leave the store. Sometimes I used to feel very rushed to get everything that I needed so I wouĺd just leave if i couldnt find anything in particular. Recently things have definitely improved and I'm happy to go back and shop every time I'm near by. The only problem that still persists is the very high prices compared to other similar drug stores.

This has become my primary pharmacy. The pharmacists and pharmacists technicians are very friendly. They remember my name and they are always incredibly helpful. They are also super quick, they tell you that your prescriptions will be ready in anywhere from 15-30 mins but they almost always have them ready in 5-10 minutes. The store itself has a great selection and will almost always have what your looking for. I often go there to grab odds and ends when I need them because I know that I will be in and out quickly. They recently put in self checkouts which spears up the payment process.

Worst the customer service ever. I bought 2 boxes of hair color yesterday , when I mix and ready to use , than I noticed something wrong with color, I have been using the some brand and some color for a years, I know the color looks like, and than I want back to the store trying to refund it, but I feel bad for this, try to keep other box, penny (who served me )doesn’t listen what I said,show the attitude to me and say I will return them both, I don’t think they care and listen to the costmer , look at the rate they have, and the color that I bought sitting at store too long.

I have shopped here on many occasions & have found that the staff were polite and helpful and answered my questions respectfully. They always have a good supply of meal replacement drinks like EN-SURE & BOOST in both liquid and powder formulas !! They also have a good customer reward program & the points add up quickly ! The pharmacy is staffed with knowledgeable people & are very helpful with answering just about anything that they supply!! All in all I would recommend this store with no qualms at all !!

The guy kept telling me my product was used when it literally wasn’t. Then I try coming in later to see if somebody kinder can help but he takes my receipt and writes “product used” when it’s clearly not. I kindly tried to do an exchange but he came and yelled at me. So easy for him to bark at two girls and not give quality customer service. Thanks Keith for nothing. Please don’t buy from here when they can’t at the very least kindly serve their customers

This is one of those stores where you don't matter unless you are at the check out stand.after having waited for 4 minutes or so I finally got shown 3 productsa and then was put in a situation that made me quite uncomfortable. I was subsequently asked to leave because I was taking too long browsing. Real odd and when I asked for the manager I was told from one person they were busy with some Charity event, another told me he was cleaning his desk.

The pharmacy here is absolutely wonderful. They are fast and efficient, friendly, and they absolutely never get annoyed about taking the time to answer questions in-person or on the phone. Getting medical help downtown can be really difficult, but when it comes to prescriptions I feel blessed to have them here. The rest of the store is clean and well-stocked, although the prices are higher than other drug stores.

Staff and Managers are utter and complete creeps. It's not my fault you built a rexall in a sketchy location! The Managers especially, but also the staff treat everybody through the doors like outright criminals. I deserve to be treated with the same courtesy and respect i am treated with at any other rexall i visit, dont i? Eff this location, don't do business here if you have a shred of dignity.

Pharmacists are very non-accomodating and unfriendly. They don't even let you finish talking about what you need. Most of the time, they are short-staffed too. Don't go here. Go find a Shoppers Drug Mart instead. Pharmacists in Shoppers are always ready to listen and help. If there is a rating lower than 1, I would have given that instead.

Hi, today i was going to get a infection cream for first aid but i had no idea which one is better so I asked one of the parmacist. she was very very being rude and unwellcoimg she just said like "you can read it" that's it. I felt so bad and disrespectful. I am never going to go that parmacy. She is the worst parmacist that i 've ever met.

Good selection but way overpriced. Also, every time I go in there I get followed around by the very obvious "security guard" who stands right next to me, not only breaking the six feet rule but also ignoring all the other customers in the store. The cashier staff is largely useless; they're slow, unfriendly and do the bare minimum.

I had been going to store for months. Getting nose spray and trying to find something different. I have talked to many pharmacists for something different but meditation wasn’t available. I want to thank the pharmacist at this Rexall for helping me find something that works. I appreciate your time to listen regarding my concerns.

The worst pharmacy I’ve used. For one, the pharmacist gave me wrong prescription refills. Had I never checked the label on the bottle, I would have taken the wrong medication. For another, they failed to transfer my prescription to London Drugs and won’t take responsibility for it. I would avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

So I get that you close the cold and flu aisle after 8pm due to theft but why put a sign up saying ask for assistance if you are just going to say no when asked for a product from the section. Change the sign to no sales after 8pm. I know most of the staff here are lazy and full of excuses but this is next level.

The pharmacy staff are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Years of coming here every one of the pharmacists have been amazing. The cashiers at the front are hit or miss for friendliness and ability to communicate effectively. The store is cluttered, but there are some good deals that can be found.

Pharmacists are UNEDUCATED definitely. I went there to ask for some symptoms, explained politely as much as I can, but they giggled at my question. It was the rudest experience in my entire life. You guys better to know how to answer the question in polite way and treat customers. Just do your job.

Really expensive face mask, paid 100% more for them than in Save on Food store, and they did not fit well, always in my eyes. I tried returning the 30 dls for 50 face masks package, but they did not accept. So I do not really recomend this drugstore in Vancouver. Expensive and bad cystomer service.

This place has everything... Try it out for men's cologne and women's perfume...starting at $20-$30. Top brands and an impressive selection. I purchased 100 ml. bottle of Nautica Classic for $20! Also Nivea for men Deep aftetshave- $7 on sale. Great store for bath and beauty.

it says they open at 9:00...but who knows when they bother to switch the phone service over. I have called at 9:15 lots of times and later, only to receive the automated night message. One might imagine that 9:00 opening procedures should involve turning on the phone.

It's small but I know what's there and that's why I head there. It's open until 10pm which is great for any late night need. The staff don't bother you, but helpful if needed, it's well lit and super clean but it can a tad more expensive than other stores like it.

I went to this rexall recently, had full face of makeup on my face, was just trying some lipstick, then the girl in charge of the makeup area came to me with a very rude attitude and told me I wasn't allowed to my whole makeup in the store. Terrible experience.

Worst customer service you can ever experience. I am a regular in this area for the past 5 years, and given this location numerous chances to rectify the poor service I have received from the front counter staff, post office and Pharmacy in the past.

Nothing like being grabbed and dragged to the back, and accused of stealing because you walked in with your hands in your pockets, didn't find what you wanted and tried to leave. Do yourself a favor, head to London Drugs down the street.

Across the street so convenient for me but there are always savings and points offers. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue is that unless you get the stuff on sale a lot of the stuff is more expensive than other places

Just stopped a security gard from assaulting a lady with obvious mental health problems and when i stopped him he was going to assaulting me. The security there could use some de-escalated training instead of assaulting people.

My wife and I got our booster shots from this pharmacy. Pharmacist Mary helped us out and she was super nice and very informative. Also the pharmacy attendant that checked us in was very friendly and prompt as well. …

Annoying security guard kept following me during my shopping and standing just behind me even though they have a detector at the door. High prices. You can get the same things elsewhere for much cheaper.

Location wise it's nice it's close to skytrain but the cashier that served me today (a young middle Eastern lady) was keep on biting her nails and look .disinterested to do her job

This store allows their security to punch people out when shop lifting occurs. Violence is never okay towards anyone , especially a woman!! Never shopping here again.

First time there found good prices on some products. Not a large variety or selection but good central downtown location. Great for specials. Worth a visit.

Employees are never on time(pharmacist) , store was supposed to open at 8.00am, but did not. Had to wait for 15-20 mins still it didn’t open.
