Poor customer service! Was here April 9th roughly around 5pm-520pm. Was going to purchase an item that I thought was on sale cause of the pricing, but it wasn't on sale when I got to the till... I told the cashier it says on sale where I got it... but she says, "its probably different item." As a customer, the store/person in charge should make it right.. but she didn't. I even showed her where I got it and what the price showed.. and she says oh it's not for that item the label is in the wrong place.. Ok well then it's not my fault, usually when the price label is placed at the wrong place they usually apologize and fix it but still give it to the customer for that sale prize... but she said no it's not on sale... therefore that ticked me off, and I asked for the store number, and she was questioning why? So i told her why, and that's when she says, "Would you like to talk to my supervisor?" I told her, "No, it's too late, you should of had proper training and you should of thought of calling your supervisor if you ain't sure, don't go making the decisions.. Like I said bad customer service, I'm not coming back, used to be good customer service at this place!

This place is well stocked and there’s a lot of stuff in such a small store. The shelves are clean and organized. I appreciate that the aisles are split in half so i don’t have to walk the entire length of the store to find something. Cashier is not as friendly as she could have been. She does not really make eye contact nor smiles nor talks in a kindly manner. At least she reminded me to use my air miles card or else i would have forgotten. The other staff person is nicer though. I was having trouble looking for a few items and the stock person was happy to help me find them. Pretty helpful in that area. Parking is easy to find with lots of free parking spaces right outside with a 30 minute maximum. It’s almost as big as the overcrowded and often full plaza on the other side of the block. TIP! There are a lot of items with sale signs that looks heavily reduced but in reality the regular price posted is over inflated to look like you’re saving a bundle.
This store's pharmacy has garbage service. There were 5 people working at the pharmacy and I was the only one in the store while waiting for 15 minutes watching them put labels on bottles and type on the computer. When I came in one of the person processed my prescription and put the pre-packaged tube in front of me within 5 minutes. Then told me to wait 20 minutes for no reason. I waited while hearing their staff gossip about past customers. After 15 minutes I saw them not bother to have me pay and get out of there instead doing other prescriptions while mine was done 15 minutes ago. Rudely told me it's not ready when I asked. What a waste of my time, still didn't get my medication even though it was sitting in the basket right in front of them. No priority on prescriptions that take 5 minutes while the customer is waiting in front of them. Pharmacists are rude and the worst, this poor system needs to change. Makes customers feel like garbage.
The two Filipino ladies here are pretty rude. I asked them where I could find certain items and then asked them again why the prices didn’t match what the flyer showed. After giving me an indifferent answer, they proceeded to talk to each other in another language and giggle while one rolled her eyes at me. Terrible service and very unprofessional. They have a 3 day sale on eggs every week, but it sells out within an hour or two of opening, people bring multiple members of their family and the employees allow it because many of them are friends with the few regular customers. Seems like those that speak the same language as the employees get better treatment. Better to spend your money elsewhere as this store as poor customer service, very bad value for money and a rather incompetent loyalty rewards program.
The Pharmacist Vishal was really helpful in sorting out a tough situation for me. I was having trouble in feeding my Two year old antibiotics tablet which was prescribed for her UTI. After I discussed this matter with Vishal over the phone, he took responsibility to call BC children`s hospital 5 or 6 times to get a new prescription for ***** suspension antibiotics for my daughter. it was really a life saver for me. I never seen any other pharmacist taking this much effort for their customer. I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate Vishal at Rexall Pharmacy on Fraser st. Vancouver for his effort that he made on that day . I will definitely recommend my other friends to go to this pharmacy for their medicines.
After reading some of the negative reviews, I came in expecting to have a similar negative experience. But they surprised me. When I asked a question, a young lady by the name of Kate, walked me to where the item was located. Not only that, another employee also jumped in and tried to help finding the extra stock as there was only one item left on the sales floor. And when I was roaming around the store, another employee also asked me if I needed any help while she was already busy restocking the shelves. Overall, they were very friendly and super helpful. Kate also tried to help me save some money by giving some helpful tips as it was my first time shopping at Rexall. Thank you Kate!
Whoever the pharmacist working tonight is very rude and unprofessional. He basically throw the needle into my arm hardly and ask me to "hang around" for 15 mins but he never really count the time. After waiting for 15 mins I asked if there is any paper document for me to keep in record then he asked for my Covid vaccine record card because he thought I got the Covid Vaccine instead... This is actually very scary, how can I trust a guy like this to take care of my personal health... To be honest I totally understand here is a busy location so probably he doesn't have a lot of time to check on me but at least he should be professional.
Very disappointed - they present themselves as a major chain but the reality is that they struggle to perform as efficiently as they should. Because of the location I found it was closer to get my wife's many prescriptions there - but the first few times the "blister packs" had to be made up there were issues. Then when I became ill I found I required some medication that they said they could "compound" but instead farm it out to some of their other branches - twice resulting in at least a day delay despite having a 5 day lead time. As far as what is on their shelves, buyer beware and ensure you check the expiration dates.
they never have anything in stock.. also very understaffed there’s usually only 1 person working in the pharmacy. i went in there one time to get a rapid covid test (turns out i did have covid) and i was standing in line for the pharmacy for like 20 mins cause there was only 1 person working. when i finally got to the front he just said oh yeah rapid tests are at the cashier… it was a big waste of time not to mention i was standing there for 20 mins with covid.. it doesn’t really make sense to keep the tests at the cashier instead of the pharmacy? not impressed with their service i would suggest going somewhere else
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Me and my sister went here today to ask for the balance of our gift cards that we get from our aunts.. The cashier, it hink she's filipino is not smiling at all and not very welcoming. She helped us tho but in a rude way. Second scenario is, while we were looking for something to buy she announced on the entire store for calling the attention of the security to scan the isle where we at, like we're going to steal or something, which i believe is not proper and very humiliating. Instead of asking if we need help or something. Worst rexall experience ever. Definitely not coming back.
I love this store. Over the years I've gotten to know the staff, especially in the pharmacy, and they are a great team who tend to my every need. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering or needs an outstanding pharmacy. The staff there are knowledgeable, super helpful and very friendly. However...they now have new pharmacy staff, and it's chaotic. I gave 2 days notice to fill my monthly huge order only to find it wasn't even filled yet on the date due. At present I don't feel comfortable with the staff, and I'm hesitant in recommending this place anymore. Not sure I'll stay.
Nothing notable about the store itself, however the pharmacy has been wonderful. They have always ensured my medicine is made in a timely manner, and are quite affordable. Everyone in the pharmacy area is incredibly friendly and the head pharmacist (I can't recall his name) is very intelligent, helpful, and you can tell he go above and beyond with his clients and staff. I'm regularly seeing people trained in the pharmacy section which may be bothersome to people who are more worried about efficiency, however I feel it's wonderful a business is able to help teach those who are learning.
I have NO issue with the staff inside. My problem is with the parking enforcement. It states 30 minutes free for customers and yet customers are being ticketed before they can even register with the cashier. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE! Customers, DISPUTE YOUR PARKING TICKETS. Don't reinforce these predatory practices by paying for a ticket you should not have gotten in the first place. What a way to turn off your customer base. It just redirects them to other businesses that don't ticket their customers for using their parking lots while shopping. Bye, Felicia.
hey, i am very disappointed with this store i always visit this store this is not happening only today this thing happened with me before to i buy some stuff and the promotion is 3/10 dollars they they put the thing on self when i went to counter and ask is it 3/10 and the lady told me noo its not i said the price is over there and she told me no someone restock over there but its not 3/10 when i ask then why did you not check they don’t have any answer and they refused to give the promotion thank you
I shop often here. They sometimes have contaminated my prescriptions with other drugs. Their prices on eggs, cheese and pop are ridiculously low. Today I bought an item, it scanned at a higher price than marked and they refused to cop it for free. Edit: went there today. Was immediately bumrushed by a very unhealthy clerk. I was looking at the shampoo and she treated me like a shoplifter. WORST SERVICE. Only going there for pop, chips, eggs and cheese from now on. TERRIBLE.
I just show buckleys on my phone to the employees and asked her if they do price matching she looked at my phone and said yes you can find it on that ail. After I came back to the cashier to pay they said we don’t do price matching in a very rude way. They even don’t listen what you ask them and they sell Buckleys which is $16 in London Drugs and every other stores foe $22?!!! Why should people go there? They have the Worst customer service EVER! Never going back there.
This is an AWESOME pharmacy. Not only did my pharmacist remember my name after meeting me only once (I'm not even joking), but all of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There's been a few times that I've run into hiccups and problems with my perscriptions because I recently moved here from Ontario, and they have extremely helpful with getting everything sorted and making sure I have my medication. Five stars. You will never need to go to another pharmacy.
I used to work at this store for four years one day quit and moved on but when I come in as a customer staff rude and I bought pistachio a nosh brand that was expired wanted to exchange I didn’t have receipt but was given such a hard time exchanging at the end I got the exchange but after this experience I will not go back not even as a customer if they are treating past employees like this what to expect for customer I know they won’t care about my opinion.
Do not trust this store!!! They cheated me twice. First, they said parking is free for customers. But even I show the shopping receipt, they still need me to pay the parking ticket. Second, on the ticket, it shows I need to pay $50. But when you pay it online, the actual amount is more than $50. I will pay for this ticket. But at the same time, you will lose many many customers. I will let everyone know about this.
Parking lot outside this location is for Rexall customers and it’s paid parking for non rexall customers. I walked in to buy one item inside Rexall. I was less than 5 minutes and I came outside to a ticket on my car. Obviously the parking lot attendant is not even watching for people who are actually shopping in Rexall. Very poor experience. At least watch for people who are customers.
Unprofessional pharmacist, no post-op instructions given after receiving a flu shot. The whole process is done in a rush and it hurts a lot when/after receiving the flu shot because the pharmacist acts like he doesn't really care about anything happened. At the end even forgot what kind of vaccine he just gave. I would give a negative star if google allowed me to. Not recommended!!!
As a pharmacy they are great. As a store, not so much. I've had several purchases where the item was priced at a certain price, then rang more at the till. When I noticed at home from the receipt, there is no point in going back, as the store staff have no clue how to make price corrections. Watch out for the items you ourchase.as the staff don't know how to do price corrections.
Staff are rude and not helpful. I went to the counter asking for Tineture Iodine. First thing comes out of his mouth is "what do you want" He just shout out the aisle number. When I ask him what it looks like he said " Go ask someone at the aisle". I am not happy with the service and just left the store. I am never going back. With staff like that good luck with their business.
I had a bad car accident and I had issues with my prescription from emergency department.. my son went couple of pharmacies but they ignored.. then he went to Rexall and Vishal (pharmacist) took extra mile and he figured out and stayed until 10:45pm.. to make sure I receive medication.. now, my whole family moved prescription to rexall just because of Vishal.. great guy...
Pharmacist at store was really helpful and shown willingness to serve my needs. Store ambiance also great perhaps far-far better than store next to them on same street. My experience with them was not so great and thought let’s try Rexall. Thanks to their great team my needs were meant and with excellent customer service. Strongly recommended place.
This Rexall has a hard-working, courteous, helpful staff. It is a good-sized, well-stocked location. There are good offers and specials listed on their flyers every week or two. Unlike many other drug stores and retail stores in Vancouver, this location has its own hassle-free parking lot, free for a half-hour for customers (pay for everyone else).
Today I went to the store, and I wanted to buy the cleaning product VIM cream, and the price was over 1$ higher then Canadian Tire. I asked two employees about the price, and their response was that they cannot much the Canadian Tire’s price. That’s fine, what bothered me was theirs giggling and comments about my questions. Poor Customer Services.
The staff at this store have been very friendly and helpful. The prices are good and I like their weekly flyer specials. The pharmacist, Sul, is friendly, informative and humorous and provides me with useful info regarding my prescription. They have made my experience there a very pleasant one. I go there weekly. Great job everyone ! =)
Very bad. Not many employees and the ones that were there were extremely rude. Not a very wide selection of items. Couldn’t find anything I needed there. You rather just go to the dollar store or shoppers drug mart down the street. Come here if you wanted to be treated terribly by horrible staff and not find anything you want!
This store all staff is very bad . I ordered 3 items from them by Uber. Total 40 $ but after 1 hours they give only 1 product halls. and they don’t know if any product they don’t have need to call customer.. they didn’t call me. They don’t think why I am buying 1 halls for 8 $. And when I call then they misbehaved with me.
Rude unprofessional staff, I was yelled and screamed at for returning a broken/smashed tomatoes paste jar they refused refund until I refused too leave none the less I got my refund , but I should never have had to deal with such a rude cashier... she should be fired... ill be sending the video I took to ur HQ ....
The pharmacy staff are very accomodating and helpful! All of the other store staff are also very welcoming and friendly! But there's this new lady cashier who was rude and rolling her eyes during my whole transaction at around past noon today. Overall, majority of the staff have fantastic customer service!
We have been loyal customer from day one, but now with the new parking policy, they treat parking as their main source of income. They give no time to register your vehicle by the cashier, but issue tickets right away. Store manager is unreasonable and refuse to listen for any reasons.
I got a flu shot from the Pharmacy Manager, Visual Parmer - a friend of mine recommended this location. I drove all the way from North Van as there wasn't a lengthy registration process. Highly recommended, super nice service, got my shot right away and it didn't hurt at all!
Specifically called to ask if flu shot is available here, then asked if it will be available today. I received positive answer and confirmed with the person that I will be here at this exact time. When I got here, the only thing I heard was "We ran out of flu shots today".
I have bad experience with rexall pharmacy .new people working with lot of attitude . Even though they didnot speak truth with customer . They try to speak with phone and then i went there . They dont want to listen me . When doctor call and then ready to give medicine
I liked the pharmasist who used to work here - afew years ago - he knew everyone by first name, their medication(s) & their family. The pharmasist now are nice too but getting a refill takes a lot longer now & there are at least twice as many people working there.
The pharmacists here are so helpful and so friendly. They also provide really personalized assistance. You can tell they care about their customers. I am so glad I found this pharmacy. Also, they provide the best price possible. Really appreciated.
Loved this place till today when I went and a philipeno working was staring me down like I was gonna steal… was going to spend money but decided to leave because it was so uncomfortable being watched like a hawk . lost me buissness today ….
Probably the greatest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff are very great, particularly the pharmacists in the back. They appear to know each customer at a personal level, and have meaningful conversations about their heath and well-being.
What a efficient pharmacist.. his name was Vishal.. He takes care of my family’s meds.. and makes them ready call us when it’s due.. also.. he calls me for to take follow up on how I’m doing with my meds.. very nice of him.
Vishal at the Rexall Phramacy7159 is professional, kind and caring. He is a true gentleman and one of the best phramacist ever that I have encountered in my life. Bless you for all the things that you do for the clients!
I visit Rexall for healthcare and some medication,I found the prices reliable plus the Filipino young lady is such a charming, helpful and welcoming, she suggests me the products as per her experiences as well. …
Vishal the pharmacists is the best pharmacist you could get to manage your whole family's medications in this area. he is very friendly and knowledgeable and always try his best to deliver great service.
I bought steamer from this store . 67$ its dsnt work after 7 days . when i go there for return manager was not listen . she said i cant return very bad experience my 67$ garbage in 7 days
Store is always Nice and Clean.. I would strongly recommend the pharmacy section.Pharmacy Manager Vishal is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Vishal is a very useful asset to Rexall.
Staff was very friendly, great greeting, took me right to the item I need, great goodbye. Same with the cashier. I haven't experienced warm friendly service like that in years …
The indian guys working in the pharmacy are theives. They know nothing about medicns and neither they can read presecriptions. Pathetic experience ever. Not recommended at all
Those Dissing the Pharmacy..Maybe he had a Bad day..Don't we all If it's the Main Pharmacist then you got it all wrong.. He's a Great Guy Been dealing with him for two years.
Hopefully they all close down and get run out of business. Will never be shopping here again. No local employment. Another business based on keeping locals on the streets.
Vishal at the Rexall pharmacy on Fraser Street is very kind, caring and one of the best pharmacist’s I’ve ever met. He is always very eager to help and gives great advice.
Pharmacy area can get crowded when its busier. Hard to respect privacy or ask questions about medications with a bunch of strangers standing there eavesdropping.
I've not been very happy with the pharmacy staff here for many of years. Terrible, just terrible customer service. I'd say lazy and slow filling prescriptions.
WITHOUT SUL THE PHARMACIST THIS PHARMACY MIGHT NOT GET TOO MANY PATIENTS.HE WAS THE ONE WHO FIRST RAN THIS PHARMACY WITH A GREAT PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY
Almost everything available but the price is more than the other stores. But it’s better if you are in hurry since not the busiest place like line ups and all
They asked me what my prescription was and I was very confused because I only came to the the pharmacy because they gave me free candies called Tylenol
Pharmacy service very poor. So many person working in Pharmacy but doesn't know how to do customer service. Pharmacist very rude to talk.
The pharmacy is terrible. The staff have zero ability to answer questions about prescriptions, and no problem solving ability either.
The store manager is very harsh and shouting at customers,, I don't recommend such type of customer service for any business..
Some good deals, but professionalism is lacking at this store. I will shop online elsewhere before returning to this location.
Excellent customer service I got a flu shot with Vishar. I did not feel any pain at all. This guy is really professional!!!
I will not recommend the Fraser street Rex all pharmacy . Rude and no helping mind when we ask a questioned
Clean place and meets all your drugstore needs pluses a small convenience store section with milk and eggs
seen employees lying and scamming in front of elderly customers, flyer products are never in stock
This is my favourite drug store...I always go here...also, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Our family received flu shots here. Pratik did a great job... no pain. Thanks.
Friendly staff, a variety of non pharmacy items including milk, free parking.
There isn't any texter and they misjudged us (they thought we were thiefs)
Clean & nice for essential item! -1 star for variation in prices of items!
Got my C-19 vaccine shot here today. Staff was professional and friendly!
Great helpful staff and almost always have fully stocked shelves
Ugh..everything is super expensive ..rather go to Shoppers
Very disgusting Management . Had a very bad experience .
Bad customer service. No communication with the client
Helpful staffs helped me look for what I needed :)
Don't use the pharmacy unless you want a headache
Probably the worst company that exists
