Upon entering the store, I was immediately asked by an associate, "Can I help you find something?" to which I made a friendly and clear reply, I let him know what I was looking for. He gave me directions. Another store clerk physically confronted me in the aisle I went to, where I spent a minute trying to locate my singular shopping item. The store clerk stayed barely 6ft away looking at toothpaste the entire time I was in the aisle like he's never seen it before. He followed me to the cash register, where I was under the watchful eyes of their security guard, the original associate at the front door and the toothpaste guy. I was in the store for less than 3 minutes had done nothing unusual and yet I have 3 sets of eyes on me from three sides, all barely 6ft away from me. As I make my purchase at the register. "The level of racial profiling in this store is not low-key" I announced, to which I did not receive a reply or an apology. I paid for my purchase and left. I will never come back here and it seems that's okay with you based on my ethnicity. I'd launch a human rights complaint but I'm too busy working 3 jobs, while also being a wife and a mother to take time for pursuing legal action but indeed your behaviour is against the law. To the store manager, I highly recommend auditing your security footage of the "incident" on October 2, 2020 between 4:15 and 4:20 PM for retraining your staff before someone else has a chance to pursue legal action against you for your unchecked problematic behaviour.

The reason I gave 2 stars even though I always stop by at Rexall to buy anything after work is today, my boyfriend decided to treat me to all skincare I would like to buy. I was in the aisle of Vichy and La Roche Posay and was taking a while because I was reading and checking every formula and name of the products, meanwhile the staff was eyeing me for the whole time. If it werent for my boyfriend, I wouldnt believe it. She was so close to pushing my boyfriend out of the way just to check if I have anything in my pockets. Then, she didnt stop, she went to the cash register and whispered to the other staff and they were all eyeing me. This was very uncomfortable as a customer. I couldnt even take my time because of how uncomfortable I was while shopping. I will not shop for my cosmetics here anymore, I will switch to London Drugsmart where I never have to experince this uncomfortable ambience.

I was just browsing, and saw a lip gloss I liked. It was on sale, so I got it. But it rang up at $13 instead of $7. So I went back and checked the shelf, then went to the counter to tell the staff about it. Then a completely different staff came up behind me, cut me off while I was explaining, and yelled "it's only on sale if there's is sticker !! There needs to be a red sticker underneath!! No sale!!" And used her hands to mime pulled on a sale tag. I told her there was a sticker and she said "NO", but went and checked when the lady behind the counter told her to. Then she went and saw the sale sticker, and came back and said "oh. Fine!!" With a grunt and a grimace. Idk why she didn't let me finish explaining before yelling in my ear and insinuating that I'm too stupid to know to look for a sale sign before mentioning the issue to the staff.

Walked into the store. Clean and nice display store. Needed two things: Birthday card and Self-test kit. Quickly survey the store, couldn't find birthday card. walked to Pharmacy and talked to pharmacist, Asian, male, who seems focus on some paperwork. "You guys don't sell birthday card, eh?" with smile. "You have to ask the front" with a glance and cold tone. "Do you have self-test kit" "Are you a BC resident?" with a look and cold tone. "Yes." "You can get it from the front." Not even lift his head but still with cold tone. Casher was friendly and super helpful. Got birthday card and self-test kit. Maybe don't walk into this store in the morning with Asian appearance and try to talk to Asian male pharmacist. Or maybe it was nothing to do with my Asian appearance. But honestly, I don't know which one is worse.

Ugh … this location always has the worst customer service. I had some products that had been recalled and the company sent me coupons with my name on them as well as security features to replace the ones I had to dispose of. They clearly stated they were manufacture coupons and that they would reimburse up to $7 -$8 per product. When the cashier looked at them, she didn’t want to process them. Now it could of been that training isn’t that thorough… but I’m sure that accepting coupons is something that should of been covered. She started making things up as to why she couldn’t do it, and my husband called her out on it. Finally, she processed the transaction. ( it really wasn’t that hard ) Now don’t get me started on the Post Office here - I’ll leave that for a separate review.

By far, the most shockingly awful postal service in the whole of Vancouver. The staff have no clue what they are doing. Besides their incompetence, they are lazy (take ages to clear a line-up because they do things in such a casual manner), unfriendly with not even a shred of decent customer service to offer and speak to customers in such an unprofessional tone. Today I experienced one of their middle aged female staff barking at a man trying to send a parcel, who was clearly a foreigner. She kept snapping at him and treating him like he was an idiot instead of explaining the procedure clearly. Bottom line: skip the postal service here and just come here to buy your toothpaste and deodorant.

I went to the post office this morning to send a parcel. The worker Gillian (definitely not friendly nor welcoming) was on her cellphone. Completely had an attitude problem; no greeting whatsoever. I have never dealt with that kind of poor customer service before. And she was not helpful at all. I refused to send my parcel with her. For whatever reason, I did not trust her. I rather deal with Sally or Maria on that matter because they gave such excellent service and very helpful. If you ever deal with Gillian - don't bother. She just seems to hate her job. I don't even know why she got hired.

I usually pop in here with my gf after work 2 times a week. For whatever reason the security guard ALWAYS decides to follow us within 10 feet of every aisle, despite the store being PACKED. It's come to the point where we've clearly not felt welcome and will go to other locations. Maybe it's my dusty construction clothes that set off his radar but we're not the ones you're looking for weirdo. To add, the staff is useless for redeeming points (multiple times in a row now) and customer service is a joke especially if you want to purchase perfume or cologne.

Like lots of review here, don’t deal with Amin in the Canada post department. It’s was a very frustrating experience and he is unprofessional and should be retrained are not allowed to work in this department in Rexall. I do have to say this the assistant manager was really good to deal with she was also struggling just like me with his refusal complete the order. If I was the owner of Rexall I’d be very disappointed in his service

I always buy chicken & pasta in the morning but yesterday I bought a spoiled one. Went there next morning to grab a breakfast and let them know about the spoiled chicken & pasta and the cashier told me that I am the only one who complained about it and its my fault for buying it in the first place. It made me really upset and I don’t want to ruin my morning so, I just apologized for letting them know they’re selling spoiled food..

I read some of the reviews and anyone can have an off day , I have used this postoffice for over 2 years and have never had poor service there and have always been greeted by Gillian or any of the staff that work in a timely and pleasant manner . only once did I ever not get what I came for and that was because the computer system was down which wasn't the fault of the girl working the counter that day.l

I'm visiting Vancouver and came here to grab some stuff for travel. Subpar customer service, but good selection for travel friendly toiletries! Lots of mini sized items available. I think because this location is fairly close by the dock where there are cruise ships they accounted for that. Aside from customer service, this was a convenient stop for my travel essentials.

I'm a tourist from the USA , I was appalled at what I walked into when I went to this pharmacy. One of the employees was yelling at a customer, I'm not sure what the customer did to her but omg what happened to the customer is always right. I guess customer service is not a priority in this place . That outburst by the employee was definitely unacceptable.

Asian pharmacist guy was super rude and showed his attitude. Asked to check if I am elegible to get my meds for free and he refused at the same time not stopping checking his cell phone and chatting with someone. Went to another pharmacy and the other person checked for me with no questions asked. Never come back to this pharmacy again

I was in Rexall for some medications, and Paul gave me super detailed instructions added with extremely positive, polite and kind attitude. Thank you very much Paul!

The pharmacist could be a bit more polite and helpful. So disappointing! What is the point of a walk-in vaccine clinic when you are required to book an appointment? And one pharmacist is so snobby. If you hate your job, please look for another one but don’t put out a bad name for the pharmacy and medical care providers. Thank you

One of the Pharmacists had really bad service. He didn’t even come close to see the symptom and kept saying ‘no’ and ‘I dont know’. The attitude and facial exression made me feel like I was annoying him. There was no caring for a customer having a huge pain. Never I will go back there again.

Worst Pharmasist ever, Young Eat Indian Female, did not take her eyes off her phone the Entire Time while talking, young proffesionals want the respect without putting in the work, she said some weird medicine name and just said look it up in isle 3 without even lifting her head up.

The worst postal service ever. Not sure what kind of job action they are doing but just staring wall for 5 mins when every new customer comes to the counter. Just intentionally making long line up. They should close this postal location so people wouldn't come here by mistake.

I do not recommend this place. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and impatient, showing no interest in explaining anything about the medicine. He seemed to lack knowledge and appeared to be in a perpetually bad mood.

They're like, more expensive than shoppers and london drugs for most items. An energy drink is like $2 more than at other places...why?? Staff are all friendly. Post office can be busy, so be prepared
