Their sign says guaranteed 15 minutes prescriptions but that's a complete lie. I dropped off my prescription at roughly 1:45pm they said their wait time is approximately 35 minutes I tell them ok I'll pick it up later after work, which is 5pm. I called in at 3pm because I noticed they do close early (7pm) and had asked them to start on my prescription earlier. The pharmacist said sure it'll be ready in 30 MINUTES. I come after 30 minutes has passed just for them to tell me it's going to take another 15 minutes. At this point I am getting a bit angry and commented on how they said 30 minutes but it has passed the 30 minute mark. Their only comment was "we're busy today" I asked if I could pay for my prescription at that time as I also had another thing to ring up as well. The pharmacist refused to ring up my prescription and stated "your order isn't ready" .. I told I understood that it was not ready but why could I not pay for it beforehand? Either way didn't get to pay for it. Came back after another 15 minutes just to stand around and wait another 15 minutes.. my prescription was ready 45 minutes after given time. Very upset would not come back to this location!!!

I want to give a shout-out to lead farmacist Frayman. He has been an absolutely delightful person to deal with for any prescriptions. My fiancée has always felt intimated by the abrupt and overwhelming experience of prescription drugs from other pharmacies but Frayman had completely turned it around for both of us. He is descriptive, adaptive, careful and caring, making any explanation straight forward, insightful and easy to understand. I immensely appreciate his help, care and flexibility. We have turned into loyal Rexall customers thanks to him. Frayman truly embodies what the pharmacist field should be about. Thanks to him and his team for the devotion to us as regular people. It is my biggest wish that this message can be echoed for him and or his higher-ups to hear about. Much appreciated.

I went to pick up an order at this location, and as soon as I opened the mail box, the staff saw I ordered two yoga matt, she said they are nice. I said they are nice, and asked if she needed one, i meant I can share the link and product number with her, but then she said, that's very nice of you, becuz she just did the surgery and she need a towel like this to maintain her posture. I said I ordered two becuz I needed to change every time, and it is very expensive. she seemed did not understand and keep saying you wanna give to me? and she has no intention to give back to me. I left with nicely saying "you have a good day" making sure i will never ever go to that location ever again!!!!!! First time experienced the staff is being a thief or a shameless beggar.

I feel so much healthier shopping here somehow. Their cleanliness and health standards are high. But their customer service is low. I don’t usually mind the homeless because it’s possible that they have the $3 to afford one pop but I don’t know how likely it is that’s what they’re there for. I rather they kick out the homeless who make other customers feel uncomfortable than the ones who just want a sandwich.

Very helpful! I hobbled in from the clinic across the hall with a newly broken foot. I could barely walk, but I soon had several kind employees taking care of me. They found me crutches and set them up for me to walk on right away. Stellar service in my time of need.

Staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful. I have found the pharmacy staff very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. They even opened up for me shortly after closing to pick up a prescription because I was travelling the next day. Amazing people!!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Edmond twice- once at purchase and once for the return of said purchase. The supervisor/manager carazon I believed her name was. Equally awesome!!! Made my return easy and would go back for that awesome customer service

Very friendly staff but then I went to the pharmacy where the women was ‘consulting’ me on the use of (ahem) eye drops and telling me to put it in my ear? I was like - what the earth?

Frayman, a pharmacist, is amazing, and actually all the pharmacists are great. Excellent service, always, great follow up service, just the best.

Even though I have changed where I work I will continue to come here. Great store. Great staff. Frayman has been a real help with everything.
