I recently moved to Kingston and was searching for a new dentist. Decided on Matheson dental as they were one of the few offices to actually answer their phone during business hours, the receptionist Donna was very professional and courteous, and the prices were competitive. I was very impressed after my first couple visits. Once again, Donna was very friendly at the front desk and was very helpful in finding appointments that fit with my busy schedule. The office was bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. Dr. Sidhu and the professional staff were friendly, skilled and knowledgeable and they seemed keen on staying up-to-date with current research and trends. It is obvious that Matheson Dental takes pride in their customer service--little things such as asking you to take off wet/muddy outdoor shoes and providing slippers make for a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

We recently changed to Matheson because of the excellent reviews and I am very pleased with the exceptional treatment and customer service. They are very caring, talented/skilled and understanding. The facilities are very well appointed with a nice touch of complimentary coffee. Dr. Matheson and her staff are simply the best. Many thanks once again to the awesome Dr Walid al-Saadi and this time, his Princess Street team. The cheerful Casey at Reception and diligent, considerate Technician Noor helped to make this visit pleasant and painless. Undergoing a molar extraction can be daunting and nerve-wracking. Dr Walid's technical expertise and jovial interactions ensured all went without a glitch. As I was bracing myself for the big pull, one final yanking sensation to finally rid myself of this nasty molar, Dr Walid declared "All done!". I didn't feel anything and thought he was joking, still waiting for the big pull. It was that painless and straightforward! If this form could award 7 gold stars, it should! Massive Thank You, Dr Walid and crew! Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been patients at Matheson Dental since moving to the Kingston area in 2001. We have both been treated by a number of dentists and hygienists at the clinic over the years and all have been very skilled, capable and personable. Very pleased with the Dental Services I have received at the Matheson Dental Clinic. Started at the clinic back on June 2016, and from the very first visit the entire Staff made you feel very welcomed. I moved to Kingston with my family recently and after some searching we joined Matheson Clinic. I am really amazed by the warm welcome by the team and their efforts to accommodate our busy schedules. As of first visit, the dentist proposed new ways how to deal with sensitive gums and I can already see the results. Everybody in the clinic follows your case very closely, so you feel that you really work as partners in taking care of your health. Great service, professional results. Dentist Walid Al-Saadi fixed my front tooth that was broken in half, only dentist I have ever had that injected the needle for freezing without me feeling it. Now I can smile with all my teeth, excellent results on the tooth, best dentist I've had in my life I would recommend his practise to everyone
