I went into my local Rite-Aid to pick up some ice cream that was on sale. As I went to check out, the line was very long. Only one cashier was working the register, but soon others were called to check out customers. Until help arrived I was standing in line for around ten minutes. Now, I have arthritis in my knees. Walking or standing for any prolonged time becomes difficult and extreemly painful. It would've been nice to have somewhere to sit. A bench or some chairs would have made a short trip to pick up some ice cream much easier. By the time I reached the resister, I could barely make it. The associate noticed I was in pain and asked me if I was okay. A very kind gesture on her part. I told her I had trouble walking now because of my knee problem. She asked what she could do to help. I asked her if she could bring me a shopping cart so I could use it as a walker to get to my car. She hurried over got one and brought it to me. She placed my ice dream in the cart, then offered to help me to my car. Noticing that the line was still long to check out, I politely refused. She seemed to understand why I had. She said thank you, and wished me a nice day. She was a very sweet girl. It's unfortunate I didn't catch her name. For her to notice I was in some distress and offer to help touched me. Very few people in this day and age care when they see someone who could use a hand. It didn't used to be that way and it saddens me that it's not anymore. It gives me hope when a total stranger offers help because they care to notice. Bless you Rite-Aid employee what ever your name be.

Worst store I have ever been in. Worst management ever. I can't tell you how many times I have been there in line 10-12 people deep and they have one person checking people out at a lethargic pace, only to be interrupted when someone walks up to them and asks a question, or they answer the phone and leave the register to go show someone where something is! The final straw was when I went to the pharmacy to purchase Claritin-D. I'm in there enough to know that one of the registers doesn't work for processing the order, yet I have to remind them of this every time and they act like I don't know what I'm talking about only to figure out I'm right. Well, this time, the woman kept swiping my driver license, completely locking me out of the system. So now, I'm locked out, can't buy any medicine, with a sinus infection for 14-days. Hey idiots! Wake up!

This pharmacies staff is amazing!! The head pharmacist Farnaz and Andria and Ariana and the rest of the staff have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and create such a welcoming environment. Over the years they have always been so fast and on point with everything, I will only recommended friends and family go here for all of their prescriptions and pharmacy shopping. So many other pharmacies over the years have made big errors loosing prescriptions sent in or sent me in circles with doctors. That has never happened once in all the years I have been coming here is pretty amazing. Highly recommend this pharmacy and staff even if it is further drive than the pharmacy near you. Is well worth the drive if you want things done correctly and not to be treated as a number. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Wow, it’s simple manager…teach you're staff basic process and procedure. If you offer a service and it doesn’t follow through you give a clear and concise answer. Especially if it’s costing a customer $120 at the point of sale. Think you and your staff need to watch the video on introduction to customer service. Do not use random dismissive vague responses that objectively don’t make sense. I’ve been going there for over 5 years smh. You guys have my information if you if you have any issues with my statement. I don’t mind having meeting to rectify disrespectful childish behavior. Let’s talk turkey. Thank you.

I was basically accused of shop lifting because I have a stroller. I put my items in the bottom of my stroller and my son threw his blanket on the floor. So I put it on top of my items and secured it so it wouldnt fall out. Then the manager came up and told me to make sure I pay for everything. I decided to put most of my items back as I didnt want to spend more money there. I would have put everything back if I didn't absolutely need baby wipes. Will not be shopping here again after this treatment. That and there is always long lines and half of the staff is very rude.

This store has the best customer service and best Asset Protection Staff makes me feel very comfortable knowing I'm going into a store that has the best interests for myself.... Very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.... WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO THE YOUNG LADY IN THE GREY SHIRTS WHO HELPED ME OUT AND WAS SO SWEET... I'M DEFINITELY MAKING THIS ONE OF MY REGULAR STOPS.... I swear I come here almost everyday and there are 3 cashiers that standout to me. Kiara is one, shes my girl! Quick at the register, good conversation and it doesn't feel like fake interaction with her. If you had to pick a convenience store she definitely makes it worth the trip because shes so laid back and it feels like your picking stuff up from a friends house. Pulls it off all the while being professional. 5 whole stars!

I have not always had great experiences here, but the one time I lost my medication and was very uneasy about it, I called and was lucky enough to get “ ghazaleh” she was amazing. She called my insurance and had this figured out for me in under 30 minutes. She seriously made a difference in my entire today and I cannot thank her enough. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you again, you are wonderful!

I always love coming in to the store to get the items I need. Associates are so nice and welcoming. Cashiers are fast at checking out customers. One cashier in particular goes above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my visit. Kiara is fast on register ,extremely helpful and has great customer service. if you need to go in and find anything quickly be sure to go to this store.

Slow checkout, especially if a checker has to leave to scoop ice cream! Clumsy refund procedure. Low staffing, so it’s hard to find help. Checkers are nice but chat way too long with customers, sometimes after the sale is completed, even with a line if people waiting. Convenience of location is the only reason I drop in, knowing what the store is like.

I always WANT to shop at the neighborhood Rite Aid but the experience is always so negative I either swear never again, or just leave the item on the counter. If you have a special price, give EVERYONE that special price, and certainly don't ARGUE with the customer who can't read the friggin' small print on the shelf tag.

One of the nicest rite aids I've ever been in! it is clear it has recently been remodeled. The store is very clean, organized, and has a really good selection of most anything. It's my new go to stop when I just need something I forgot to buy. I live in the area so it is also close to home, which is very convenient.

This is a great Rite Aid. The Pharmacy always does its best to ensure I get my refills just in time (I have a prescription that is difficult to fill due to limited availability) and if there is ever an issue with my refills, they immediately work on a solution in a professional and caring way. Great pharmacy team!

So glad to have a Rite Aid store in my neighborhood. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist and staff there is also very efficient and always make sure to explain medications carefully and answer any questions I have. the store is always very clean and well stocked.

Convenient and has lots of items to choose from including a wide variety of cards, alcohol, holiday supplies as well as make up, and medicine. Also has a dollar section, ice cream counter and lotto. Great art gardening section as well.

Staff is so nice, but they deserve more. The store feels kinda run down with old flooring and how displays are laid out. Maybe if Rite Aid CEOs weren't so stingy and provided more benefits, they wouldn't be so short-staffed.

Visited this store while passing through the area. Was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service! Elvis (easy name to remember) went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my road trip.

This place never opens up as advertised. Constantly opening up 30 minutes to a hour late. This is the only pharmacy that is near me. Really annoying when you're just trying to get medicine for your sick child.

Elvis is awesome! I always look forward to see my friend at the rite aid. Have known him for years at the local shell and he excellent worker and always extremely helpful! Great hire with Elvis.

The pharmacy staff is HORRENDOUS, especially Farnaz, the pharmacist. Zero customer service. You’re dealing with people and their health…where is the CARE? Do not recommend at all.

This location is big and has everything you need. I come here instead of driving miles to Walmart or other grocery stores for the convenience, selection, service, and prices.

This is my all time favorite pharmacy. They are so helpful and take such good care of our whole family. I even get reminders to keep me organized! Cannot live without them!
