What an amazing company! There's nothing worse than having leaking water at your company on a very cold day when you know that plumbers will be flat out dealing with emergencies. I called several plumbers and Ritz was the only one to call me back. That alone deserves a 5 star review! Not only did Ritz call me back but Aaron made time to come out and diagnose our problem. It took them two weeks to figure out when I was free even though I told them my availability (which is fairly open as I'm working from home). A guy came by to look at the project so they could prepare an estimate. That was two weeks ago and I haven't anything from them. I'm getting tied of constantly following up with them to simple get an estimate for the work I want done.
