The customer service here is horrible. I went to return a shirt last week. I gave the girl my shirt and receipt and then she gives me a voucher and I told her I wanted my money back and she said I needed the card I used to pay but since I didn't have it with me I told her to cancel the return and would come back another time. She gave me a face and gave me back the shirt with a new receipt that was for the canceled transaction (or so I thought). When I go back (3 days later), I show my original receipt and debit card and they give me a voucher again and I told her I wanted my money back but she said I couldn't get it because the system wouldn't let her do it. Seriously? She said that the new receipt the previous lady gave me showed that I had bought the shirt again with the voucher I received when I first returned the shirt. So basically the previous lady instead of cancelling my return (transaction), she used the voucher to rebuy the shirt that I was returning. Seriously people? She didn't even tell me she was doing that. She knew I would go back another time. We called the manager but she didn't do anything about it. They kept insisting I had already used the previous voucher and wouldn't give me my money back. They didn't believe me but the previous lady was there but they refused to ask her and bring her into the conversation. Worst customer service in my life! Never going there. Plus, that Marisa employee had a really bad attitude. It's not even about the money, is about the service. If the receipt says that I can return something within 30 days and get my money back, then that's what I expect. If they made a mistake with my transaction that is not my fault. Also, they never owned up to their mistake and kept blaming it on me. Worst customer service!

Lots of clothes and shoes well sorted out in sections around the store. Easy to find the general types of clothing you want (pants, shirts, dresses). And the shoe department is massive! Like other Ross stores, prices are good, but you need to hunt thru the racks to find what you need because there's no merchandising--plain cotton dresses will be hung next to a work dress. But that's your exchange for the prices you get. And while this one is definitely nicer than some of the other ones in town, I found dresses tangled with each other because they were falling of their hangers, and it hadn't been fixed by staff. For me, this is not a quick stop shop. It takes time to search for what I want, as opposed to a major department store. So if you are opposed to that, then Ross isn't for you. Parking is easy and it's in a great part of town to make this a good stop to include in a day of shopping.

It’s a fun place to look at all sorts of different stuff in one place. If you choose to buy it, it’s less than where ever it’s sold at full price and you don’t have to go there. I’ve found some unique things I get lots of compliments on. I get some things I need a constant supply of here. Not saying what. I like that’s it’s good and diverse so I get to try things that are out of my price range for trying but when I try and like them, I’ll get them from where they stock them if Ross doesn’t have it any more. It’s a relaxing sometimes and sometimes surprising adventure. Sometimes I just need to stay away.

I was having trouble with some things around the store and when I brought it to the attention of the manager Hunter, he was extremely helpful and went to take care of the issues immediately. one of the kindest people I have ever met. Even laughed at my joke about having the same name. I was lucky enough to get him on the register later that same day and he remembered everything we talked about and held a conversation and seemed like he really cared. The only reason I will ever come back to this store is because of him, he is amazing.

A week ago I purchased a large suite case from there location, and it broke at the airport before my departure flight. The manager Michael suggested that I contact the manufacturer of the suitcase to file a claim. He didn’t offer any compensation or apology for me traveling with a large suitcase full of clothes with only 3 of the 4 wheels operational. Also the layout for returns is cluttered and easily missed. While standing in the return line, I was required to step out of line so workers could enter and exit the center counter.

I know its not really the employees fault they are trying there best, im doing 3 stars cause the customers. Personal space is beyond so many people, even the most simplest of social distancing seems difficult for other during this pandemic. Im just trying to shop a bit. keeping my distance from others, yet people still wanna group together or run into you like they gatta be the only person there and you are in their way. I had a bad is all, made me feel anxious so i just left the store.

Was SO surprised that this Ross location did not have the plus sizes a friend was looking for. I thought for sure it was one of the bigger Ross stores in North Austin. Despite that episode, Ross has always been a favorite place to pick up everything from socks to kid's gifts. Your really cannot beat the prices, esp. on Tuesdays, when they give a 10% discount to all shoppers 55 & older. Just say you're part of the "Tuesday Club..."

This location seems to be improving as time goes on, in regards to appearance and the selection of merchandise. In addition, each of the staff members I've encountered have been exceptionally friendly and personable. If I could change 1 thing it would be the hours. I would love for the store to be open later.....but that's just me.....I'm a night owl. I seriously doubt any of the employees would be on board, with my idea.

Cool and organized store with the best prices in town for the quality of the clothes and the products sold here. You can find products for your home, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, luggage, shoes, headphones, phone accessories, and more. The dress room and the bathroom are clean. The staff is kind and helpful. there is also a section with a few products for the car and for exercising. Clothes for the whole family

If it was possible to leave 0 stars i would but I am giving credit solely for the lady that worked the register. She was pleasant. Nothing over the top, nor was I prompted for open ended questions of didni find everything, just a simple hello, rang me up and I was out. But not before a sensor set off the alarm because a tag was missed. Other than that just your average in and out in a department store.

The store was very messy and unoragnized; I don't blame the store or it's employees for this. it had what we needed and we didn't wait very long to check out. The staff was doing an excellent job of keeping up with everything. It's the holidays. People in retail and customer service get it the worst this time of year, so be patient and kind... Even if they aren't.

I like this Ross, it's a hidden gem! There are great markdowns here, and the management is helpful. I was looking for cardigans, and wasn't finding anything (not really cardigan season.) A manager showed me where some were, and I found what I needed. They seem to have some things other Ross's don't, like pretty lamps and wider shie selection.

Ross is usually NOT my first pick to shop. I love the shoe selection, BUT clothes...seem picked over and scattered. Some items are even so out of style they should be donated! Visited on a Saturday evening. Most of the racks was just empty ☹️ nothing much to choose for Men. Very less to no dress collections. Home collections was also empty. It's Ross. If you need some inexpensive clothing you'll find it here. It is cheap, don't expect to have it forever, but it will not last long. The furniture isn't bad but make sure to take a good look at it. Shoes are always a crap shoot but the purses and luggage are always great quality and price.

Not as busy as some Ross stores and also not as cluttered. The employees were pretty friendly. I came here just for a return, but just looking around, they seem to have some really neat Christmas gifts and clothing items. The prices are very affordable, so that's helpful in this climate.

Love this Ross. Super close by and the items change out pretty regularly so I like to stop in a few times a month. Lots of cute things, practical things, I will stop here before checking Wal Mart since they carry similar, usually higher quality items for less. Especially in house wares.

Men aren't supposed to enjoy shopping. Ross will change your mind on that, fellas. The men's products there are unbelievably unique and just as unbelievably priced. Every time I go in there there are different products to choose from. Give it a shot, guys. Ross is a really cool place.

Horrible experience. Staff was not helpful. There was only one cashier who must have been friends with 3 men who came in and cut the line and then took almost 20 minutes to check out (maybe she was helping them steal). I will not be back at ANY Ross Dress for less for a while.

One of the worst Ross ever. Staff, cashiers and employees are mediocre, rude, unpleasant, and not professional. Certain employees should not be working there but then again it’s just Ross and they probably have trouble hiring people who will actually work in that location.

Great prices and nice selection of name brand clothing, household items and small electronics. Usually not a long line to checkout and parking is pretty easy. The staff is consistently friendly and the store is always clean. Quick in and out and very convenient location.

Good selection of items usually, however there were way less this time around when I went. Staff greets as you enter here. It's a bit difficult to notice it from the street. The parking lot here needs upgrading. Large store in size.

The selection is poor compared to most other Ross locations I've visited. Even when this store was on Burnet it had a larger selection of items. What they do have is usually very affordable though, and the store is fairly well kept.

Went in this Ross once, because it just happened to be on my route. Definitely would not shop here again. Selection was lacking, as was their customer service. If I had to go to Ross, I'd drive the extra miles for a different one.

Smaller than the original Ross on Burnet Rd. They ailse are very narrow. Still it's clean and you can still find unique items. FYI there are no perfume testers an perfume and colognes are non returnable with or without a receipt.

It was fine until the end when the lady wanted to put my clothes in the same bag as like body wash and stuff that didn't have any tape on it so could have easily open it give me a hard time about that was just a little odd

The place looked like it was going out of business. The home department was pretty bare. I didn't look at anything else. It's close to me but I may drive a little farther for more options. Customer service was good though.

Alot of the shoes and beauty supplies on the shelves were knocked onto the floor or were very disorganized. My husband said the mens rest room smelled very bad and looked dirty. Overall the rest of the store seemed clean.

So many good finds to choose from for a very cheap price! I always like coming here. The only downside are the shoes section, i cant seem to find good choices for size 6. Thats all. But the rest was really good.

I am currently standing in line and have been for 20 minutes. There are two registers open and no less than 7 other employees either walking around aimlessly or standing and talking. This is ridiculous.

One has to dig n find stuff but it's worth it. Most of the finding are amazing, bought couple of locations which works great, good collection of bags, loved tops specially workout stuff.. dresses ok..

This place is organized and clean especially as far as a Ross goes which makes it far more of an enjoyable experience than other Ross's I have been too. I frequently shop here for that reason.

Don't come on the weekend unless you're prepared for a wait. I went on a Tuesday and the store looked incredible with no long wait in line. Associates are friendly and the selection is great.

Came here three years ago and it was a hassle-free shopping experience. Friendly staff and efficient operations. Clothes were intuitively categorized. No complaints.

Fairly empty as far as selection goes. Your only options are high end or bottom barrel, basically. Much prefer other locations. Plus side is that it's not very busy.

I mean it's Ross!Dress for less fits well. It's a treasury hunt that sometimes pays off where you may end up leaving with something you didn't even intend to buy!
