This furniture store is the worst I will never purchase anything else from here .it takes forever for your furniture to come in he doesn't keep in contact with you it's over priced and the delivery man works alone which is impossible to carry furniture by his self so I the customer had to assist him which is wrong because that's what the delivery fee was paid for but being that it's one person and I waited long enough to receive my things I helped. I'm telling everyone they are better at going to a real furniture store and receiving better customer service there.

This place doesn't look like much on the outside and it's kinda deceiving, but they have great quality furniture inside at the best prices in town. They were more than half off the price for the same furniture that I saw at a rooms 2 go. And their staff is truly there to help and you don't feel like your being sold to at all. If you need to get new furniture and you don't want to break the bank, this is the place to go.

How they got 4.6 stars is literally beyond my comprehension. I walk into their establishment and casually say, "hey man how's it going. Let me ask you something, do you guys deliver?" Just to be greeted with some angry foreigner that snarks and retort "did you see the sign out front that says we don't?"

My experience with Sarah Furniture was a very pleasant one. Mahr was very kind, and knowledgeable about their products. I have told my friends and family about the store and would definitely purchase from them again. The store is a hidden gem on Jacksonville's Northside.

Great quality and selection of sofas is only surpassed by the exceptional manager, Tasha! She is knowledgeable and professional! We came in to browse and left with beautiful quality furniture. Thank you Tasha for outstanding customer care!

George is absolutely amazing! He provided us with great customer service , was very patient and was great at helping us choose the right couch and mattress for us and the furniture is very affordable. I would definitely recommend.

Owner spoke kind and considerate about our marriage and even made humorous jokes concerning husband prior employee work schedule. The things inside are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!

Great customer service picking out a sofa set that would fit the room and they even helped me load up the furniture into the back of the truck

Order was wrong they took it back and ordered what it was suppose to be I got it a little over a week after, but they corrected the situation
