Let me start off by saying that my now husband and I were offered an all inclusive floral package with the venue we went with. We showed up for the appointment at the “store that shall not be named” and were treated HORRIBLY. They had no suggestions on fall designs and basically told us “this is what you get”. I was a pretty chill bride, but this happening a month before the wedding, made me absolutely freak out. My mom did some research and found our angel Connie. That is NOT an exaggeration. From the first meeting, my mind was completely eased. She was so excited and you can really tell that this is her passion. She helped my husband and I design the most GORGEOUS fall pieces. The bouquets were as if she plucked the vision from my brain and made it reality. She even designed flower crowns for my flower girls. The arch pieces looked like something out of a bridal magazine. She delivered everything the morning of the wedding and set up the ceremony pieces herself. She is a ray of sunshine in the wedding industry of Jacksonville. Picked up flowers on Friday at noon, they weren’t very vibrant but do able. Venue was one hour away and I had them in the same container she gave me my air on. Once arriving at venue I looked more at them and they were even more wilted. Reached out and she said she would fix them if I brought them back, had no time for that between rehearsal and wedding so she offered at 25% discount or for me to pay for a whole new bouquet. She tried to put the blame on me saying it was from sunlight coming through my car windows, my tint on my car is dark I don’t even need to wear sunglasses. Just makes me irritated that she wasn’t more friendly or willing to help any especially since I paid $225 for them. Had another lady come to the venue and she made a new beautiful bouquet for only $25. Connie should have been willing to be more flexible and fixing the issue as this was the BRIDES bouquet and not to mention the grooms flower was white roses but had brown spots. Will not recommend her just for her customer service alone

Amazing customer service & breath taking flowers & an even better price! After quoting flowers for our wedding to me cancelling everything then changing my mind & reordering, Connie was spectacular. She never made me feel bad about cancelling & offered a full refund & when I changed my mind yet again, she happily put my quote together again. She was at the venue before me on my wedding day!! Was super sweet & WOW! Such a beautiful bouquet she made along with the extras. Fresh flowers & better than I could have imagined. I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet of stargazer lillies for my wife, and we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful and fresh the arrangement was. Over a week later we still have blooms opening up! I am especially satisfied with the communication I received from the ordering process up to the delivery and fully plan to order again. I love supporting smaller local businesses such as Seawalk Custom Florals and I have recommended them to friends and family looking for reasonably priced arrangements that outperform the competition! Truly, I have never seen any arrangements this fresh from large florist companies.

Terrible service. Daughter-n-law’s wedding bouquet came wilted already and was told that they could make them over but we would have to pay for a whole new bouquet. Unexceptable after paying over $200 for the first one. My sons boutinere was dead as well. We had to peel layers of the rose off to make it presentable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to nobody. And funny how there are only good reviews on the website. As bad as these flowers were, there is no way this is the first time. Professional scammer.
