I ordered this on Thursday from 1800Flowers early enough to get same day delivery. I didn’t mind if it was towards end of day I just wanted to surprise my wife. So one hour before delivery ends I get an email saying failed delivery attempt. I called in hoping they could come back and this was within 10 minutes of getting that email. I asked my wife and no one knocked at our door or even attempted to deliver. She and my kids were right by my front door so they would have definitely heard a knock. On top of that my apartment gates are open all day/night now so there was no reason for them not to make it. I also said to call when on the way or when here so if there was any issues finding it or just needed me to get it we would. I call in and they tried calling the delivery driver 2 times and left a message. No response from the driver or this business. They tell me they’ll deliver it next day. I told them again call when on the way or when here so I can make sure not to miss them. They did deliver it but no call, thankfully my wife was actually directly right in front of my front door and heard the smallest/faintest knock on my door. It wouldn’t have been heard if she was 10 feet from the door. Not even an apology or well, even an excuse as to why they didn’t deliver the day before. Luckily this wasn’t a birthday/anniversary or anything because that would’ve been even worse. I do not have faith to order from here again and even though the flowers were really nice and my wife loved them it’s the principle of how they dealt with my business, mind you this was not cheap as it was from 1800Flowers. Will likely not be giving my business to them again.

I live out of town and i wanted to surprise my girlfriend with her favorite flowers. Today i ordered flowers from this place around 11:30 AM. I left specific instructions to have them delivered to my girlfriend at her job which is 3 blocks away from the shop before 1 PM this afternoon. When 1 o'clock came and went, i called the shop to track my order. The lady who answered the phone told me that it was not going to make it out and that the latest they could do was 3:30. She even repeated back me my specific instructions to have them delivered by 1 o'clock which never happened. So, she never got them at work which is what wanted. I placed a call to the shop after 1PM to change the delivery destination. Around 3:30 , i recieved a call to confirm the delivery address which was misleading, leading me to believe that they were down the street. A 3rd call was placed and at this point it was 4:45 and i was told that the delivery driver picked up my order at 4 PM. The flowers were not delivered until 5:10 PM. According to the picture i recieved immediately from my girlfriend upon delivery, the flowers appeared to be shriveled and dry. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the time frame of the delivery of my order. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The website is misleading as far how the floral arrangements look. The ones that my girlfriend received looked already withered and dried.

My husband sent me flowers for my birthday order from 1-800 flowers so of course this wasnt his location pick by choice. He was beyond upset with the way they came out for the price he paid for them not only were was the assortment plain and ugly nut the tulips where also hanging and about to die plus they forgot the birthday balloon. When he called to complain he was told another assortment would be delivered well it is now 4:30 nothing was delivered he called back to 1-800 flowers who then told him that the business refused to delivery another assortment. I called to speak with the manager/business owner who's name is Hailey she could have care less and wanted to put the blame on 1-800 flowers and also my husband when she was the one who makes these crappy assortments that unfortunately my 4 year could put together. My poor husband went out of his way to do something special for my birthday and it was all ruined by a small town southside business who could care less about the people who are helping her business run. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! we did receive a refund and also credit from 1-800 flowers but it isn't about the money and about the time my husband took to plan something nice. He still gets kudos on his part

Recently had my aunt pass and I was in need of a flower arrangement. From the start to finish Send Your Love Flowers was on it. Very professional and efficient. From the first phone call they were very communicative and thorough. They have very high attention to detail in everything they do. Given the situation and in this time of a pandemic they handled everything by phone and delivered on time. We never even got the chance to see one another in person. Send Your Love Flowers definitely went above and beyond in every possible way. The flower arrangement was just as good. The flowers were so fresh and the design stood out amongst all the other arrangements at the services. Josh even went an extra step to color match the service. If you need any floral services do not hesitate to give them your business. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again guys my family and I really appreciate y’all.

My boyfriend ordered sunflowers from this shop today, he ordered them before noon so they can be delivered today to my job, which is by the way 3 blocks down from the shop, which they weren't because they weren't ready. He specifically left instructions to be delivered asap before 100, we'll they weren't. He had to change the delivery destination to my house because I had already left work...which I received at 510pm..upon arrival the flowers appeared to have been sitting in the vehicle way too long and are shriveled and dried up. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the flowers and the time it took for delivery. My boyfriend put time and effort into surprising me with what he thought would be a beautiful arrangement, as the website states, unfortunately it's not.

I have to say, I have used this same shop for many of years. For my children's events, employee birthdays, family birthdays, special holidays and unfortunately funerals. NOT once have I ever been disappointed with the service I was given, delivery nor floral arrangement. This truly is far from my line of work, therefore I allow the florist to make what seems fit for the event. I worked near by and used them often, monthly to be exact. I have since moved jobs and work as well as live on the other side of town. I still continue to use them as flowers are needed for my events. Thank you for always satisfying my needs as a floral customer!

This order was sourced through JustFlowers (which is a joke of a company within itself). My fiancee was guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day, and it was not received until Friday the 15th, and the arrangement and candy was atrocious looking. Looked like they just chopped a bunch of roses off a bush and jammed it into a vase. There was mold on one of the candies, and the candy box looked old. Maybe this florist doesn't care about their JustFlowers customers (but then, neither does JustFlowers), but for the $168 my fiancee paid for them, this arrangement is a nightmare!

I just picked up my flowers for Valentine's and wasn't satisfied at all. I ordered my flowers 2 weeks in advanced and even picked them up. When I walked in the flowers that were going to be delivered were all bloomed and beautiful. However mine looked like they had just been thrown together last minute. I didn't have time to discuss for I was meeting my gf before she went to work. I've bought flowers from here before and was very satisfied but not today. I know it's a busy day but my flowers compared to others were very poor.

Send Your Love delivered a beautiful arrangement in a bold blue ceramic truck for my husband's birthday (March 7th) from our niece in Wisconsin. The flowers were probably the freshest I had ever seen, so, I decided to view the webwebsite since I was coordinating a debutante reception and would need corsages and centerpieces. Hayden was most courteous and pleasant and grasped my idea of a 'Fiesta' corsage...they were sooooo pretty and very reasonably priced. Send Your Love is definitely my new 'go to' for flowers.

I ordered online at 9 p.m. at night to be sent to a funeral home the very next day by 5 p.m. Not only did the BEAUTIFUL arrangement make it there on time, the flowers were SUPER fresh, with some buds on them as well to keep blooming as the days go on. I ordered roses & sunflowers for Valentine’s Day. Paid $189 for a dozen of roses & 6 sunflowers. Never received a receipt or invoice, when I paid over the phone. Once the flowers were delivered they looked so bad and wrinkled up like they had been out in the heat for hours. I reached out & never received a response. If I were you, I’d save your money and order from somewhere else.

They offer amazing service, by far some of the best service around. They were extremely accommodating and listened to what we were looking to have made and nailed it. We needed something for the same day and they had it done within 2 hrs. The employees were super friendly and understanding. I would absolutely recommend them for any floral needs and I will definitely will be back.

Hayden and her team are top notch. Exquisite customer service. And beautiful, affordable, and elegant floral arrangements. Why anyone would rate this establishment less than 4 stars is a mystery to me. For a SATX delivery, I'd call them directly rather than rely on a national distributor that might or might not forward your order to Send Your Love Flowers and Balloons.

I ordered flowers to be delivered next day. Everything was good with them confirming the next day. Already it being 4pm and flowers hadn’t been delivered yet. Delivery was made at 5pm but at the wrong address a few houses down. The flowers were recovered by my mother but the note with them was lost. They never responded on this mistake done.

This florist is wonderful. I hired them to do the flowers for my wedding, and every arrangement was artfully and beautifully done. The team of Send Your Love Flowers & Balloons also did an excellent job with the boutonnieres and wrist corsages. They are friendly, courteous, dependable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

My husband placed an order for Valentine’s Day this year through 1800Flowers and “Send your Love fulfilled the order. $75.00 and this arrangement lasted a whole 2 days!!! Dried and dead greenery and wilting flowers. I’ve purchased a bouquet at H‑E‑B for 9.00 and it lasted 2 weeks before I saw any wilting! Never again!

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my friends mother who passed away. When I arrived at the funeral home and saw it I was so embarrassed. The arrangement looked awful. The flowers were old and dying. It was empty nothing like the picture on the website. I had used them once before but never again. Very disappointed!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Easter weekend, and they arrive right on time, the flowers looked just like I saw them online and check out was easy. My mother-in-law loved the flowers so much and they have lasted over a week, so I would definitely orders flowers from them again!

So disappointed.. Paid $97.00 and they forgot the chocolate covered strawberries.. Cant remember if there was supposed to be a bear or not also. But 97 bucks for flowers and a small balloon.. Flowers were supposed to be sunflowers and rosestoo btw never again... …

Could have just been a bad day, but my arrangement looks nothing like, not even close to the picture on their website. It honestly looks like they just threw whatever in a vase and in my opinion, was not worth how much I paid for it.
