I loss my grandmother who I have been take care of for the past 6 years, thank God she had a policy already in place and it was paid off, but still even with things that was not covered Chris really helped work with the family to getting everything set up and just going absolutely above and beyond to among this experience a great one in the midst of sorrow. Words are not enough to express the superb care and compassion I received as I made arrangements for my beloved husband! From the first phone call to Singing Hills Funeral Home - I was greeted with sympathy and concern! I was directed to Tarsha, my future funeral director, who explained in detail and answered all my questions during our phone conversation while putting me me at ease at the same time. I immediately made an appointment for the following day. I was greeted at the funeral home with the same kindness and compassion as my phone call the previous day!!! My husband, James W. Sargent, my "Goodlookin'," transitioned to Glory June 4, 2020. From the moment I contacted Ms. Tarsha Goodwin, she and Singing Hills Funeral Home responded quickly to my needs and requests. When the gentleman came for my husband at the hospital, he commented on how good he looked. I told him that's why I called him Goodlookin'! Ms. Goodwin assisted with our every need, was attentive to our every request, ensured everything within her power went above & beyond our requests, that every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed. My Goodlookin' looked like his "natural self;" just like he was sleeping peacefully. Those assisting her the day we celebrated his life were attentive and kind, providing water and, even peppermints, as requested. One of my husband's brothers, Rev. M.E. Sargent, often says, "people don't have to be kind and they don't have to pick you to be kind to." I can truly testify everyone I encountered with the Singing Hills Funeral Home was compassionate and kind as our children and I prepared and said goodbye to their father, my Goodlookin', for the last time.

Our family prayerfully came to Singing Hills and through the grace of God our prayers were answered. Christopher L. Jordan Christopher has handle three of my family members now. Cousin Lewis Harrison 2020, sister Staci Hoskins 2021, and now my Grandmother Beulah Brown 2023. My experience with Singing Hills Funeral Home went exceptionally well. Brian Nickerson the funeral director explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions in a timely manner. I must state the staff at Singing Hills Funeral Home customer service is outstanding. There was always someone at the front desk greeting as someone enters into the building. Another part I liked about it was seeing the appearance of my loved one. Brian made my father look great. I could not complain about anything. He made him look 30 years younger. I was impressed. From day one when I walked into the Singing Hills Funeral home a year ago there was a sense of peace. As the only child I had to do everything by myself and by the way it was very difficult to do so. When we arrived at Singing Hills Furneal Home our heart full of confusion, but once we sat down with Mr. Arthur Mitchell, he was so kind and patient. He was able to work through all our confusion and got us set up. Our son funeral was on Thursday December 23, 2021, which gave us one day to planned. Singing Hills Funeral Home is the best. Even though losing a loved one has a tremendous affect on your heart, body and soul, Brian was very consoling. What I liked most about Brian is that he was so personal. He made everything about you and what you wanted. For instance, I wanted flowers that were different and not your ordinary funeral flowers. The flowers delivered were a unique color (orange) and a show stopper. Everybody loved those flowers and today they are still talking about them. Kudos to the Singing Hills Funeral Home staff. You made this transition easy, manageable and flawless.

The services for my grandmother were beautifully executed, largely due to all the work that Tracy and the Singing Hills family helped us navigate. There were several details that Tracy worked through with minimal help from the family. He would provide a gentle nudge with a hand of grace as we approached critical deadlines. My mother, father, and I all completed pre-need services through Dignity Memorial (Singing Hills). My mother recently passed very unexpectedly, and having the pre-need arrangements in place eased so much stress and burden off of us in planning for her service and burial.Ms. Tarsha Goodwin, the funeral director, did an outstanding job with the service from start to finish and was extremely kind, gracious, and patient. I have been telling everyone since that if they haven't made funeral plans, they should definitely consider these arrangements.

Mr. Brian was exceptional with his services. Very professional and had no problem answering any questions I asked. It's been 2 months since my love ones passing, I called today to inquire about the status of the headstone and the manager advised headstones takes 6 to eight weeks, when I repeated my question the manager stated the wait time again as if I'm hard of hearing. Only when I requested a number to Dignity the corporate office did I begin to receive the assistance I should have received to begin with, extremely poor service and by someone in management makes it even more alarming. I will be reaching out to Dignity.

When my mother passed away it was the most stressful thing trying to plan a service that would honor her life while dealing with fresh grief. Singing Hills helped us send her off beautifully and transport her body to her final resting place in Arkansas. Singing Hills Funeral Home done a good job in their services. However, we as a family felt rushed getting everything in such as our loved one's pictures, poems etc. Then the makeup needed touching up right before the funeral. Overall, Singing Hills tried doing a good job. The painting of our mom & the obituary was the highlight of it all!
