* Poor payment gateway and system! * Lack of information on how to split the payment on the dryers! * $0.30 charge every transaction is quite silly! * they use to have an ezi wash system which was far more better than the current gateway!! I think the management needs to re-negotiate the gateway contracts and stop passing on the bank charges to their customers! Once or twice paying $0.30 is fine.. as a frequent user of this system I will have to use someone else now! Response : So now this owner is suggesting I should get coins! Great! Perfect solution for this digital era! Please try and take the customer feedbacks and improve the customer experience instead of patronising them!

Large washers are $8 wash cycle 25 mins, smaller washer is $5 wash cycle 20 minutes. All washers add detergent automatically. Dryers are approximately $3 cycle is 20 minutes Benches are clean & stainless steel. Coin/change machine Also can use app the recharge online if you don’t have coins/cash to use machines. Also has a phone charger station for your devices while waiting. Nicely brightly lit in on a main road location

We made the mistake of paying $12 for only a small load because we didnt see the smaller ones. So be aware there are big washing machines for $12, medium for $9 and small for $6. Drying is $1 from what i could see. Overall it was good, very clean, open and they allow you to change notes for coins.

The free detergent smells wonderful. I love doing laundry here because the place is clean and has a charging place so I can just kill time easily with my phone. HOWEVER, it would be great if they add a big sink so I can wash off some dirt on my cloth before using the washing machine.

1 was really impressed with the cleanliness & layout of the laundromat. A lovely place. Only drawback was the step going in. I have difficulty managing steps if too high. So will have to look for another, but it will definitely be a "Star" one. As I said, really impressed.

Very clean, and secure, CCTV, big machines and dryers, and also dog bedding machines....simply load up the app with credit, choose your machine, enter it's individual code and away you go.. brilliant after our machine broke down recently during winter..highly recommended

I would prefer to use my own detergent, I don't know if this is a option. After washing- clothes smelled strongly of detergent . Washers Dryers were being used for floor rugs/carpet. Had to put up with screaming kid hitting things with bat while mother did nothing.

I have used this laundromat a few times and i like that it is fairly clean and quiet ..Buttttt please watch your step as you walk in and out of this place ..it is a higher than average step i found out when i fell down walking in there two days ago …

Clothes did not smell nice last time so I don't think they put powder even that they claim to on the instructions. Not impressed. In response to your feedback this isn't once but on several occasions so please don't say you have detergent when you haven't

Good machines and quick. Just a few things though, I rather use my own detergent and the dispensers should be a little bit more visible as a short person would not be able to find it as easily as others.

People need to stay and take there clothes straight out after machine has stopped.. everytime we have been, there is atleast 5 machines full and stopped and no one is around to collect

Good location, bus stop just outside the place. Wifi available. Spacious place and good machines. Can pay using their website or by card or coins.

Quick machines. Washer taking 25 minutes and dryer taking 30 minutes. Prices are a bit high using the washer cost me $12 and $5 for the dryer
