The machines caused tears and burns to the material, though care instructions were followed. Automated answer when called for assistance. When contacted regarding damage caused by the machines, responses were unprofessional and unhelpful, and honestly, rather rude. Would not recommend. Edit post company response: does not have a policy regarding this situation, and has accused the customer rather than taking responsibility for machine faults. This review is honest and my dealings with this company have been more than frustrating.

The floors are always dirty, they add free detergent to the wash without the option NOT to use their cheap terrible smelling soap, and some of my clothing is actually stained AFTER using the washers,,, it's expensive and I feel their machines don't really get my clothing as clean as it really should do... I don't wash delicate items or things that should be hand washed, but it's most definitely responsible for some of my husband's shirts getting ruined too. Not happy.

Hi there, I used the dryer today which was okay, I was very disappointed with these two painters who took over with the washing machines and the dryers. The drop sheets were filthy still had things on them when they were dried. I think it’s an idea for the owner of this laundry mat. To maybe label the ones that tradies can use. It’s not a great idea to wash their drop sheets.

This has been a great laundromat for me to use when washing clients laundry. Its always been clean, in a nice area, wi-fi hasn't been an issue for me, and I love that I can pay online. My only suggestion is that the floor gets a bit dusty and could use a more regular sweep out.

Open 24 hours. Located in Finchley Plaza. If attending during business hours, it's conveniently located next to a bakery so grab a coffee while you wait. Parking can be an issue but there is parking at the rear of the building. Change machine and WiFi available.

Came back after 24 minutes. Dryer did not work . Called help . Did not offer a service to return money or give a credit for next time . Only offered to restart another machine . Who has another 30 minutes to wait sometimes . Not very professional.
