This is one of those malls that never got of the ground. I visited it on the 14th of January 2023 and to my disappointment I found that Pick n Pay no longer exist. It is now run under a new name by an independent company. And to say the least the standards of this store is very low. Spice ee is still opened by not the most tidy store. Pick n Pay liquor is also opened, besides the optom a Indian boutique and Chinese odds shop there is not much more available on the upper lever, we went during load shedding and it was absolutely dark walking up the ramp to the upper level with no security in sight. The ground floor houses a few fast food outlets, a casino and a prayer goods stop. If you ever visit Phoenix and never being to this mall, be thankful it would have been a waste of your time. Not recommend.

TARGET is one of the worst stores I have visited on a Wednesday afternoon, almost rotten vegetables and fruits, please do not visit the fruit and veg section, if u look at the Ads in the paper everything looks so hunky dory and plush, it's a scam and misleads the public into visiting that place. Once u there u got no option but to get a few stuff and leave bcos of the congested traffic in the Phoenix Plaza, and then gotta worry about getting another parking spot in one of the other places eg Spar or Shop rite Checkers.

If not for the fact that they possess a Pick N Pay, this would get 1 star. The place is decrepit, not gonna lie. The lift is always broken, the shops there aren't entirely worth the trip (besides the locksmith, spice shop and maybe the bottle store) and even the Pick N Pay boasts pathetic service to its clientele. Of course, I still visit it because it has a Pick N Pay. So at least their debatable prices are something to look forward to.

The mall is adequate and clean. Unfortunately the surroundings are dismal and crime-ridden. Human and vehicular traffic create a buzz that would create a cheerful bazaar scenario if it were more scenic and safe. It appears that the owners of the property are complacent and disinterested in using the space to uplift the surrounds as the patrons are from generally poorer background and have little choice on where to spend their money.

Small strip mall in phoenix. Plenty of free parking. Not many shops. I went to the Mumbai Fashion eastern wear shop specifically at this mall. Highly recommended for eastern traditional apparel and accessories. They had a wide range of beautiful outfits for men, women and children, all at extremely affordable prices.

Escalator doesn't work. Old people have to walk down the escalator. A couple months before this the escalator going up didn't work for years. The lifts also haven't been working for months the toilets also. Basically the mall is badly maintained. The building hasn't seen paint from the first time it was painted

When are you changing that Pick n Pay old signage? Repaint perhaps? Your escalators too... Alternative ways to go up cos when they break down, your elderly shoppers and the frail, definitely have a problem going up and down. You are being left behind!!!

All the fresh produce going bad and moldy while on the shelves , strawberries, apples , lettuce you name it such an eyesore.Thus store really needs to step up its game trolleys are filthy ,broken even the baskets , the meat section smells atrocious

This is a place that would visit if you're going to a specific shop. It's not a mall that you would find yourself window shopping or just browsing through. It has a Chinese Shop that stocks a wide variety of products. A spice shop called

I think if Pick and Pay was downstairs or quick to get to that would be perfect,toilets are in a untidy fashion I think if Pick and Pay moved there would be not much customers because for a big mall there's very less shops there.

It was fairly easy to get parking here. The mall wasn't too crowded. Visited the optometrist, and it was easy to get to the surgery. The major shop (ex Pick n Pay) wasn't too bad either. No long queues. Easy to find items here.

Lift does not work. Escalators do not work ...or are put off by mall management for over 2 yrs now Parking is dark and dingy. I only ever go there to use the licksmiths and picknpay. Swardisht prices, food oily and tasteless.

Outside the building-very dirty. Taxis jostling for position to pick passengers. Road side stalls strewn with filth. Pedestrians are jaywalking most of the times. Taxis parked obstruct views of vehicles coming from the right.

The place does not have ideal parking and when the escalators don't work, it's quite inconvenient. There are about 2 or three good stores and the rest seem to have random tenants. Still, you can do shopping here.

Building falling apart. No safety. No hygiene. Escalators and lifts always broken We need the department of health and the building inspector to visit this mall. The fire department as well.

The building is in a very bad state, needs alot of attention, just gets worse by the day, management need to consider the people of Phoenix as the the mall is one of the worst I've been to

Very convenient but the lifts are not working for a very long time. It's difficult for elderly people to walk down the ramp with their grocery. Managers need to do something about it

Visited the prayer shop, though they downsized their operations, they still maintain a good Standard of service, since Pick and Pay moved out, the place is not that busy

I normally shop at Target and Spicer. Both convenient with pleasant staff.Available to Assist when required. Price satisfactory and comparative with other local stores.

This mall accommodated the people that were desperate to get basic food essentials in this past week. Thank you Pick n Pay, I salute you and your team. Well done …

The centre is become quieter of recent and many shops have closed down. The Centre is still actively busy and starting to thrive once again with new shops appearing.

The escalators are not functional for monthz n to add the elevator is not working feel sorry for the ppl with disabilities as its defiantly does not accommodate them

This place has the best spice shop but to get to it is a challenge, the plaza has hectic traffic, these guys need to approach council and redisign the traffic flow

Dreadful. No lifts or air conditioning and it was not even load shedding. Someone needs to step in and not let the Acropolis be ruined. SO Much potential here.

Good place most shops don't interest me but the Pick n Pay there is definitely worth going to especially if you need meat unfortunately they don't offer pork

I can not believe @pick&pay can allow this store to trade with their name. This shop is always dirty untidy. Staff are friendly and help with a smile.

Fortunately there's ample undercover parking here. Makes it convenient to shop at Pic n Pay, Osmans as well as the other shops and restaurants.

Dont waste your time with this pick n pay.. The Chinese shop has everything u need for party deco.. Maharaj prayer goods for all your spices..

Parking area needs to be lit up properly. Not my favorite shopping mall. The lift doesn't work as well. Took months to repair the escalator

Da security sprayed 4 people wid tear gas nd it affected all da shoppers nd staff in da building as it was sprayed in an enclosed area

Went To Maharaj's Prayer Goods - very family orientated business with very Helpful and Friendly Staff. Will definitely keep visiting.

Lovely stores, very badly kept centre, im sure with rentals you can get the lift working, clean ip toilets, upgrade the aesthetics

Good and peaceful there's no much options but it's nice I really enjoy pick n pay. There is many promotions in the area of vegies.

Its convenient and good parking space and Marajh prayer shop is much bigger and they have more variety of prayer goods to purchase
