I contacted Jason via email to see if he could do a repair on my hot water tank. He responded quickly even when he was actually on vacation. I eventually arranged a time for him to come over and do the work. He came over and did the work on my hot water tank as discussed. The nature of this work can sometimes go wrong so I understood there was risks in the work. Fortunately the job went very well and went a bit easier than anticipated. Jason ended up charging me less than originally quoted. I'm very happy with his work and highly recommend him! Now I can say I found a plumber I can trust.

I have known Jay at The Neighborhood Plumber for decades and have seen first hand his talent, responsibility, professionalism, and passion for being the best at what he does. His abilities and attention to detail are admirable. I'm disappointed to see so many slanderous one stars, posted on one day, in an obvious attempt to attack Jay's livelihood. What the poster perpetuated, is morally and criminally disgusting. Please disregard those negative posts and pay attention to the positive words expressed by decent human beings. Keep up all the great work Jay!

Jason installed new plumbing in my basement laundry room, bathroom and my kitchen wetbar. 6 months later I experienced a very major flood in the newly finished basement and he came out within a few days to help determine the source of the water leak. He spent more than a few hours of his own time helping me source the issue and did it all in good faith. The water damage had nothing to do with his workmanship but he still did not ask for any remuneration. Thanks Jason! I really appreciate your time, help and advice! :)

Jason was a delight to deal with. He was professional and friendly, and considerate. He even wore a mask and was sure to sanitize everything, which was greatly appreciated! The service was quick, and quality. We thought we would have to replace our toilet and he managed to save us the hassle with a great fix! We are so thrilled with the services. I’m a senior who is rather clueless about plumbing. I called Jason out recently to fix a few plumbing issues around my house. He fixed everything and said it took him less time then expected, so he charged me less than his initial estimate. He could have charged me more and I wouldn’t have known an better. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. I’ll recommend Jason to anyone I know looking for a plumber.

Our go to plumber Repaired pipes and replaced tap for bathroom and kitchen. Came back when kitchen showed signs of drippage. Discovered it was a manufacturing defect in the new fixture. Helped return and replace the tap in kitchen for no extra charge. Haven't had any problems since. Very happy with his work, price and customer service. Will be calling when we eventually get a new dishwasher/carburetor!

Jason and his team were very prompt and reliable. They were able to come do our job quickly and were very knowledgeable and responsive. Their prices were incredibly reasonable and their service top notch. We will definitely go with them again the next time we need a plumber.

This guy is unprofessional, he most likely got his certification from clown college , his workmanship is really poor and charges way too much for service calls($225.00 to change a tubspout) . Do your self a favour and call a real plumber

My hot water tank blew at 10:00 pm. I got Jason's number from a friend of mine. Jason came out first thing in the morning and had the tank swapped out, clean up and was gone within a few hours. Very courteous and super easy to deal with.

Jason was very accomodating to our schedule and did a great job with resolving the issues with our sinks. He also is reasonably priced and treats my parents with great respect which will keep him as a long term plumber for our family!
