They get one star because I received the furniture that I ordered....BUT, I advice you that if you are looking to purchase furniture from here PLEASE CONFIRM that the furniture you want is in stock before placing your order. Maria “helped” me when I visited this location and when I asked her when my furniture would be delivered she said I should expect it to be delivered the next day when in reality the furniture I wanted was not in stock and wasn’t going to be in warehouse until the 20th of June which was almost a month after the date I placed my order , so I had to wait almost a month for my furniture to arrive because she lied and said it was in stock. She was just trying to make a sale and didn’t really care that I needed the furniture ASAP and I definitely do not care to do business with her again . So, just a heads up if you do visit this location make sure they call the warehouse to confirm, if not then don’t even waste your time or money .

Nice furniture and etc. Nice place. But the transparency and communication is lacking. Didn't seem very knowledgeable on items. I give a good review based on good service. Not incomplete, mediocre service. My furniture is not even the color I was told. Cherry and brown are two different colors. I'd rather you say you don't know and find out. Do research or let the manager or someone find out. Some of the process was good but then started going downhill! I just don't get it! People want 5 stars or GOOD reviews for less than quality work. I didn't say PERFECT! The process and communication is broken. Fix it! Didn't give me important information on when payment due or mattress. Can't let focus be on making a dollar. Yes that is great. But good quality work. That will be rewarded. Don't get me started on the movers! I don't have time like Moneybagg!

Put all my house furniture on layaway gave me a package deal they told me regardless of pricing going up I was going to get all same furniture and pricing didn’t matter when I would get them even if I was getting them a year after they were gonna respect everything. 3 months after I was ready to payoff and get my furniture since I was getting my house already .. they didn’t have the bedroom set me and my husband had chosen so they offered a new bedroom set which we were ok with but they only wanted to give us a 1499 credit for another bedroom set when in the beginning our original bedroom set was 2499...the lady kept rushing as well..will NEVER go back there or recommend someone..when the lady spoke to the owner I could hear the conversation which was very rude!!

I purchased a bed and mattress set last Saturday, 12/8/18, for delivery today 12/15/18. I received a call from the store today at 1:53pm letting me know delivery will be today between 6p - 8p. Around 8pm I called the store and noticed they were already closed, to inquire about my delivery. Never received an additional call from store or driver to let me know there was a delay. Around 8:40p as I walked out of my apt delivery arrived. I already had a prior engagement and was running late. Very dissatisfied & upset with the service. Going to store tomorrow for my refund. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

Sarah was amazing and showed me around and was very knowledgeable. Very good prices and beautiful pieces. One stop shop! I purchased a bedroom set and mattress and didn’t have to go anywhere else. I was so stressed out about being able to find something beautiful and affordable and can’t believe I was able to get everything at one place and it was my first stop. I was so relieved and felt great that I could afford everything. Truly a good place to go, I highly recommend Unique Furniture. Furniture was delivered and everything set up, couldn’t ask for anything else. Amazing experience.

I will never buy from this store again my table set came scratched up I called several times they had me emailing pictures and sending pictures to some phone number no response from Marie nor that smart talking lady talking ugly to customers why would you sell a brand new table that has flaws on it. I still have not received no phone call they claimed they have to talk to the warehouse people that's be over two weeks. No good service and the customer service wasn't all that good no way.

Today I went in to just look around to get ideas. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the young lady immediately helped us. She gave us a tour and asked what we were looking for and if we had a budget with that said she gave us plenty of options to choose from. With the awesome customer service and great attitude is the reason I purchased items today! Thank you so much Fany for helping me today would definitely recommend her and the business.

Super Friendly at the beginning when you walk in there. Just know if there’s something wrong with the furniture. There is nothing you could do about it just know it will count as a loss. Please don’t make the mistake I did by just purchasing it at the same day instead of doing my research. The employees are super friendly and respectful and even the workers that come drop off the furniture. But I do believe that the furniture quality is cheap.

I was disappointed with the Unique Home Furniture store. I bought a table wanted to exchange and buy one more expensive. They told me I couldn't because they had to sell the table from the set. They should have something posted saying you can't exchange. You would think it wouldn't matter as long as I am paying it should have not been a problem. I will not go back and I will tell my family and friends about Unique Furniture.
