There is no place that can even come close as far as service and quality is concerned. I now find myself hating other restaurants because Cafe Mayfair has set the bar so high. The food is absolutely scrumptious and super consistent. You never have to wait for someone to collect the finished plates and cups also the waiters are definitely from another planet, they are kind and all seem to have sense of humours. Love this place and will support them as long as they maintain this new standard.

It has a store for most needs very little to complain about. Although most fees in the smaller stores have gone up significantly ever since covid. I think the rent is far to much. But a good mall. With alot of potential to grow into something much bigger if the owners focus on it. Alot of small issues, but security is good and I have personally never had any issues there in the past 8 years. No major complaints what so ever from my side of things. Hope this helps anyone who sees this.

It was a pleasant experience, especially during the craziest time of the year. I had my father in law with us who underwent surgery. We called the mall and they informed us that they had wheelchairs that were free to use and that we could use the paraplegic parking. There was only 1 downside which was the lack of specialized stores or even the variety. Other than that excellent..... P.S - undercover parking is free . We'll done to the watercrest mall team.

Decent mall. Has a good range of stores. It was clean and not too big for me. Kilometers of mall walking ‍♂️ is not my idea of fun.. Parking was decent, too. We parked underground, so getting into the lower stores was very easy. I liked that there was a lift or escalator close to the entrance to access the upper level if you want to. Overall, a nice shopping center

A convenient mall for anybody in the Waterfall area. The cinema is good for anybody in the upper highway area. The mall is kept tidy and the range of stores and restaurants is great. Parking is also good, with free underground parking being a big plus! The SPAR is extremely easy to access so can be used for daily shopping without the feeling of a busy mall.

The mall is family friendly and offers entertainment for everyone, young and old. Whether you're looking to dine in or take out, the mall has everything for you and your family to enjoy, with the introduction of the @jump4joy space, the environment has lit up from ordinary to extraordinary and the excitement in the faces of the kids in that space, is proof.

Went there only once for the laser tag, but this mall is huge. They have a large parking lot outside and inside, they have different entertainment like, the mentioned, laser tag and a trampoline park, and they have a bunch of restaurants in one spot. The only downside is the lift because it is hard to understand the buttons

Washing of car while shopping and kids being entertained by gocarts and paintball. Mall buildt around parking area. Quick access to both sides. Big double spacious lifts and escalators. Will definitely be visiting this mall again. Oh yes parking bays bigger than the usual narrow ones. No door banging!

Our local mall - it’s called the mall with the country warmth with city size. And that’s exactly what this mall is - you can get anything you can in any large city mall yet the ambiance is that of warmth and family. It has a few fun activities for children - go-kart and jump for joy - jumping castle .

I loved the friendly atmosphere and holiday vibe at the Watercrest Mall. There was a lovely festive pop-up market. So many unique gifting ideas. Staff at most retail outlets were extremely friendly. Sometimes shopping outside of your hometown is quiet the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this.

Of course Checkers is my favorite in this mall. I love the calm and the fact that it is never packed to the brim like most malls. Nice lineup of shops and great variety. Checkers is special for the food I always used to buy when coming back from the gym. Especially on a Sunday.

Lovely mall with a wide variety of shops. Some sites are still closed as the mall was badly hit during last years riots but they've cleaned the place up nicely. Clean public toilets and the mall feels safe. I think as the Waterfall area grows, this mall will fill out properly.

Wonderful placec to do your shopping, love the environment, friendly staff where ever I go, ample parking big enough for a SUV. Prices at select shops are very competitive. I would rather gobto Waterfall mall than any of the malls in Hillctest. A one stop visit. Well done.

Great mall in all. Has most shops you would need for a bit of retail therapy. There is a variety of entertainment like Jump 4 Joy, Epic Go Carting and Ster-kinekor movies. There are a good selection of places to either sit down or take away your meals. Free parking

Great facilities, a plethora of shops each having their own respective pricing. Not as large as some of the other malls so their is not as big of a range to choose from but definitely one of the nicest malls I've been too. No paid parking to my knowledge.

This is ve convenient shopping Mall has a lots of basics daily necessities that we need so I definitely advice going there. They also have a variety of entertainment activities from Movies to Jumping on trampolines and I believe how cart.

Everything you need. Reasonably priced. As you enter the Checkers, immediately to your left, is an exceptional stand alone reverse osmosis machine which will save you loads of expensive on your water. It costs 1 rand a literal.

Love watercrest. It has survived more than anyone can ask. It has mostly recovered and still supplying our needs. Good guys win. Losers lose. Some new eateries like "Load it up". Very impressed with this family owned business

It’s not the easiest shopping center to get, it’s like a maze, but once you go there a few times, you start getting your bearings right. The one big convenience is that they have Toys R Us, for the endless kiddies parties.

What a wonderful Mall with everything you need in it too. There are always very helpful car guards and people to wash your car while you go and do your shopping. There is a great selection of shops in the mall as well.

Inside is Beautiful but looks like someone threw a 4 storey Slab of Concrete onto a Stunning Part of the Country, such a Shame the Exterior Design Could have been so much Better. A Carbuncle that Ruins Waterfall.

Vlean great mall but security need 5o be upgraded or more security guards neex 5o be patroling. Had some try to pick pocket my daugter but when he realised that i spoyyed him he bailed and no security around.

Only mall in the area, very neat and tidy. Hosts a ster kinekor, spur, clicks, wimpy, dischem etc. A few kiosks available at the centre of the mall. A small food court available. Convenient shopping.

A super convenient mall with plenty of variety and free undercover parking. There is a wide selection of restaurants and fast food outlets available as well as cinemas and entertainment for children.

Clean mall offering a variety of shops banking and places to eat. Beautiful spar with lovely deli. Eat in at the spar coffee shop....it never dissapoints. Love this butchery for beautiful roasts.

Seems to have a pretty good selection . We popped into Woolies and They had most of what we needed. No parking fees which is always great , Down side to this is carguards as always.

We went for the first time on Monday and found the center pleasant with a good selection of stores to choose from. Great view of the valley from inside the Spur restaurant.

Was very quiet and peaceful during the week. Only pensioners but that can be a good thing too. Spar was better than usual so it was a pleasant experience overall.

Lovely clean mall. However the management has got to sort out smoking in the underground car parks. Consider a glass room with extraction vent above building roof

There is sufficient parking. The undercover parking is free. There is a wide selection of shops. A clean, friendly place to go shopping.

Set in a beautiful area, plenty parking, there are fashion shops, restaurants, checkers supermarket. Christmas decorations is amazing.

Nice mall in Watercrest. Its a decent size with a food court and not as busy as Pavillion and other highstreet malls.
