I had a fantastic experience at Wayne’s Fine Furniture and Bedding store, and I owe a big part of it to Charlie, the wonderful salesperson who assisted me. Charlie's character and friendliness truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. Unlike many other store salespeople who can be pushy, Charlie was a breath of fresh air, patiently answering all my questions. In addition, the exceptional dedication and respect shown by Mr. Mike, the delivery person, was also remarkable. Delivery was prompt, and Mike went above and beyond to ensure my furniture was properly set up. This level of commitment isn't something you typically find when purchasing from places like Rooms-to-Go. For example, in my last experience with RTG, the delivery team left several screws undone without saying a word. Thankfully, I didn't have to relive that negative experience with Mr. Mike on the job. It's always wonderful when people take pride in their work. Furthermore, the reasonable prices at this store were the icing on the cake. Plus, if you can't find something on the showroom floor, they also offer a website with even more options to explore. From my experience, in every aspect, this store's service surpasses industry giants like Lowe's, Home Depot, and Rooms To Go, setting a remarkable standard for excellence. It's now my preferred choice for furniture shopping. The combination of exceptional service, affordable options, and a warm, mom-and-pop-type experience sets this store apart from the rest. Unlike other places where you often encounter hiccups throughout the shopping process, from browsing to purchase to delivery and setup, and where someone might drop the ball and not take accountability (often after you've paid and they have your money), this store ensured that the entire process was stress-free. I can't thank Charlie, Mr. Mike, and the entire team (working from behind the scenes) enough for streamlining the process. I'll definitely be returning and enthusiastically recommending this store to friends and family. I'm not the type of person who enjoys shopping, but you've made furniture shopping such a pleasant experience! Thank You!

I was referred to Wayne's furniture by my dad. He had nothing but good things to say about Charlie and the staff here at Wayne's furniture. With his recommendation and other amazing reviews I read I decided to give this place a shot. From the minute I walked into the furniture store I was greeted by Charlie. Charlie was so enthusiastic and helpful in helping me put together my vision for my new home. Charlie was able to get all of my furniture ordered and delivered by my move-in date. Some of the furniture I picked out wasn't going to arrive by my move-in date. So, he went out of his way to find furniture pieces that were similar so that they would be there for the day that I moved in. The delivery guys were so professional and had my furniture put together in less than an hour. I am so pleased with the quality and price of my furniture. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Wayne's is an excellent store with an outstanding staff from sales all the way to delivery. My latest purchase is a new reclining couch, loveseat and chair. Charlie knew the look I was after, gave me some recommendations and suggested a few minor changes once I had my selection for a custom order. I'm so happy I listened to his suggestions. I've had the couch set for almost a year and it is just as beautiful and comfortable. All the furnishings I've bought from Wayne's is quality. My previous couch was purchased from Wayne's and I recently sold it after owning it for more than 10 years. I was able to get top dollar because the quality was so good it held up to my kids from elementary to now high school graduates. I highly recommend Wayne's, especially Charlie, for high quality furniture at a reasonable price. I don't foresee me ever going to another furniture store.

Charlie is awesome. When I first got my lift chair in September last year, he was great. I tried out the chair. He plugged it in and made sure I was happy with it. It was delivered and set up on my house quickly. Unfortunately, the motor died. I called Charlie and he told me that the company that made the chair was out of business but I had a one year warranty so he sent a tech out to my house removed the motor. Charlie was able to find a replacement motor and the tech came back and replaced it. No charge because it was under warranty even though the company went out of business. They gained a customer for life.. Their prices are good but would even pay more because their service was so great. UPDATE: Just went and got another lift recliner for another room in my house. Didn't even check anywhere else. I went to see Charlie. Another great experience.

This was my first experience with Wayne’s Fine Furniture and Bedding. I never had the need to purchase until recently, however for well over a decade plus I remembered the commercials and the catchy catch phrase which made it stick in my mind. It was effective as marketing taglines are supposed to be ‘short and sticky’ to pique the interest of the would be consumer’s. Well, it worked! My experience with Charlie was nothing short of ‘ah-mazing’! The professionalism, product knowledge, asking the key discovery questions to assess the needs of the customer is why Wayne’s has earned their place as a successful, locally owned mom & pop business that I am proud to say I will come back again and let others know to patron Wayne’s for their excellence in bedding and so much more!! I had been looking for a specific table for almost 5 years. Relocated to Jacksonville and found Wayne's Fine Furniture online and called. Charlie was amazing! I was expecting him to tell me he could not find the table like everyone else. BUT he knew exactly what table I was talking about and told me he could get it and GOT IT!!! Charlie went above and beyond to get me this table. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I'm so grateful to have found this wonderful store and Charlie! Ordered a custom couch here. Wasn’t intending on ordering one, but they made the process very easy and explained all the details. Got a couch in the style, configuration, and colors/materials that fit the room perfect. No more expensive than buying off the showroom floor, really cool. Pretty quick turn around time for a custom order too. Also had to buy some box springs on short notice, they had them in stock, great price, remembered who we were, great customer service. They have a lot of really nice high quality furniture, but prices are good too. Highly recommend.

I had not visit Wayne’s Furniture store and had no idea what they carried until I discussed my needs With Charlie one of the Salesman. He invited me out to the store. I had been searching for the past couple months for the perfect Power Recliner. Ashley had one I liked but price was out of question When I arrived Charlie took me to the recliner section direct to the same one that Ashley makes. Recently purchased a bedroom set and a coffee table and couldn’t be more pleased with the sale, delivery, setup, and quality. There was a ton of selection and with the help of Charlie he was able to guide us into the perfect fit for our needs and budget. The delivery was on time and extremely professional. My brother and I are very pleased with the lift recliner chair we bought from Wayne's. Charlie was so helpful over the phone, and even texted photos of choices of chairs that they had to offer. Donna was great, when my brother picked out the chair he felt was best for our elderly mother, who is 100 years old, and in a nursing home. When something goes wrong with the furniture like the switches on the couch or chair he always sends Mike who iis very Knowledgeable and fixes it instead of buying new furniture. Customer service at its finest! We were referred to this hidden gem because we're looking for a mattress. Charlie and Donna are very helpful. They gave us different mattress options that's within our price range, and never forced us to buy anything. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and you can look around without sales people following you. The shop carries different brands that are both quality and affordable. Would definitely recommend this place.

When you walk in a store and the sales person ask if you're looking for something in particular, and you say you're just looking, the correct response is not to tell me what it looks like I'm looking for. It's also not good business to follow me like a hawk, like you think I might throw a mattress on my back and run out the door with it. I might not look like your ideal customer but I was looking to spend money. I'll gladly spend it elsewhere.

Service was excellent, prices were amazing & quality of furniture seems excellent too. I bought a new mattress set, per my request the salesmen showed some high quality pillows to go with it. I took it all home with me at that time & had the best nights sleep I've had in forever. There was no high pressure sales tactics from the salesman like at other places I've been. Will be going back to buy more furniture from them in the coming months.

Best furniture store I have found in Jacksonville (and I've been to a lot). Very honest and helpful. We had a specific need and Charlie was great about finding what we needed. We got an incredible price on a high quality set of bunk beds. The delivery was on time. The set up team was nice and put everything together just like we wanted. When we shop again, we are going to shop at Wayne's.

While I did not purchase my items from Wayne's, I had a most pleasurable experience in the store. The staff was very helpful and took time to show everything we looked at. This place is BAD i would give them 0 stars if i could , as soon as i walked in They chased me around the store like if i was going to steal , It was a lady with blond hair . I understand its customer service but what you expect me to do Steal a whole bed that wont fit thru the door . Maybe consider getting new employees
