Well my shopping experience 07/20/2020 went well and I paid half my money due to me having to wait until Friday to receive all of my furniture for a table not being in stock ok cool. Friday 07/24/2020 comes around and my furniture is being delivered the guys bring up this couch same couch I ordered just wrong color I can deal with that he says ok bye I'm like where is the rest of my furniture? He calls the store says the lady told him it's on backorder. I said how can it be on back order if the only thing that held my delivery up until Friday was the dining table so I called the store and Doug tells me they shut Houston down again he's working on it so I'm like ok fine can you keep me updated that was at 3 pm they close at seven. 6pm rolls around and I haven't gotten not one call to be updated ok so I call can I speak to Doug he's with a customer he can give you a call back I said no ma'am I'll hold. I hopped in my car bc I notice 17 minutes went by and I'm still on hold and they close at seven. So I get to the store isaid I want my money back. Doug being owner/manager he's frustrated as he should be bc my children's bed was there so he's like I can send you back your delivery fee before ten pm tonight and have your furniture delivered tomorrow Saturday 07/25 money was never sent back and I've been calling this store since they opened and the phone just says voicemail full and hangs up. I finally get ahold of someone at 1pm and I'm asking about my delivery of course she doesn't know and they can call me back so I ask for Doug he's not there ok cool so at this point I don't want to do business and I want my FULL REFUND AND COME GET THIS WRONG COUCH OUT MY HOUSE

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. The first day I went the whole team was shakey because some of them got caught stealing $1000s of dollars a day and were getting caught. I purchased my furniture had it delivered the week after. ALL OF THE FURNITURE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! The furniture was also cheap and ragedy there were holes in absolutely everything ! Not to mention it was completely not what I ordered. I called their establishment to explain to them that there had to be a mix up. Upon calling them they hung up in my face , called me everything but a child of God and told me the furniture was correct. I sent them pictures of everything that's when they agreed that it was all wrong. Due to the verbal abuse I received from them, I asked if I could just cancel my furniture w them and their response was no refunds when I never even asked for a refund. The following day I called the loan company and canceled everything. Moral of the story NEVER EVER SHOP HERE ! THEY'RE CROOKS

Found this place on Instagram, liked the furniture I seen & wanted to give them a try. I went in a week ago & purchased a bedroom & living room set. Douglas helped me out, I was assured everything was in stock minus dresser & night stands, my delivery would be Tuesday or Wednesday or possibly earlier. I called him on Tuesday to get an exact day & time & was told the drivers went to get my furniture that day (Tuesday) so I should have it by Wednesday or Thursday. I received a phone call from him on Wednesday saying my bed was out of stock, I went in to the store to pick out a new bed & asked how does a bed go from in stock to out of stock & was told “man we just been selling” so in other words he sold my already purchased bed to someone else. His attitude was definitely not the same as when I came in to spend my money vs having my money already. Then was told furniture would be delivered a week later. I decided to cancel the purchase completely & spend my money elsewhere.

Worst experience here. If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered furniture on a Saturday they told me I would receive the furniture Wednesday and they would call me Monday to confirm the delivery time. Never received a call. Called them on Monday nobody answered after multiple attempts. Tuesday I called someone said they would be there 5-9. Wednesday at 6 I called them to see what was going on. Talked with the manager *Douglas* and he said the lights were out at the store and it would be delivered the next day. The next day he told me that my furniture hadn’t even been ordered. Do not go here looking for a deal the service is not worth it. They give you the run around. I got my money back luckily. Also I should have took the warning signs there was a lady in the store complaining about not getting her furniture when I first looked on Saturday and another when I went to get my money back the following Saturday.

Your Cost Furniture handled all of our furniture needs. I walked in on Black Friday and their team was on it. They were patient with us as we made our selection. We went in only to get a bedset for our daughter, but we ended up walking out with a houseful of furniture due to their no credit check easy financing. They followed up with us after the delivery was made and we went back to add some additional accents to what we purchased. The delivery team came in and set up all items without a problem and was fast. Your Cost Furniture, made it super special for my daughter because she was not even expecting to walk in and see her new room as beautiful as it was, once it was complete. I would recommend Your Cost Furniture to all of my Family and Friends. Keep up the good work and Congrats on 2 years of service. The Randall's

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Customer service is terrible, very unprofessional, and cursing in front of me while I’m trying to conduct business with them. On top of all that they took forever to deliver my furniture. When the delivery guys brought it they just placed the sectional in the middle of my living room and left. They didn’t put it together or anything. As I began unwrapping it I noticed there were scratches, stains, and tears. I’ve been calling them nonstop to come get the furniture and end my lease but since they already got paid they are giving me the run around. I hate to say it but this is one of the main reasons I hate doing business with African Americans. I would NEVER do business with them and I suggest y’all run fast!!!!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I purchased my furniture 4 weeks ago and it has still yet to be delivered. After 4 reschedules from the company I thought for sure after this last delivery appointment I would receive my furniture yet the driver called and told me yesterday he couldn’t deliver it because he has a party to go to. Douglas basically just wants the money after that you are on your own! I hate I ever placed a dime in his hands. This company is by far the worst ghetto company I have yet to do business with. The ladies in the office assured me she would stay on top of it yet she is ignoring my calls and text messages if I don’t get my furniture i will take legal action!

Don't buy from here!!! They will deliver broken Furniture to your house and when you try to call or contact them about it they don't care. They claim that they will get back to you and they don't no matter how many times you go up there, call or email them and they don't do anything. I'm still waiting on a call, message or some type of response from them and i bought the furniture in Aug 2017 (its ridiculous). I dont have time to hound these people everyday like i myself don'thave a job. They need to stop playing with customers and be professional!! Do not waste your money with these people!!! They need to change the nameof the company to your broke furniture!

My experience with your cost furniture was great! We purchased a new living room set with all the trimmings and a bunk bed. We noticed one of the coffee tables had a small chip on it the second day we had it. We thought it was there already we couldn't be totally sure but the management swapped it out with no problem. The young people who own and work there are very professional and customer oriented. Above all else the furniture is sturdy. I have a family of two offensive linemen, three other boys, a husband and all of the friends to go with them and the furniture has stood the test with them sitting, plopping down, sleeping and hanging out on it.

I will not ever do business At Your Cost Furniture @ 15441 S. Post Oak in Houston. The “owner” Douglas Smith, was high on something and it took two day for them to put together some basic bunk bed!!! Came on Wednesday they stayed until 11pm. They Came back on Thursday and stayed until 12:35am. Yes am and still not have everything. Today was the last straw. So I told them to remove bunk beds and the owner, or so he say he is “ Douglas Smith said he wasn’t dealing with this today and hung up. When I went to the store he also told me he had Glock. He was beyond unprofessional. I would no recommend this store to my worst enemy!

My family and I went to the Post Oak location, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a salesmen who helped us out through our experience, They were VERY nice which made my Husband and I very comfortable in the furniture we were choosing. The prices VERY reasonable. Our delivery was delivered on the date we scheduled, with delivery drivers who Carefully brought the furniture in and knew exactly how to put the furniture together. I'd recommend this furniture store to anyone looking for furniture in the Houston area. Keep up the AMAZING work guys!

I was and am very pleased with my experience with this business. Not only were they very professional, they made sure I was completely satisfied with my decision before I purchased. When it comes to delivery I could not have been more pleased with the time frame of it. I was told an approximate wait of about two weeks and my couches came within a week of ordering it. The delivery men were quick about setting it up and even helped with deciding how I wanted them placed. I will definitely recommend them in the future!

This place is crazy. This man drinks on the job. He is very unprofessional. He tries to make a pass at me in front of his fiancé. He lies and tells customers that their furniture is going to be delivered and doesn’t deliver it. He even went as far as trying to take my phone and write a good review on google and I told him no. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the good reviews was made by him. Don’t be fooled this place is a mess they don’t even have furniture for you to view in the store. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!

Unfortunately I prematurely gave this place a 5 star review. We never received the beds and had to find and buy some from an entirely different company. Never received a callback offering to deliver it but we still have a charge for over $1800 from them to this date on our credit card bill. They stopped answering our calls. Horrible way to do business especially when so many people are trying to support Black owned companies. Save yourself unless you want it to be Your Cost for No Furniture

I have purchased from Your Cost Furniture on three separate occasions and each time was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and were very patient with me in my decision making. My furniture was delivered and assembled on the day they said it would be. The delivery guy were respectful of my home and my children being around. I would recommend them to anyone in need of home furnishings and even accessories. Thank again!!

Highly recommend!!! Superb customer service and quality furniture. I went to several stores looking for my ideal living room set and they helped me create it. When I received the furniture the delivery team put it together and made sure everything was done right!! Will definitely going back to them. Compare to these high end furniture stores you can find the exact same quality for a lower price!!! The owners make sure to give a value presence to their customers as well.

I was in the market for new furniture and after going around looking and visiting multiple places I finally found what I was looking for. YCF had the best deals in the area and got me just what I wanted. I was able to bring my sense of style, tell them what I wanted and they did just that. The employees there are very helpful and resourceful. Great management staff! They also delivered and set up my items. I have recently sent family and friends there.

I saw advertisements for Your cost furniture on Facebook and since I had a move coming up I decided to buy new furniture. Tonight 3/6/19 I decided to check it out and it was worth it. The Employee Doug was super helpful and patient with me while my husband and I found the perfect bed and mattress. We definitely will be back . The service is a Great , The merchandise is beautiful , The prices were WORTH IT!! Thanks Doug

I'm coming back to edit this review, my initial visit was good, but they have very bad business practices and they do not answer the phone, voicemail full. Think twice before spending your money with them. Doug was awesome, he had great customer service and gave me a really good deal on my bed and mattress. They are currently remodeling, but I can see the progress and I’m excited to see the showroom when it is done.

Worst experience ever, they sold me some damaged furniture. I called the same day when it was delivered the owner Doug went out of town. Never return my calls until a month later. Then he promised he would trade it out with undamaged furniture he never did. Gave every excuse in the world and 4 out of 5 pieces were damaged. Stay away from this place they are unprofessional liars and full of it.

I got just what i wanted at the price i felt comfortable paying as well as the quality I was looking for. I furnished my whole apartment and only set out to get a new living room set. The customer service was excellent. Marquis communicated with me frequently concerning the status of my order. The delivery men were professional and great. We have called this company multiple times - store and delivery guy and no one has answered, we paid 1600 cash for furniture and was promised a delivery date and its been 2 weeks, no furniture, no calls, IM GOING TO ESCALATE THIS SCAM!!!!!!!! Everyone from the managers to the delivery guys were amazing. They made sure we got what we liked and were very helpful with the decisions. They were never pushy or overbearing. The delivery guys had us test everything out before they left to make sure everything was to our expectation. Will be doing business again soon.

Ordered furniture to be delivered Apr17. Sectional came defective they said they were gonna bring the new piece later. Also didn’t bring my complete furniture order been given the run around on receiving the rest of my order for a month now. I feel scammed. It’s now May 16th and I don’t have the rest of my order.

The king size bedroom set I got a few years ago is still holding strong. Replaced my boards once( fat boyfriend) but other than that ....I love and every one that has seen my furniture love it too. The workers are very down to earth and people friendly.
