Latasia the manager at this location did not have a great attitude this morning when I came to tug on the door at 10:07 and the store was still closed. I called after to see if the store was open because I was highly confused. She answered and had a attitude. I asked if they were open and she rudely said “yeah I will be” like I’m inconveniencing her…I hung up and just came back after running another errand and she was acting unprofessional even in the store. Having smart remarks when she could have avoided the attitude had she been professional and apologize for her tardiness and ensure she would be opening in x amount of minutes. Things happen that’s understandable but you’re and manager and should know better about customer and that was your bad not mine so do be confused on why I have a attitude after you had one on the phone is wild

I never buy shoes from Aldo but was window shopping in September and saw a pair in the window. They did not have my size so I ordered them from the store to be shipped to my house. That was Sept 2022 and it is now Jan 2023. I still do not have the shoes and the website says they have not shipped. I called the store that placed the order and they told me they cannot help at all. Last time I will ever buy/ order from any Aldo store. WORST customer service.

A very unpleasant associate who chews gum and blows them right in front of customer's faces. This associate also complains that customers try on a pair of shoes for more than a few seconds. I guess the quality of the staff is just as terrible as the quality of ALDO shoes. If you expect to have associates be patient with you as you look their options, be prepared for disappointment.

I bought some heel insoles for my girlfriend and went out to the car to ask her if those were the right ones. When I went back inside right after to get the right kind, the manager there, Jake, told me those were final sale even though the package wasn’t open. I know for a fact that’s not company policy, don’t know why he decided to refuse my return for another product.

I went here to get new shoes for an event 2 hours later, and they had my size (women's 9, can you believe it?). Excellent experience for that and because the store folks were great. Price was surprisingly within my budget for how nice the shoes looked. No complaints.

This place is nice and beutiful very clean.The people try to make you feel amazing and guide you to the best prices .The store has very good outside seeing. But in the place of Kansas city need some more place like this and more outlets with this same store

I live in Omaha. My siblings and I took my parents to KC for a weekend getaway and we ended up in Aldo on our Saturday shopping spree. By far the friendliest staff we encountered on our entire trip. Top tier customer service and great selection of product.

If you've never been to ALDO (particularly this store location) you're missing out BIG TIME! The staff's customer service is great & ALDO is known for its quality mens & womens shoes & accessories. Tak a visit, i personally recommend this one

This Aldo is now closed on the Plaza. It's really disappointing that it is not here any more. It was a great location and a great shopping option for SHOES.

Aldo is great, lots of selection. Pretty much something for everyone. Shoes, jewelry, purses, sunglasses, hair accessories.
