My experience with All Pro Storage was excellent. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the general manager at the facility, Pedro, who made every aspect of my move easy. I had a significant amount of furniture that I needed to store while I was listing my home for sale and All Pros facilities were incredibly clean, easy to access, and available 24/7. I would definitely encourage anyone needing storage whether on a longer term or shorter term basis to use All Pro Storage. Five stars!!!!

I visited the Appleby site and chatted with Kristen about storing my home contents. She was so helpful and directed me to the Cumberland site for the best unit and price. When I arrived at Access Storage on Cumberland, Sydniee and Mitchell were welcoming and eager to help me figure out what would best address my needs. They walked me through the options and explained each to help me make a decision. I highly recommend Access Storage and the group of professionals that support the process.

I've done business with All Pro Storage for about a year and a half and I highly recommend them. Their prices were competitive with other storage businesses in the area, but APS topped everyone else with their customer service and the cleanliness of their facility. I've used both inside and outside units and they are always spotless (as is the whole building). The entire place is very secure and entry is never an issue. Pedro is great to deal with and will look after all of your needs.

Really pleasant experience getting storage at this location. This was my first time renting from Access Storage. I always used to rent from U-Haul but had enough. Signing up was easy, the only inconvenience was that I had to go as they was a minor verification process . Other than that no complaints. The person I engaged with was very professional, informative and very funny. He's a riot...LOL!!! Glad to have rent storage from here.

My employer has a space here and the grounds are extremely clean and we feel safe at all times. When I went searching for washroom and garbage facilities, the manager and front desk associate were extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating - something many industries are currently lacking. We only needed to store some items for a short period of time during out landscaping renovation project, but everything was exactly as expected. The unit was clean and access was easy, and the staff were extremely helpful. One day, I had not closed my lock properly and after doing a regular check of all lockers, they contacted me to let me know. I am also planning to use them in the future for vehicle storage over the winter.

I had a storage unit in the outdoor area for a few months. The unit was clean and very secure. The staff were always pleasant and even offered a couple extra days to store my things in the unit free of charge if there were issues with my plans on my move out day. Prices were the best in the Hamilton-Burlington area I could find and even better than multiple places I saw that had lower quality units. Would definitely use again

This is a fantastic place with excellent service. Reena provided a very professional, friendly, and helpful on-boarding, making sure that everything was taken care off on site. When needed, management was also available to support and a find solutions for a specific request. I highly recommend this place for any storage requirements.
