I can't say enough about Brenda and the other staff at this smart stop location. Everyone is so kind and really do their best to help you with picking the right locker size and keeping the place squeaky clean (including the washrooms) Easy access, it's never too busy, always carts available. Lots of camera's to ensure your things are kept safe. Really can't think of anything bad to say. No crazy price increases like I've experienced at other storage locker facilities. Definitely recommend smart stop and this location specifically! (:

Amazing facility. Clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff that fulfilled my needs perfectly. Just all round amazing customer service. Others could learn a lesson from these people. Great prices on supplies as well, managed to get everything I needed for my move, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more! Kudos to the Manager who spent the time reviewing my options and made sure I got the right sized unit. If it wasn't for her, I would have bought a unit way too big. A nice honest approach which is refreshing in today's day and age.

The facility was extremely clean and neat. Easy to find, lots of parking spaces. Different storage unit sizes to pick and choose. You can have a look at them before deciding what fits your needs. Customer service was A-1. Andrea is an amazing individual who puts lots of passion and enthusiasm into what she does. She guided us through the renting process, suggested alternatives and let us decide what we wanted. No pressure, no pushing. Definitely a great facility and amazing customer service.

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage. The facilities are very clean, easily accessible and the staff are friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. They run great promotions and for a facility that is 100% climate control they are very competitively priced. I can only speak about my experience with this specific location but if they are an example of the companies' standard of service I would have no problem recommending bluebird self storage to anyone.

Colleen was amazing from the moment I walked in. Not only did she answer all of my questions but she explained everything in detail to allow me to make the right decision. She was extremely pleasant to talk to, great customer service and showed me around the facility and the different units. The facility is very clean and colour coded so it’s easy to find your unit! If you’re looking for a storage unit go here you won’t regret it!

I can not say enough good things about Bluebird and the Ladies in the leasing office. With the fully gated site, security cameras as well as other security features I'm comfortable knowing my belongings are safe. Jennie and Ashley made the entire process of renting the right unit simple and stress free. If you are moving, have a business or just looking to declutter Bluebird is the place to go.

I needed storage and looked across the street to see Bluebird Storage and went in and Angela made my first visit a great experience and because of this I decided I will rent a unit and not bother looking around . Great customer service!!! I came in on a Sunday just after 2:00pm(they close at 2:00pm) to get a locker and finish some paperwork and Brenda was kind enough to stay past closing hours and help me with finishing up the paperwork and showing me around the facility. The facility it very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage locker. 10/10!!!

I moved out 16 days before the end of my contract and they refused to credit me. I was told I should have come earlier. This seems extremely unfair, and frankly, I won't be using Bluebird again. Disappointing. Customer service started out pretty good. And the facility was clean and spacious. I would have loved to have left 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience did not end well.

Excellent facility! Very clean, tidy and organized. Everything is easy to access and they have plenty of large trollies at the ready in the event you need them. My interactions with the staff (Andrea) were always pleasant and professional. Andrea was thorough, welcoming and provided top-notch customer service! We need more people like Andrea! Would recommend this place.

Excellent service by Ron. Very friendly, helpful, and informative. He gets 5 stars. But, we had to make 4 trips back and forth to find a lock that would fit in the oddly shaped latch hasp on the storage locker door. 3 standard regular locks would not fit. Why would this be so difficult? A very frustrating aspect to an otherwise pleasant experience.

Not recommended. Every time I go to the office they aren't in it. If you try to pay by phone because of the poor office service, they want a $10 fee. Parking lot is decrepit and simply trying to bring items to the storage is difficult and you have to push the cart across 10 inch craters in the asphalt, which causes your stuff to fall off the cart.

This Burlington Team is Amazing. The service they provided to me was Top Shelf! They were so accommodating and the Price Was Right! The units are clean and easily accessed. I wish I knew about this location all the other times I needed a unit. I can’t say enough about this team and I refer all of my business to them in the future

This facility is new to SmartStop, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They offered a great introductory rate and selecting and setting up a rental was simple. A very positive experience. My fiancée and I showed up at the facility 2 minutes before closing on a Friday night desperately in need of a storage locker for the next day. Andrea was very patient with us and made sure our needs were taken care of. The facility itself is very clean and easy to access.

We rented 2 storage units from their south sheridan facility. "V" and her assistant were extremely helpful patient since we had never rented a storage unit before showed us a couple of possible units helped us decide the size we needed no pressure just an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent facilities, clean and brand new, with easy access to all units. Darragh provides great customer service! She proactively detected an incorrect billing amount in our account and reversed it even before we knew of it. It was a pleasant surprise to see this level of service.

Used storage temporarily during a move. Brand new location with plenty of selection at the time. Location is clean, and easy to access. Flat bed carts provided at entry. Parking lot could use a repave, as well as some additional interior and exterior lighting. I would rent again.

We've used other storage facilities before but Bluebird Self storage is one of the cleanest and the most courteous, polite staffs there is, and the best price to boot! I will definitely recommend to my Friends and Families. Also I loved fact that it's a Canadian Company!!!

This climate-controlled indoor storage facility is always neat and tidy. The Front Desk Team is friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended this facility to a couple of people, who both chose this site over other options.

Very clean facility and climate controlled, 24 hour access with security code. Never had an issue. While not the cheapest, very reasonably priced for the location and when compared to non-climate controlled facilities.

They got me moved in right away Andrea and Darragh were very professional and helpful, they awnsered all my questions and made the process quick. Plus the rent is CHEAP!!!! But the parkinglot is horrible for my low car
