As someone who has had a need for use of a storage unit on several occasions, I feel as though I have a reasonable amount of experience with the concept and what to expect from a storage facility. After storing belongings at SmartStop (terrible hours and the absolute WORST customer service EVER!), public storage (terrible hours, no lights, and my belongings permeated with heavy cigarette smoke that seeped in from the next unit over), AND Access storage (Terrible service through the call center, no direct line to the actual storage location itself, and a massive flash flood that resulted in 40k worth of antiques and other belongings destroyed and ZERO insurance coverage due to the flood being an "act of God"), I cannot say enough good things about my experience so far with StorageMart on Syscon Rd! To say that StorageMart has exceeded expectations would be putting it very mildly. Syed was phenomenal to work with. He was very well spoken, kind, patient, and understanding (in the face of some unfortunate confusion and mistakes while signing up online); as well as absolutely delightful to deal with when I finally came by to finalize my lease and put a lock on my unit. I feel entirely at ease in my decision to lease space here; and despite my initial intention of having this be a short-term agreement while I undergo renovations in my home, the incredibly affordable price and lovely experience with Syed has left me strongly considering keeping the unit long-term; and wondering what I might need to store that would allow me the opportunity to do so. Now if the idea that I'm honestly trying to come up with a reason to prolong my lease here isn't a positive review, I don't know what is! I sincerely cannot recommend StorageMart enough. If you're considering leasing storage here, stop thinking about it and just do it, you won't be sorry!

This location on 990 Syscon is super convenient so close to the highway and other main streets between Oakville and Burlington. We cancelled way beyond the 15 day period and although he did not have to, the property manager Syed was gracious enough to make an exception...thanks again Syed. The Staff is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The facilities are well maintained, super clean, and safe with lots of lighting. The prices are super fair...I highly recommend this facility...talk to Syed, he'll take care of you.

Extremely good experience today opening a rental for a locker. I was helped by Kunjan, who was extremely helpful, friendly and polite, and very competent with all the procedures , contract etc and very clear in explaining everything to me and showing me the locker and helping me chose the right one. I could not have asked for more in finding the ideal employee, Kunjan, to get everything done well. Very good facility, easy access , clean , dry, heated, all ground level. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Mr. Syed, the property manager as well as Mr Jiten, the day to day operations manager has been amazing. I rented 2 storage units for a duration of 6 + months. The facilities were amazing, heated, my storage units were right next to each other for convenience. Most importantly, whenever I called the place, they will always take my call in the first go, understand any specific requirements and resolve the query within the next few minutes. Highly recommended, Amazing experience.

Very good customer service in the office and very good communication via email and text/phone. Unit is extremely clean and brightly lit. Would have given 5 stars but their office hours posted on line don't match what's on the building. I was emailed to go in on a Saturday to get my unit and code but they would have been closed if I had not checked the hours on line and gone in the day before. Not a big deal for me but could be for some people .

I find the price to be reasonable online, easy booking a unit some units have one month free but didn’t like the administration fee that is added company needs to remove the fee. I do like the fact that units are all ground floor not like some storage places. I do have one issue when entering and exiting the gate apparently the keypad is not reachable need to exit my vehicle to use keypad every time.

Had my parents things stored at StorageMart and was very pleased with the unit, property and Staff. They were always helpful when I had questions. They were also helpful when I needed a trolley to move some furniture, they had one on site I was able to use. Would definitely recommend them for Storage. Terrific customer service! Syed could not of been more professional, polite and eager to assist. We’ve been using this facility for over three years and were thinking of moving to a smaller unit. Fantastic experience and best storage locker I’ve ever had with road access! The team as well are fantastic. I’ve had great and informative chats with Syed and Jiten. So helpful! Plus, I accidentally didn’t lock my door properly and I got an email a couple hours after I left letting me know. Stor Mart was great!

The storage unit was spacious and the temperature control was fantastic. Secure access to the units. The only fault was with storage mart raising the prices (in some cases significantly) over the time there. The promotion was appealing however it was a short lived promotion. Read the fine print.

I have had a great experience with StorageMart so far. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the manager was very helpful. I haven't moved anything in yet but I was shown the unit and it looks great. I will update my review after I move out but so far this has been a positive experience.

The staff are very accommodating. Syed, the property manager, was able to switch my storage locker within minutes once I realized I have more items then would fit. The grounds and lockers are very clean and well maintained. I will recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Clean and well run but monthly price has crept up 90$ over last 16 months. Edit : the fact that you responded and I understand what you are saying being a business owner myself I bumped up 1 star. However not notifying me of the pending adjustments is not right.

This location is very convenient, its best selling feature is it's closeness to the highway. The rates are fair, staff is friendly and the facilities are clean...highly recommended...speak with Syed, The Property Manager, he will take care of you.

Unit is nice but dimly lit and door not easy to lock/open. I have asked for better lighting but mgmt is not willing to help. Disappointing considering only 1 bulb for large unit.
